Great furniture store, excellent management and sale persons helping you find what you need and being very polite and qualified.I recommend this store like the best furniture store in Alamogordo. Israel is a great sale person who always is ready to help you find the furniture you need. Thank you , Israel, so much for 2 hours spent to find my furniture. He helped me also get 15% discountThanks Salvador who cares about clients interest . He is very qualified manager , helped me change some of chairs to another ones more suitable for using at my table. .He helped also make request to furniture factory for getting some components of my bed they forgot to put in this bed set.

The coustomer service is awesome there and we had a very nice cashier I had a payment come out on my card for another payment when I went to cash out I had to return some items from shorted funds it was embarrassing but our cashier was very nice and considerate and didn't make us feel embarrassed we thank her very much just didn't catch her name please have a Merry Christmas to all at big lots

Walked in and walked out. Prices were at least two times what you might find at walmart. They had a small can of coffee for $10. Everything else was excessive as well. Other than say all items there really is nothing worth buying and you'll be overpaying for simple quality. Won't be back.

Its okay.... kimd of like a mini Walmart in my opinion but you can find some cool stuff in there. The garden area had alot of cool stuff so maybe hit that up this summer. They have some food items so if you live close and just want something small you can probably find it here

I bought 1100 sectional couch n messed up order now didn't receive the bottom pieces to make it complete I usually love Big lots but this store needs to get it together I know it's fairly new but it all comes with customer service if you have the experience it should just go with it I shouldn't have to go through this making multiple trips to the Big lots when I live very far away
