Got a text that my perception was ready. Stood in line for atleast a half hour. was told that they did not have my prescription and wouldn't have it until the middle of the month and they were too busy to transfer it to another pharmacy.

I've been getting prescriptions from my area for over 20 years and switched pharmacies at least three times. No place is without it's flaws, but thus far, Albertsons is the best choice for me. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Waiting an extra 15-30 minutes might be a burdern for some, but I agree with another reviewer in finding something else to do. Go to Starbucks. Do some grocery shopping. If you don't like Albertson's you can always try WalMart where you wait in line for 2 hours to let them know you are there to pick something up that was called in 24-48 hours ago, and they haven't even started filling it. I'll stick to waiting 15 minutes inside or 30 minutes in the drive-thru and be home before you. (Or have your meds delivered and avoid the lines altogether!)

Will take a long time to have medications in stock. Also, drive thru lane for drop off/pick up usually takes a long time. Had to switch pharmacies due to a few issues with this one. People are friendly.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, they have at least 8 people working behind the counter. But only one person at the cash register ... the rest are typing away at computers and walking around the shelves. Incredibly slow service. It's even worse at the drive-thru.Lately they've added on the joy of having their IT system screw up, so you'll get notifications that your medication is ready when it isn't etc.. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes only to find out my medication wasn't ready, I mentioned this to the person at the cash register. She blamed it on COVID causing staffing issues. What the heck? Not only are IT systems implemented on computers which don't catch the virus, but if the problem WAS due to low staff ... they still had at least 8 employees there at the pharmacy!I finally gave up and switched to Walmart. Much better.

I have had used this pharmacy since it opened. Sometimes they have long lines. If they do, I find something else to do and come back later when the lines are short or non existent. The staff has been cheerful and helpful regardless of their work load.

Called my medication in 2.5 hours ahead of time and it still wasn't ready when I got there...then after leaving and coming back, it STILL wasn't ready! Changed my pharmacy right then and there.

Why do they send you text messages saying your prescriptions are ready and then when you go to pick them up they are not ready and they tell you to wait and wait. My time is valuable also do not waste my time.

If I could give 0 stars I would they are the slowest drive-through pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They are all very nice and courteous.

2nd time in a row with them refills on prescriptions they don't communicate with nobody gave them an extra hour then what they told me to make shurs and STILL they had an issue witch they could have communicated with me but nope no such thing

I bet nuclear material changes hands quicker. The workers here lag. I swear a lady in front of me took twenty minutes to get Dulcalax from a worker.

By far the most unorganized group of clowns. Texted me and said prescription was ready and waited 30 minutes and then told me it wasn't ready. Waited another 16 minutes to get it.
