They had stocked a $3.00 zep shower cleaner on the $1.25 shelf. When I read my receipt at the register, I pointed out the issue. She removed the product from that shelf and tried to tell me they don't do refunds. When I told her the problem was caused by her employee not me and she needed to fix the issue. She then called me rude. I was so embarrassed because the line at the one cashier witnessed the whole conversation and at this point were getting upset over the wait. She finally refunded my $3.00.

On June 27, 2021 we were passing through town and made a stop at the Dollar tree. It was myself my wife and our service animal. We were stopped by Manager Corey who told us that we were not allowed to have our service animal in the store and he would not be asking us to leave this time but would next time. When clearly there was a sign at the door stating that service animals are welcomed, as it should in accordance with Federal law.

Very good store. But new manager that came in when Melissa retired Does not keep Inventory stock up. Merchandise sitting in boxes on floor instead of putting it on shelves. Mgmt. Just not as good as former manager. But she is trying.

This Dollar Tree had a lot of stuff i don't usually see in these stores. Art supplies seem to be a big thing here. We're loving it.

Bossy, rude main store manager. Should be fired. I refused to leave my job application, would never want to have to endured this bully. Evening managers are great efficient and kind so encountering the narcissistic freak of a store manager took me by surprise. Not good for anyone. Should be replaced ASAP

The cashier, (who said was the manager), a senior name Cathleen, was rude and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers with her rude comments and loud voice, for ...who Knows the reason why?. She raised her rough voice at me since she saw me waiting in line to pay. Suddenly, she started to give me orders about how I have to return the shopping cart; assuming I would not? even before I left the store. I felt insulted, and because I was the only hispanic customer at the that precise time, and that cashiere did not treat other customers as she was treating me.

Hello I am a regular customer at this location but what just happened to me I may not return . I was standding in line to check out there was about five people behind me and this man standding in frount of me starts to make sexual comments out loud about the girl behind me about her and how she can " take her top off so he can @#@@#$$ her and she can @@#$%%$#@ his @$#@! " and as i was standing there in between these too people in a small space that you could see and hear everything it finnally was my turn and told the young lady" know they were making nasty comments" all i got was i am used to it The cashier could only say me too . "not I am sorry for your inconvence she was rude and ingnorant employee I realize not much can be done about comments from the guy but your employee made the wrong bad choice of mouthing off as well

This is the perfect place for stocking stuffers. There's a surprising variety to be found here. Just be careful what time you go. The evening sun is right in your face and almost unavoidable in the evening.

Its a fun store and whats better painting house improvement stuff .youcant beat at only a dollor. Hair products , medicine.dertergents. party stuff . gardening. Best store i like .i totally recomment. These are over stock items from other stores. Good quality things.for everyday use.

Cashier was the only one on the floor ringing up customers. She asked for hep via loud speaker. Fourteen people in line, yes FOURTEEN people in line and must have been 8 to ten mins later two mangers walk out of the office and finally open up a register.

Good place accept for the rude cashier older lady glasses and grey hair I was saying something to my wife and she rudely interrupted and says you need to press yes or no on the machine the store is great it would be better without someone so bitter.

Manager was very rude and nasty to me when i asked for 2 dollars in quarters. With my cash back i was a paying costumer and she ended up only giving me 1 dollar in quarters..stating were not a bank....
