Hobby Lobby is great for lots of different craft or sewing needs. Their home decor section is awesome. Unfortunately, the artificial plants and flowers have become quite expensive.

What's not to like about Hobby Lobby...Lol , especially if you love crafts and whimsical pictures to hang up. I love Hobby Lobby but wish they had the very chunky yarn that you can hand crochet a large fluffy blanket with. The employees were friendly and helpful. Great experience.

If you’re black drive by !! I’ve avoided this store online and in town for 1 1/2 years. If you’re white don’t worry. That dirty blonde male security is too aggressive !! As soon as you walk in just looking at displays. He comes and stand right there. I ask him for help. He pointed at cashier. As I’m waiting a white person walked and asked him for help. He smiled and carried things to car because she couldn’t do it. !! Wow !! I’ve spent my money where I’m treated fairly !! Ross is awesome!! Burkes hit or miss. High Rolls- Off the wall is amazing !! Route 54 is a dream !! See for yourself. Chairs 185.00 a piece. Place setting and flowers, benches, bird baths . Enjoy being treated well !!

People are very friendly and the music is so nice. Much better than Harbor Freight store. It's Christmas and that Harbor Freight store is playing crazy jazzy music. It's always so nice to go to Hobby lobby and see all the neat stuff they have and listen 🎶 to their beautiful music!

I love this Hobby Lobby! It is, by far, the best HL I have been to. The shelves are always clean, and the product looks nice. The staff and management are friendly and always willing to help. The floors are clean, and all of the displays are kept up on. I shop for all my hobbies and crafts here! It also helps that this is one of the few craft stores here in Alamogordo.

Great customer service. Very attentive staff. Clean store. Always was getting asked if I need help finding anything and when I did they brought me a map. Very knowledgeable of where everything was too.

Sometimes, this store is hit or miss about having items in stock. The worst thing about all Hobby Lobbies is that they did away with weekly coupon(I bought bigger ticket items when coupon was available)Also, it is the fact that they always have the same items for sale in their weekly ads. Like in jewelry dept. the Jewelry Shoppe items are always on weekly ad. If they are going to do this, why not just lower the price and put something like jewelry tools on sale.

Ordered a gift card on Dec. 16th to be delivered to my sister for Christmas. I checked today (Fri., Dec. 22nd) and it still didn't get sent out — it's still being processed — which means she won't receive it until after Christmas. It's just a friggin' gift card! How complicated is it to process a gift card?! And in this day and age, why aren't you offering e-gift cards?

My favorite thing about the store is the amount of variety and choice of both fabrics and artificial flowers and greenery which are a great resource for my local business. It's a great relief to not have to travel for a couple of hours and loose an entire day in order to get a couple of things not available locally. I appreciate that greatly.

It's the Wal-Mart of crafts. It involves alot of walking and there is a lack of help. Store is clean, lots of artificial flowers and trendy decorations. Fun place to visit. Easy parking, to the left of the Mall. Check-out line moved quickly in this holiday season. Recommended.
