I go here quite a bit because of the proximity to my home and I usually have a good experience at this store which I usually do. I never have problems at this store. But the last 3 times I have gone to this store I have been treated very rudely by the same employee. I'm not sure what her name is but she is one of the women working there today at 1230 and is NOT the one with neck tattoos. I understand customer service can be rough at times but I have never been rude or disrespectful to the women working there. She has been very rude to me. And talked to me like an idiot for lack of a better term. I was simply trying to help her. I have extremely good vision as I was in the military and have always been able to read small text from far away and I am taller then most so I can see higher. I had asked for a product that I could see was on the shelf and she was ignoring me telling her it was right next to her hand. Then told me to stop telling her how to do her job. I was not. No where in that sentence did I say that she needed to do her job. I was simply letting her know it was right next to her hand. She later told me that it wasn't even what I was asking for but I could read very clearly that it was the same one I was asking for. Then told me to let her do her job and to not worry about what she was doing. I'm sorry but I was not rude in any way and was not telling her how to do her job. And about a month ago the same woman literally called me stupid. I'm sorry but you don't talk to your customers that way. It is not right. If I could give certain employees a star rating she would get a 0. Every time this woman has been at the store she has been very rude to me and i have witnessed her being rude to other customers in line. This woman does not exemplify customer service and should not be employed there.

Single father of 4 kids come here every morning to get gas and snacks for school usually have a good experience but today the clerk insisted on me getting a membership subscription didn’t say it cost $10. I gave her my last $23 so I can get snacks and have gas for at least a couple days of this week and she charges me $10 gives me six dollars in gas and will not refund me. My money was being beyond rude cursing at me telling me she couldn’t do nothing about it got very upset because she knew she was in the wrong wouldn’t give me any management number or help me out in anyway

I think they have great cashier's are fast efficient. Compared to Walmart and Allsups. .; I've noticed employees most all of them stay on top of there job. Always have clean washer fluid. Never had to stand in line to long. The don't chitter chatter with coworkers or customer. . I will pay extra dollar or mile to have the service provided to me thus far .hope to see it continue on. on ..hard to find stores that really put customers .. number one

Very convenient and quick. The manager running the morning shift for the last week probably should stay off the phone. Tuesday loudly talking on the phone while I was checking out not sure what about. Wednesday with a line of people talking on the phone about personal life i.e divorce. Thursday was not talking on the phone (step in the right direction) but never looked up once from the phone while checking out. Now i get some things are important life happens buts let's get a little more professional. Still rating 4 stars because except this week my experiences have been positive.

Besides Walmart's gas station here in Alamogordo, circle k is the only convenience store still offers soft drinks for 99 cent. And that helps for the heat we have been experiencing here. Sometimes there's a line, their customer service is excellent and they get you out as fast as you walk in.
