Great customer service. I had to cancel my appointment due to my work schedule on Good Friday but then they made an exception and added Pepper our sweet dog and voá-la he was ready for Easter.No cages, Pepper is always happy to go there, he comes home smelling so good and calm, no itchy or upset.Highly recommended.

They are the best! We rescued our dog from a high kill shelter in Korea. She came to us severely traumatized and no one could cut her nails. Our vet finally said we’d have to put her under for it and it would cost $700. Thank god for Rovers Makeovers! They were able to get the job done without scaring her too much! Now she looks and smells great❤️

I can’t believe I was charged 123 dollars for two small dogs. One dog was just a bath and then the girl proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cut my dogs nails because she was being difficult. Are you not a groomer??? You should know how to deal with difficult dogs. I was very disappointed. I would never go back

Loved the attention to detail for my pup and how patient and sweet the groomer was. I was so nervous because it was my puppy's first grooming and im so glad I chose to come here! Groomer even sent me a photo when my baby was done and I loved it!! She came home smelling like fresh grapes and I was so impressed! 10/10 would recommend

I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Rovers Makeovers and their groomers. We have a very anxious senior pup who has not been groomed by anyone other than myself due to his high anxiety. They were so amazing with him and he was very well behaved. We couldn't hold back tears of pure happiness when we were leaving with him.

Bryant began grooming our family dogs a few years ago after we switched from a Big Box Corporation. Bryant is caring, exceptional at his work and passionate about his job.Bryant has gone above and beyond to help us with situations such as skunk sprays, emergency grooming and even advice with our dogs outside of grooming! Bryant takes great care of our Golden’s while they are in his care getting groomed. He knows their personalities and works around them to make sure they are comfortable throughout the process. He’s been grooming them for about 4 years now.My oldest needed surgery to remove bladder stones so I took them in a couple days before to get cleaned up before hand. The staff took extra care not to cause her any additional pain and they even dropped off treats and a gift for her at our house once they heard her surgery went well.

Great grooming salon! My goldendoodle needed a good shave for the summer and we went here based on reviews. Couldn’t be happier. His ears were super clean and his nails nice and short. He loved it and smelled like blueberries for over a week! Highly recommend.

My dogs love Bryant! I have been taking them to Rovers Makeover for at least 8 years. My cockapoo has severe anxiety, but Bryant is so calm and gentle with him, he loves going there. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else. I also love the new location. Bryant is the best!

Had the best experience at Rovers!! The owner, Brian, is so attentive with my tiny dogs. It was our first time and he was very patient with all my questions. I showed him a picture of my dogs and how I like them to be cut and he nailed it!!!! They even received adorable bandanas at the end of their visit! Brian enjoyed my dogs visit so much that he took pictures of my dogs in the bath. It was so cute for him to capture their visit for me to see :)You can tell he enjoys his career and really cares for his pet customers :) can't wait for our next visit!!PS: the shampoo that is used smells AMAZING!! Not like regular dog shampoo. It's a soft fragrance but not too strong! My dogs had an appointment a week and a half ago and still smell great!!

Bryant is the only groomer I have found that cuts my dogs hair the way I want. There shampoo smells so good too. Lynx and Skippy are well taken care of at Rovers Make Overs. I never worry about them when they’re getting groomed.

Brought in my Tibetan mastiff (Charlie) for a groom. The owner paid very close attention to detail. Charlie was also very comfortable (he is very attached to me) and the owner Bryan I think his name was treated him very good and gave him a wash that he loved so much. Charlie didn’t want to leave because of the vibe that was in the room. Definitely the best in the area. Thank you for your services, we will be back soon!

I brought my dog Delilah here for the first time today! This by far was the best hair cut she ever had!!!! She had a bad experience at the last place she went and This was a world of a difference! I would trust them with my pet 1000 times over! We will never go anywhere else!

Suprised anyone could have a negative experience. My dog has very high anxiety and it's very difficult for me to take him to be groomed as he gets so worked up he makes himself physically sick. I dont know what they do different at Rovers, but he always comes back happy. I have had to take my dog to the vet after other grooming appointments elsewhere due to vomiting and diarrhea, so it has been quite extreme. So happy to finally found a place my dog is comfortable with.

Bryant and Marilyn were so friendly and accommodating to me and my dog! My puppy is pretty anxious at the groomer, but these guys spoiled her and made her feel right at home. I’ve tried so many places and my search is over thanks to Rovers !

Please don't bring your dog there to be groomed - attached are the pictures of what they did to my dog's ear. They cut the tip off. They called me and said they could not finish the dog but never told me that they cut my dog's ear. When I got him in the car I saw the blood. When I called them, they were not sympathetic and just said it probably happened when they clipped his ears. They felt they were justified since my dog snapped at them.Please beware - this is not the type of place you want to take your pets.
