Very polite people. However, I purchased ejuice that they recommended, and later I found the expiration date and it was 2 years old and it had gone bad. The bottle was dark and tinted so the color of the juice was not visible. When I got home I filled my tank to find out that the liquid was the color of Coca-Cola.That color only comes from nicotine gone bad. I kindly went back to show that this juice was un-vapable, with hopes of swapping it out for something different. The answer was a simple no. "Once the bottle is cracked open, it can not be returned", which is perfectly understandable, but, I was sold spioled ejuice. I should have been comped a bottle and their inventory should be corrected. But he tried to justify it and said that is normal for some juices to be dark....Nope. I used to make my own juice before the shut down. Most flavor profiles are between 7 to 15% PG based extracts. The rest is propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin which are both clear liquids and 3% nicotine which is also clear. So even if I was the darkest flovoring ever. it's still diluted in 90% clear liquid which is why some juices have that nice golden tint. However when nicotine starts to corrode, it turns dark brown and has a pepper like taste. Which is what this juice was like. The fact is that this place is knowingly or ignorantly selling expired e-liquid while taking advantage of uninformed people. And due to the rarity if vape shops. I will be forced to have to shop there again. So be careful when buying e-liquids.

Absolutely best shop I’ve been to in a long time. Literally had everything I needed which is hard because I use a dripper and not the disposable or regular tanks. Will absolutely be using this store from no on.. would highly recommend

Just upgraded my mods tank and Vinny was an awesome help. Highly recommend this pace to anyone who enjoys solid vibes from the place and people who work there. Highly knowledgeable staff that kept me intrigued during the upgrade process and solidified my decision. Truly the best Vape shop in NJ . I’ll be shopping here for years to come.

Worked with Dylan tonight for a new vape, mine quit working over a month ago so of course I went back to smoking. I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for when I came in so Dylan and John walked me through the different products on the market until I selected the best mod for my intended use. He had me try about 8 different flavors until I found one I liked and patiently explained/ demonstrated the set up process for the new vape. This has to be the best shop I’ve been to across the country, these guys know what they are talking about.. here’s to finally quitting smoking for good

May I see that this is the most professional Vape shop ever. On my drive here I was really intimidated on what to purchase since I'm a new vapor smoker . I'm not a Tobacco user so the sales rep here recommended a bunch of tobacco free Vape juice. I would 100% recommend shopping here, come see Vinny he is one of the most positive, knowledgeable, and honest salesman ever ! Support local business like this! He also showed me a line of CBD products that they produced which is fantastic. There are CBD products for animals and also humans! A must go to location

He took the time to find out my needs an pick the right product for me. No high pressure felt like going to friends house an asking what they thought. Overall very very professional an knowledgeable! I don't have enough time to write about all the good things about this place. Absolutely great customer service, friendly people and great prices. If you join the rewards program you get discounts every time you go (after you raked up some points to begin with). They always have what your looking for, and if for some reason they don't, they will order it and notify you when they have it in stock. If it's something they don't typically sell, they will try to work with you and get it in store for you. Make this your new vape store, you'll be glad you did.

Went here for the first time today and had an awesome experience. I was greeted promptly by Vinny who gave me a quick temperature scan and a squeeze of hand sanitizer. After that, I was led to the showcase where Vinny informed me on different products. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he also possesses a warm, positive attitude. I was then introduced to the other workers, Sam and Dillon, who were also welcoming. Will definitely come back for all my vape needs in the future!

What a great shop! Great staff, huge juice selection. Some of the fanciest hardware on the market currently. In a decent location right off a main road, you can see it before driving past it. Definitely worth the trip. They gonna have everything you need from starter kits to experienced vaping.

They charge $30 for elf bars when they’re $13 online and $15 at most other stores. I understand a slight markup since (most) people are going pay whatever’s being charged but $30 is asinine.

I have been going to this store for several years now, and always come back for the awesome staff and service. The staff is always very helpful and take the time to be sure that you are getting what you need when you begin vaping. I love this place. They are legit here. Very fair prices but you get so much more than just vapor goods here. The folks in the shop are always happy to help and very, very friendly. They know how to diagnose and fix just about anything. They are super awesome and sell a wide variety of juices and mods. Whatever your level -- beginner or a competition smoker -- you gotta check this place out. The best. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would.

Not a typical review. I'm sure I have already. (Long time since I've been here 4 good reason. Nothing to do w the store. The person who introduced it to me. 4 get that, I would have done the work to find it n get there myself. "I found Inno Vapes 1st myself" "credit legally mine. I was conned by an artist last 3 yrs of my life were literally nothing" anyway...It was cool, went in tonight n immediately recognized, told why I been gone for months in a few words of truth "congratulations n few other words all great to hear. It's understood the feeling of guilt never came off of me. )
