The worst customer service...Kara (manager). I advised her the delivery folks didn't install my washer/dryer combo correctly. She immediately pointed out I was a few days past the 30 day mark...with no consideration that maybe people travel during Thanksgiving and that I called as soon as I got back home. Didn't matter, straight up told me I was on my own. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

The only positive about my experience was the drivers were very helpful...paid of course but appreciated. The rest of the experience...poor. rude people, did not get order when promised so rescheduling contactors...the best! Thanks Lowes...NOT

I purchased a fridge with a warranty 2 years ago. Last week, it stopped working. The first appointment , the repair guy didn’t show. The second appointment, he said it would take an entire month to “diagnose” the fridge and repair. I do not know any normal person who can afford to pay for a second fridge while their “warranty” takes an entire month to diagnose and repair. They know you don’t have a choice , so all the warranty will be for is a spare fridge , for the next time your fridge breaks and their warranty takes a month to fix it

I called ahead to ask if they have live ladybugs like they usually do in the spring. The person on the phone said yes but no idea where they are located. I know they're usually in the inside corner by the indoor plants. No biggie. I got there and there wasn't even a display for them. So I asked and was told where to look (same spot I mentioned already). I asked someone else they said yes we have in stock but not setup on display yet and no idea when they will be available. I was ready to buy 2 packs of them and now I will probably have to order them on Amazon. I live 20 minutes away and it's not convenient to drive back and forth especially when the person on the phone said yes we have them. I don't understand... Normally everyone is very helpful but today was an off day.

The team and staff at the Lowe’s in Alamogordo are amazing. Betty is awesome, she greets us every time we come in, helps us find exactly what we need, and makes us feel at home. She made our appliance shopping for a refrigerator super easy. Rashad makes sure our deliveries and transactions are correct. This is one of the best Lowes I’ve been too hands down. Thank y’all for everything!

Very disappointed with Lowe's, so I won't be shopping there any more. Did not like the treatment I received on a large ticket item I purchased for delivery. Supposed to get with me within 24 to 48 hours. A week later still no contact. Got ahold of Lowe's numerous times and they couldn't find it in their computers, finally found me and response was they will look into it. Next time I called, they kept hanging up on me....3 times. So my next call was to the manager. Guess what...they hung up on me!!! No way to do business folks. So I went to competitor, made my purchase, set up delivery for next day. Whoopee! No hassle. So back to Lowe's to get my money back. What a hassle that was. Had to get manager approved to return my money since it had been over 48 hours from purchase. Plus they wanted the item back that I never got in the first place. What a joke! It took almost an hour to get my money back....Really!!!! So needless to say HOME Depot is my choice now and all my friends know of the incompetent Lowe's. BUYER BEWARE!!

This store it is not good place to deliver it not because I’m a truck driver. I had a nine pallets only to deliver this store. I came here at 6:30 PM. They told me wait was on the track at the dock at that time they told me after that Track will I get in the deck hour later I get in the deck and they told me they were not unloading me until tomorrow morning I had only 9 pallets people working at the receiver. It is a very mean and professional. I’m just giving one in all truck driver. If you come in this place, it will take you to unload you receiver Please be careful if you come in this place or don’t come. It is the worst place to delivery unprofessional only the manager very nice. The rest is very mean special the receiver. They are very rude and so mean unprofessional. 😡 it is too bad this place very bad. Beware I’ll truck driver. Receiver very mean. And so route.I’m not coming back this place ever ever again I’m sitting here from 6:30 PM through the 7am which I’m not even sure if I get unloaded or not. That’s why I’m not coming back this place. Ever again. I’m warning all truck drivers if you come in here, you planning to spin in 10 to 15 hours if you lucky to get unloaded, worst place.

The importance of customer service cannot be overstated for maximizing sales and satisfaction. At this Lowe's Home Improvement store in Alamogordo, NM, it is concerning that no one answers the phone. Supervisory staff should prioritize training and emphasizing to the team the significance of serving all customers who call the store. Given that this store is situated between El Paso, TX and Ruidoso, NM, a significant percentage of customers are likely from outside of Alamogordo.

Went to my local Lowe's to buy a small amount of paint. I had absolutely no idea of what I needed. Andrew Gutierrez, who helped me make sense of my dilemma, went above and beyond to explain the paints to me. Without being condescending!!! Earnest and knowledgeable young man. Thank you so much

All good cashier was very patient and friendly sales ignored me in the electrical no greeting. I couldn't find what I wanted but I dont think they carry it. Do I found what would work. Home depot is very customer oriented. Found some deals today. They have a great price on a pellet stove. Gonna check on reviews see how it is.

Had many terrible experiences with Lowes on any major ticket purchase. The store manager is rude, she confused me with someone she had been talking to before I called to check on my order and chewed me out while puffing her chest as the store manager. I would love to leave a 1⭐️ However, James seems to be handling all of her problems and as I am in line getting a credit to my last order he had a line of her problems that he handled gracefully. The delivery driver was amazing she understood that there was some loose ends at the store and did an outstanding job getting the “wrong product the store ordered” delivered to a remote location without damage. I won’t be shopping at lowes unless it is something Home Depot does not have. This company needs to recognize James and their Delivery Team. They can not continue to wash their hands after money is put in the register. Within my last 3 orders I spent about $20k with them and had problems with 2 of them. It’s too many hassles and has cost my company much time, obligated us to comp our customers free work!

Lowe's has everything your little heart desires, and if you can't find it at the store,you can find it online. Even when I don't need stuff,I will stop and walk through to see what's new. It makes me happy

I have shopped at Lowes for a decade...and always find what I need at Lowes. Today, I looked for items related to a fence that I am building. The staff at Lowes were helpful locating items and making suggestions related to the fence design. I was in an out in 15 minutes.

My daughter says that Lowe's is owned by a woman in design by a woman. Now neither of us know that's true but it has everything that we're looking for especially when you're thinking about redecorating! Everything seems to be in the perfect place and easy to find.

I use this place for my business daily. Diana and Dustin do a great job at the pro desk. Wyatt is great at the plumbing department. A few others worth mentioning. However, I do not have a complaint with these employees. My complaint is with product. Either it lacks some quality, pricing is going too high, or their suppliers do not pay attention to special orders. Im not an orange shirt customer much, but Lowes doesn't have a number of items that their next door competition has. Overall though, much friendlier people, making the trip to this store worth it.

I'm in this store at least 3 times a week. Allways helpful service. If you need help in the plumbing or electrical department John is now my "go to guy"! Some new employees are a little green so are are still learning the ropes.

Just a few things home depot was out of what I needed to repair my fencing and gate so I came to Lowe's and notice 2 1.31" piping that I needed and it was on the top shelf so the kind people there in the garden area actually worked with me and got what I needed I was very impressed with them I think I will definitely recommend Lowe's next time to all my friends

Love Lowes. It’s like a candy store for tools, plants, carpet, shelving and any supply you can think of. I do shop occasionally at Home Depot. But, I prefer Lowes. Usually each store price matches if you ask. Lowes just seems to have all I need.

I found what I needed after hunting for it and this was my first visit to Lowe's 😊. I have to say the workers I ran across were not as friendly and quick to help as those at Home depot sorry to say this😒. Let me leave you with an encouraging website JW.org it's free no Tagging no commercials and is private. It promotes Bible principles and has something for all ages and situations. The cashier wasn't very friendly (maybe she was just having a bad day idk) but the guy who carried out bags of pellets for me was very nice, friendly and helpful! Prices seem comparable to Home Depot but Lowes does have more neat things for your garden/outdoor! And they carry the best ant poison I've found (haven't found it anywhere else in town!)

My last two visits I had questions about my swamp cooler. My last visit, I told Bill about what I wanted to do to replace the hose on the swamp cooler. He told me I didn't need to loosen the engine screw to put on the new hose. I returned home and followed his advice on how to put on the new hose and it went on as he said it would. My next visit was because my water pump went out. I knew of all the replacement parts I needed but wasn't sure where the brooms were in the store. I needed the brooms to assist in cleaning the swamp cooler. Bill brought me to the section and I was able to find two brooms that worked perfectly in assisting me clean out the swamp cooler. I was checked out by Emily on my last two visits. She was awesome as well.
