The app is nothing but a ripoff… third time I’ve ordered thru mobile app for curbside pickup. They can NEVER find the order. They take the points (6000) and chg me $.20 for whatever. Once again I go to pickup and they didn’t get the order and want me to come inside. I wouldn’t order curbside if I was able to go inside. I have a 2 yr old so I’m not going inside. Drive through is no help at all.

I share a fence with mcdonalds, their trees have over grown and are damaging the fence. The trees branches are on top of my high voltage electrical service. Ive asked. many times for them to trim the trees for i cant reach on my 6' laadder. ive done my best. oveer the years with my hacksaw trying to trim the over growth. but for the trees on top of myy house i can not do a thing. ive been in contact with the managers theyve come take pictures and thats about it. also let me add that one of the trees has been INFESTED with the lantern flies they have also seen this. last year and this year and since NOTHING was done last year the tree has now started to die and leak sap so when i step out my front door i get rained on my sap from the dying tree that belongs to mcdonalds. im sick of them doing nothing here are. photos Also let mee add that my neighbor is an elderly disabled man who can not do any upkeep on mcdonalds trees ive been doing my best to help him but it has become unmanageable. its a shamee that ive been in contact with them for oveer a year not and absolutely notthing has been done. winter is coming which meeans icicles will be hanging from those trees.. whicch could lead to someone getting hurt. the trees intertwine with my voltage wires and cable wires

The drive thru speed is really hit or miss here. I’m frequently asked to pull to the side.The fast food service this area plain sucks. Simple orders take forever

Was craving a McFlurry and fries. Got almost thru the whole bag of French fries. Dumped out the rest on a napkin and this stink bug came out with it. It's dead..looks like it was fried with the fries. I get you can control every little fly or bug.. but like did you check before bagging it.. or just didn't care? The service/Staff were really nice though and I've never had any issues here before.. but this is a new one for me. Really gross. Wish I could post the photos.

Updated review: staff at the McDonald's is much better now that the previous staff were replaced. The food is better, the restaurant is much cleaner, and the staff is friendly! Cudos to McDonald's for realizing there was an issue with the restaurant and taking the steps necessary to fix it.Old review:Dirty McDonalds with unprofessional staff, terrible service, terrible food.

I usually don’t review fast food restaurants because 🤷‍♀️ why would I? But I digress.Stopped here on a whim and the drive thru was packed. They had me pull into a spot to wait for my food.EVERY SINGLE PERSON I ENCOUNTERED was very kind, patient and professional. I was a bit confused :,D because I’m used to Mickey d’s having horrible customer service.The food was actually freshly cooked. I haven’t had hot/crisp McDonald’s fries since high school. Whatta vibe. Thanks y’all.

They messed up the simplest order I have ever made in my life completely in the drive through. The order screen displayed my order 100% accurately, but in the 2 second drive to the pick up window, it was lost in the void apparently. Should have checked in before I left (my mistake).

Was not happy. I had a huge order, I ordered 4 Big Macs and special ordered 4 Double pounder with Cheese with no onions. Instead I received 4 double cheeseburgers. I called them to complain and went back. They were very rude and I just wanted a refund and was told that they couldn't do that because I used my credit card.

All of my visits have been good experiences. The employees provide quick and cordial customer service and the facility is relatively clean. Most important, my food is always fresh and orders are always correct, whether it's coffee or a burger and fries. Much appreciated.

McDonald's does a few things better than almost any other fast food place. Their fountain sodas are almost always on point. Their fries (when fresh) are the best. And I think they have the best, most juicy and tasty chicken nuggets. I also really like their fish sandwich.I am not really a fan of their burgers, however. The Big Mac is a strong point, but the meat patties are small.

This McDonald’s service is horrible. The line is always fast but they forget half your order at the window so it’s really redundant. Then they have attitudes when you bring it to their attention. I donate here & this just makes me not even want to contribute. Looking in the bag before you pull off here is a must! Salads are fresh here, when they get it right.

Speed of Service is usually pretty quick so no complaint there. The overall service n general could use some minor improvement via training in some soft customer service skills. The location itself could use some minor updating as well. The location is just dated considering how busy they usually are they gotta be able to do it. All that aside though they do deliver pretty fast service though so kudos to the staff.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I understand that it's fast food, not a fancy five-star restaurant. But that doesn't justify the fact that my sweet tea always tastes like there's something else mixed into it, or that all of the food after maybe 5:30pm tastes like it's been sitting in a bin all day. It probably has. I have yet to deal with an unpleasant employee, but the food itself is just too awful to leave a pleasant word of this establishment.

Food was below mediocre and while expectations should be low (never like the picture), this McDonald's goes lower. To top it off, the staff couldn't care less and were robotic and cold. They quickly dismissed us for their personal conversation and displayed agitation when I went to order a dessert for my kids. We left instead of completing the order. Awful.

Of course they're going on mess up my order for the 3rd time in a row. Over $20 spent to feed the family & they forgot EVERY ONE of my french fries I ordered. Definitely never going to this McDonald's again. Wish they were blacklisted because I almost feel like they're purposefully stealing from me at this point.
