Overcharged constantly at this store. Posted prices often don't match the price at checkout. Overcharged for the same item three times in a week. When I complained the cashier turned her back on me and walked away. Not only do they try to rip you off, they are rude when called on it.

The lady working last night was extremely rude to 2 of the customers. They were at the register waiting to be checked out and had to call for a worker because nobody was paying attention apparently. As the lady walked up she says self-serve basically referring for the customers they should do it themselves so that she doesn't have to bother with doing her job. I believe this was extremely unprofessional and most definitely rude. Not everybody likes to use the self check out.

Great people, great store!!! New Egypt Dollar General is always very clean & the displays look great. You can always count on a friendly face, as DGs staff, are always pleasant & willing to assist !!!! 🤗

They carry name brand products at very affordable prices. The store is kept clean, and well stock. Parking, going in and out of the store are the only problems with this store because of the steps going up to the store. If you have a full cart of products you have to take a ramp down the front of the store to the parking lot and your car

my quick visit turned into a late night shop and I loved every minute of it. Dollar General was closing in 20 minutes but the staff didn't rush me. I picked up a wrong item and one of the staff went and got the correct item for me. very polite, clean store.

I've been in this place a few times. I don't know they just don't seem to have a really crazy large selection of items. I have been in other Dollar Generals that just seem to have a lot more of a selection. Besides that it's basically your typical Dollar Store. The couple of times that I've been in there it's been cleaned in the shows do look fairly well organized. There's tons of parking but the parking lot is built on a very steep incline. I would not think that it is easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or with a cane or Walker. Not real easy place to walk up and get into.

I went here during my stay at a rental cabin. They have all the necessary needs for camping supply. Lots of different clothes for cheap. Drinks and some microwave foods. I was able to get all my essential items, such as cooking, laundry, and bathroom supplies.

Dollar General - good deals and free corona virus to boot.A new wrinkle: today when I went in there the cashier took her mask all the way off and started eating from a bag of Cheetos as she ringing me up. Absolutely ridiculous.They do not enforce mask wearing. Every time I go in there many people are walking around with noses exposed and some with no masks at all. I have asked about it three times and gotten ridiculous responses. My favorite was the cashier who said his manager told him the governor had said people didn't have to wear masks in stores.

Don't judge this place by its street value!!! As soon as you walk in, this place is a STOCKED convenience store that you'll think you were in a super market. Unlike most convenience stores, three prices aren't highly inflated. Upon entering I was greeted by the nice cashier and leaving a farewell. It's kinda in the middle of no where and no usual wawa or quick check in site which got me to stop in. Very glad I did!

Huge store on a hill with giant sloping parking lot. The store is well stocked but messy. No employees visible. Someone I assume is an employee shows up at the register after a bit, cellphone in hand, in a trance. Screws up the check out process, doesn't appear to care. Good thing the prices are low....

Well stocked, convenient, fair priced would have given 5 stars if they had more then just one person on a register to reduce traffic lines. Other then that it’s a good place to come despite street value.

my absolute favorite dollar store, very clean and friendly staff, very helpful. always have great sales and deals. This place used to be a restaurant but honestly this is way better than any other place, very convenient! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This store had a recent renovation that was a long time coming. It's a thousand times improvement. If only the property owner could pave the shopping center lot. Great store, good selection and prices

Typical of Dollar General chain. Friendly staff. Ample parking; lot is easy enter/exit from both Routes 528 and 537. At this store a 2 lb can of Folgers coffee cost $1.00 more than at the Whiting, (Rt 530), location.

Mean, miserable, rotten employees! Never going back there again! Also the store is super dirty! Clean the place up and hire nicer help! It's nice that the dollar tree opened up next door, I'm sure they are hurting this store!

Good for quick stuff but they advertise on shelves get so much off if buying a certain amount of a product and then it doesn't deduct from your bill.

This place is always a mess. What's so hard about keeping the isles clean and free of cardboard, stock and carts? Well, they don't know the answer to that one. The mess of things everywhere makes shopping there unbearable. Skip this one and go elsewhere.

For those not familiar with Dollar general, this is not your typical dollar store. It's a five-and-dime and most of the items can be found cheaper at Walmart and Target.

If you are in a wheelchair I wouldn't recommend going to this store,The Isles are way to cramped and the displays are setup so close together you got to move them out the way,Other then that the staff is amazing and friendly
