Love this Starbucks! Starbucks dedicated this location to the veterans and their families. Thank you, Starbucks for creating a space for veterans like myself and our families. I sincerely hope to see more of these in the future.Stopped at the Starbucks this morning while traveling through town. Grabbed a Frappuccino and a danish and it was delivered hot and fresh. Store staff were super friendly and professional.Parking: The only thing I’ll give this location is that the parking lot was trashy, but I’m not sure if it’s their fault or the stores adjoining them.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and service dog friendly.

Great and friendly service at this Starbucks location in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Its location is the closest to Holloman Air Force Base, and during the time we sat and enjoyed our peppermint hot chocolate and peppermint mocha coffee, several servicemen and women stopped by.We also ordered a ham and Swiss croissant sandwich, chocolate brownie, and a spinach feta wrap. They were delicious!Recommended. 5/5

Probably the worst Carmel latte I have ever ordered from Starbucks. Have visited numerous locations across this country and this one was absolutely the worst.Also what is with the message on the side of the building saying “this establishment is dedicated to those who serve our country” and you don’t even offer a military discount? This is just patronizing lip service and is kinda gross when you think about it.

Holy attitude!!! I was on my way and thought my mobile order went through and then when I unlocked my phone I saw it did not. I got to the box trying to fix it and finally did. Told them my mobile order just went through and two people had to come onto the mic to tell me just place it at the store because "we have to go through all of the orders in front of you" normally I would get this, because I used to work here but it's 0530 in the morning! Got to the window and the barista had some weird attitude towards me un her looks. Idk .... never had such a weird and unpleasant experience. We all have bad days and are all human be a little more respectful, empathetic, and understanding....

I went through the drive through and my coffee order was made incorrectly. It was a simple iced coffee with flavored cold foam. They didn’t put flavor in the cold foam which isn’t a big deal, but I’m super pregnant and it’s always my favorite part so I brought it back and asked for a remake. The girl taking my order simply could not believe that my order was wrong and gaslit me, telling me she’s the one who made it and it was super “weird” that it was wrong? Lol? Ok?? So I drive up to get my drink and the manager (a man) says “make sure it has all the flavor in there that you want”, suggesting that the order was made right the first time, but just didn’t have as much flavor as I would like (being gaslit again, and with sarcasm from the MANAGER). I let him know that the issue wasn’t that there wasn’t “enough” flavor, the issue was the it was made *without* flavor. All in all, coffee is always good, but the workers are really just sad and probably don’t get paid enough and take it out on the people who just want a cup of coffee. I’ll be going to the Starbucks inside Albertsons from now on, avoiding the gaslighting and sarcasm at all costs.

This Starbucks is not the worst place, but also not the best. I recommend double checking your drinks and ordering 10-20 minutes ahead depending on the time/day. Once dutch bros opens you may want to go there. If you have more time to wait/drive a local coffee shop will have better service.Drinks are not always up to standard (or correct at all) depending on who is making them, but can be great with certain people. Baristas are either really nice or really rude. Staff after 5 p.m. used to be the nicer ones, but that's not the case. The newbies are usually the nicer/friendlier ones. There was a girl the other day who was shouting about how the whole town thinks the staff are lazy. Everyone in that lobby was a patient and friendly customer.Drive thru times are slacking because people at the bar make one drink at a time instead of prepping while shots are pouring. Some of the morning staff are sticking food in the oven for a few seconds but pulling it out cold before the pre-set timer is up to get things done faster, but usually food is coming out faster than drinks anyways.Overall you are either getting good service or terrible. Depending on who is there for the day.

This was my first time at this location and the staff truly delivered an amazing experience. The woman who helped me was calm and clear when taking my order, repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct and was very professional at the window. I was in and out, my Passion Tea Lemonade and Cookie Dough Cake Pop were simply refreshing and I was treated exceptionally well!

Mobile order placed for a lemonade. Arrived at the store 10 minutes later. Watched the young man at the drink station line the tags up as the came out of the machine 3 times. The 1st tag in the line of like 6 tags sat untouched for 3 rounds of drinks before he finally made. . That ticker was mine and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a lemonade

I am in town for an event, and am so impressed with the experience I just had. Y’all, this place is super short staffed, only the drive thru is open. I can’t fit through this one with my trailer, but they were able to accommodate me inside. These ladies are running like crazy trying to help the huge line that wraps around the building. They are doing a GREAT job, and with cheerful voices and smiles on their faces! Good job Starbucks!!

Older lady with reddish long hair is awful. Just letting food/drink sit there getting cold and when I simply asked just for a bag real quick (doordash) she dismissed me rudely and walked away. Other two employees were great and helped me immediately :)

Quick and pleasant serviceEdit* service used to be amazing however it has gone down hill over the past several months. I typically have to wait between 15-25 mins for my order no matter if I placed it in store or on the app (for mobile order that's an additional time waiting in store from when it was said it would be ready). I completely understand that they receive a ton of orders online and in person but when I see the person who came in several minutes after me receive their order and mine hasn't come up yet it becomes frustrating and when I inquire about this I am given "attitude".

We recently visited Starbucks Alamogordo, and it was easy enough to get parked, the location was very noisy when you got in to the store.they do have a drive thru which envelopes the building, there is parking all around the building as well.the pumpkin and pepita loaf was a delicious surprise, will have another one of those in the future.Parking: free parking just outside the store
