This experience was well beyond my expectations. I called from out of town to ask them about delivery and the price of some of their products. Off the bat they were extremely helpful and their service was great. Because they were out of certain types of flowers, I was able to give them a price range, and they built me a custom bouquet. It came out beautiful and they smelled amazing! Additionally, since the person I was ordering them for did not get off work until 430pm, I asked if they could deliver them later in the day. Even though their closing time was 5 pm, they were accommodating and delivered them late. I am so appreciative of everything they did for me on short notice.

I ordered flowers unseen, over the phone from out of state. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite. The flowers were unable to be delivered when originally planned (not due to Alamogordo Flower Company), a brief call got the delivery rescheduled very easily. The flowers that were delivered were beautiful, fresh and arranged so nicely in a lovely vase. They exceeded my expectations and they stayed within my budget! I would highly recommend Alamogordo Flower Company! Thank you so much!

I have used this florist for years since my mom lives in Alamogordo, New Mexico and I now live in Arizona. While they had previously made beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price, last Mother’s Day I sent a bouquet that was less than spectacular for the price and also one to my Mother-in-law in Nacodoches, Texas- here was the same price and description from a different florist and was gorgeous. I was disappointed but thought it was a one- time thing. Then I called to order my mom birthday flowers this week and eventhough I have used them as a repeat customer several times a year to send my mom flowers- they had no record of me and the person on the phone was neither knowledgeable or friendly. I ordered her birthday flowers and upgraded to the deluxe bouquet. I am including a picture of what I spent $70 on. My mom lives up in the mountains out of Alamogordo so they call her or my dad to come get them and when they arrived at the shop the woman said,” Who called you?” & acted like she had no idea that my mom even had an arrangement waiting. They had 2 arrangements in the back and my mom said the woman wasn’t even sure which one belonged to my mom. She brought out the sad, depressed looking bunch of flowers and my mom sent me a picture to thank me once she got home but the picture she sent was nothing like the beautiful bouquet I thought I had purchased on the website. I should not have bothered upgrading to the deluxe because there was no love or extra attention or flowers added to this arrangement. As the only florist in Alamogordo, you would think customer service and quality of product would matter but apparently not. I could have gone to Wal-Mart and purchased three beautiful grocery store bouquets for the same price as this dismal, withered bunch of flowers.Disappointed? Yes. My mom’s three children are far away and this is the one thing I can do that she loves and brings a smile to her face and for $70 she didn’t even get fresh flowers. I am a teacher so this is a lot of money for me.At any rate, do not waste your money. I just found out Costco delivers from their online florist and are both better quality and more reasonably priced.

After today I am a huge fan of Almagordo flower company. I live out of state and called to place an order for a friend whose parent had passed. Not being able to see what they had in stock I talk to Angelica who it’s not only a professional but quite pleasant and accommodating. After speaking with me she made an amazing arrangement as you can see.Angelica took the information I had given her about my friend and made it into a lovely basket. I recommend Almagordo flower company and specifically Angelica whole heartedly. The location of the store is in the middle of town what could easier. So from Colorado to my friends house in Alamo they made a sad moment in time much brighter.Thank you Angelica for your professional Decorating eye and your kind heart.Again 100% recommendation!

Looks like it was arranged by a kid, also, it did not come in the little green crock that I specifically ordered this arrangement for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I called from out of town to inquire about a floral arrangement in the shape of a graduation cap. I was told to email a picture of my idea to the owner. The owner didn't reply. When I made a follow-up call, an employee relayed messages between the owner and me. The owner didn't take the call. The employee told me the arrangement would be $275.00 (not a problem if done according to specificity). Still, the employee said they probably needed help finding a tassel to hang from the floral-arranged graduation cap. Could no one create a makeshift tassel? I found a DIY video that made a graduation tassel for under a dollar in less than a minute! The customer service and creativity at Alamoflower Co. are low-budget. Refrain from wasting time with this shop if you want a unique piece.

I waited until the morning of for a funeral arrangement , came in to a quite busy shop, hoping they would have something perfect for our budget.. the lady was super professional and helpful and found a nice arrangement for less than my budget. I asked them to add some to it, and to be honest, they went far above and beyond for me! The arrangement was beautiful, in the budget and at the service on display well ahead of the service. Went in a week before Christmas looking for a bouquet for the dining room table. They had two arrangements available for sale, no extra bouquets to possibly flower up extra rooms in the house. Not a mask to be found in the whole store. Will NOT return to this establishment!!!

Only because I had to give it at least 1 star.I am so disappointed with this place of business. A bunch of us chipped in for a flower arrangement foe a dear friends husband who passed away and the flowers were never delivered. When they were questioned about it, their reply was:"I totally forgot"This is very unprofessional and disappointing. It's not like we can do over a memorial service. Since the flowers were forgotten, the memorial had no flowers.

Alamorgordo Flower Company saved the day! I had originally ordered flowers from what I thought was a local florist for my mom's birthday. I ended up having to cancel my order the day it was to be delivered after finding out that they weren't local and weren't able to find a local florist to complete the order. I called Alamogordo Flower Company and they were more than happy to assist me in delivering a beautiful arrangement to my mom. I've included a picture of my mom enjoying her flowers on her birthday! Seriously awful. I ordered flowers for my mother and grandmother (who was on her deathbed). I gave them my phone number AND my father's phone number because he was staying at the house with them. They did not bother to call anyone when no at home heard them knock. They left a note saying someone could come pick up the arrangements on Monday (the day after mother's day!). They didn't even bother calling me! My grandmother died Monday morning. She never got to see the arrangement I bought her or the note I included. I called, sobbing, and they were nice enough, saying they would credit the cost of the arrangement toward a sympathy arrangement for the funeral. THEY NEVER EVEN DELIVERED THOSE!!!!! Someone was waiting at the house when we got back from the service, offering us the sympathy arrangement if we wanted it, the AUDACITY! I have never felt so uncared for as a customer! They are HORRID. Never buy from them is my recommendation.

These folks are the best! I have been dealing with Tamra and Stacey on long distance orders (from NY) for 5 years now and the people I have flowers sent to are just beside themselves. They always tell me how big and beautiful the arrangements are and the funny thing is is that their latest arrivals are always the "most beautiful" they've seen. You CANNOT go wrong with these people. Keep up the excellent work you knuckleheads.

I went in last week to order flowers for my wife to give to her during my militay retirement. She likes tulips and the ladies said I could get 10 for $40 bucks. I told them that I wanted more than that and I wanted something big and over the top to give to my wife. She then said how much do you want to spent and that they would build to that. I said $60 to $80. So I ended up spending $80. What I got was 12 tulips in about the smallest arrsngement that I have ever seen. I have seen better bouquets at the gas stations. I was ashamed to present them to my wife and embarrassed bring them out in front of my coworkers.

This shop was great. The lady I spoke with was more than happy to put together an arrangement on short notice at a good price for a surprise gift. I even got to choose specific flowers for the arrangement myself, which made it even better. 10/10 would recommend

I'm so upset. I had wanted to get my bf a gift for a special occasion. They didn't deliver it the first time. Then, the second time, they decided not to deliver it at all. I called to get a refund but they said they are closed for COVID, so we'll see if I ever get a refund for not getting anything! I'm so upset. They ruined my surprise.

I have used this floral company for 6 years, calling in long distance orders from the East Coast for multiple family members and occasions over the years. Bouquets, centerpieces, you name it. The recipents always comment on the beauty and freshness of the products. I do not typically use the website to place orders, but call and speak with a florist directly. Always good, friendly service.
