Nice clean store! I found a lamp, bed sheets, towels, and a pillow. Love the selection, and the clearance section. It seems like quality products here. I will be back for sure!

I am a member of worked outlet when I went in there 2 to 3 years ago it had a little stuff and then when I went in there with my friend it has plenty of stuff but I didn't buy a lot I just bought a green candy cane cup with a straw it only cost me $6 and something change if I had plenty more money then yeah I will buy some more things

I love finding good deals! Had been thinking about getting new bedding for awhile and decided today was the day. I got a beautiful 7 piece comforter set and new bathroom rugs for about $100! If I decide I don't love it in a few months, I haven't lost much. Cute kids clothes and name brand athletic wear for my son. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop in Alamogordo.

My family and I went shopping at Burkes Outlet today around 11am on 9/7/18. We wanted to purchase some furniture and other items. We asked the morning shift manager if we could purchase everything and come back with a truck to pick up the furniture. The manager said no, we don't hold items that have been purchased and that they would hold our items and furniture for us till we returned that day with the truck and to pay for our items. We were not given a time limit on what time of the day we had to pick up our items. We went back with the truck around 530-6 and asked for our items and a clerk named Lydia started to berate and yell at us telling us we could not just put our items on hold and that she restocked them. We explained that we weren't given a time limit and she said that we can't leave items there for 8 hours. I said it hadn't been 8 hours and she held up an orange sticker in my face saying the right sticker was not put on our items. The only note she saw said "do not put back" and she ignored it and restocked our items because the note wasn't the right color. A co-worker of Lydia's spoke up for us and said that we were there earlier and she said it doesn't matter. After berating us about their hold policies like we were employees she ran to her manager. The manager never approached us even though she was aware of the situation. I had to ask for the manager and it was obvious she didn't want to deal with the situation. She stated that Lydia would be reprimanded but that is not sufficient for the embarrassment and unnecessary rudeness. Lydia should not be in a customer service environment. Lydia is unprofessional and belittles people in front of everyone. I would give zero stars if I could. I will be escalating this to the corporate level. Do not shop at Burke's Outlet due to rude employees like Lydia and the inept managers.

Great staff- very helpful and friendly! So courteous, which is why they will never tell you it's closing time, so watch the clock ⌚so they're not super late getting done for the night. Prices are amazing, easy return policy- keep receipt of course- & tags on, if possible. Love this store-thanks Burke's!

Love this place. It's clean and well stocked. The staff is real friendly and how can you beat these prices? You can't..... Will go here every time. You should too for a bargain on anything you might have a need for.

Its a great store to find small things that are cute, clothes and home items. Much like hobby lobby you need to look closely at what you pick up because there tends to be alot of damaged items. The staff have always been super friendly. I go in when the seasons change fkr decor, particularly at Christmas because they have alot of decorations and always at really good prices.

Good prices and customer service was good. There is a limited supply of items, but it is probably ample for this smaller area. Handbags and shoes need an upgrade but all together I found some great thing with a good price.

Nice store for a town with extreme limited selections for shopping . Good prices and somewhat fair variety. Manager was at checkout and offered information on sales and clearance racks. It does not appear they discriminate in hiring , as there was a very friendly boy with obvious special needs singing as he stocked the shoe shelf . He even offered to help me pick out a pair of shoes, lol.

There's no place I love better than Burkes Outlet. I always get my monies worth at this place. It is a most awesome place for bargains and beautiful cloths at the same time. Always feel like a winner when you make your purchase here.

Well, since I work here I might be slightly biased but on truth I am very impressed with the quality and incredible variety of items sold. Clothing and footwear is probably what Burke's is best known for and they do feature an ever changing inventory of stylish and well made clothes for men, women, and children. The shoes and boots selections alone are very nice -and the prices nothing short of amazing.Another thing I must mention is their really really decent plus size departmentsI have never before seen such a really stylish selection of plus sizes other than in a specialty store catering to plus sizes. And it's not just a few items - there is a plus size junior and plus size misses department and the merchandise is really nice and on a par with the regular depariments. The prices are the best I have seen anywhere and the designs far more pleasing than at, say, Walmart.They also carry a great selection of housewares and decorations and bedding and towels. And toys. And more.

I witnessed a manager horribly belittle an associate on the floor. Completely vile and over the top, shouldn’t be done in front of customers or even in private to such a degree. Far from constructive criticism. Your employees deserve better. Not liking someone or thinking they’re not your best worker doesn’t give you the right to demean them.

Not even 5 mins of being here and I was followed and felt unconfertable during my shopping experience. I am a Full time college student & employee that has money to go shopping. But yet I get treated like this. Its not happening to anyone else I really think it's because I'm lesbian, sexiest freaking store.. if others go through the same situation please put it on the reviews.. But this is uncalled for. I recommend people to go to the new clothing store.

Every other time that I have shopped at at BURKES OUTLET in the past I was 💯% pleased but today I really got the feeling that the store may be going out of business as well as many other stores here in Alamogordo because all of the merchandise that they did have was really spread out to make the store seem full but in reality they really DID NOT have the wonderful variety of clothes,shoes,perfumes,Etc that they normally would have most of the merchandise looked like older stuff that they were trying to just get rid of !? But I must say that the CASHIER wAs very helpful & friendly 👍
