I was told i would have a cheaper price than the paperwork now says I'll have.. it's off by more than $100 ... i got the $2 phone cuz i couldn't afford a more expensive plan, AT&t is messing up with a very long time customer and im considering moving to tmobile now. This mistake is BIG!!

AT&T lied to me.. I never got my trade in value I was promised. So basically I’m locked in for 3 years paying double because I was told I was paying a different price & there is no way out. Just Go to straight talk.. Way cheaper for the same service.

There is no improvement needed from what I experienced, 5 star customer service! I was very satisfied and impressed with the lady that helped me. I believe her name was Heather. Heather, was very knowledgeable and sufficient in taking care of what was needed while also helping other customers in a timely and gracious manner. It's rare to find the incredible customer service that I was given nowadays. I will definitely be going to this store for my future networking needs.

I found all the representatives to be personable, knowledgeable and efficient . They worked as a team. It was a busy day yet they were willing to spend as much time as each person needed without feeling hurried. Every customer was treated with respect. My experience at the AT&T location in Alamogordo was nothing but positive. Employee Jagger was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had he was able to not only inform me on current promotions but was able to help me upgrade to a new cellular device. Not only was the experience at this location very helpful but everything was handled at a very good pace with the whole process taking less than 30 minutes. 10/10 excellent customer service.

Worst customer service on the planet!Due to their error we were stuck with a huge increase in our bill. They told us they couldn't do anything about it. Didn't even offer to TRY! Contacting "Loyalty" as they laughingly call it was an even bigger mess. We have changed carriers. AT&T isn't getting another penny from us!!

The employees of this store have treated me badly and have made fun of me for not speaking to them in English. My first language is Spanish and I feel more comfortable speaking my language. to change my phone for a more updated one, it took 3 months to give me my new phone, after many complaints and reports to the main office. If I continue here, it's because my husband is given attention and he doesn't want to change companies anymore. in some ovation an employee called me ignorantmy son was also treated badly .. it is a racist store for not knowing how to handle my phone well 😡 Un empleado de nombre Agustín empleado de esta tienda , hace 4 años se robó mi Apple ID ..my son was also treated badly .. it is a racist store

If I can give this place and their employees negative stars, I most definitely would. I had paid off my iPhone and was eligible to upgrade to a iPhone 12 max. Instead of transferring my line to that upgraded phone they activated two lines on my account without my knowledge. During this time, I even suspended my account for specific reasons and they were still charging my account for both lines. I have dealt with the same issue for more than a year and issue had never been resolved after countless of days speaking with managers and employees. The manager as well as employees gave no effort in reimbursing me for a year worth of charging me for their mistake. I don’t recommend this store whatsoever. Good luck to future customers.

One star is generous. I Waited 25 minutes for help with 5 Tile products I bought there. The guy up front said “the manager” would come out and help me. . Only 2 clerks in the place besides the manager. The female clerk who was helping some woman with a phone for the whole time I was there , suddenly jumped up to help another customer who entered the store wayyyyy after me. I asked When am I being served?” The “manager finally came out and said I’d have to come back another day. USELESS - all of them TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I was talked into the phone at Walmart, with the promise they could switch my data from phone to phone. I had a different carrier. After 4 hours I didn't have anything switched from phone to phone. I went to the ATT store. They were extremely nice and switched all my data to the new phone. I will never deal with Walmart again. But I will go back to the ATT store. Thank you to them for helping me.!!!

Wife went for upgrades. She wanted to drop her watch line and get a tablet, and get a new phone. We started with 3 lines, ended up with 5 lines, 2 of witch were on her phone. ATT says the line on the tablet is recommended in order to have payment but won't drop the line. It's not required so why won't you drop it. Why are you scamming people into getting 2 lines on a single phone.
