I love Kohls and this location is absolutely my favorite.I just purchased a Simply Vera Wang wallet from here a few minutes ago that I absolutely love. I work in billing for a financial company, have worked in customer service and merchandising so I’m relatively good when it came to numbers and I make sure to keep an eye out for the signs and discounts. I asked an older woman with glasses who worked at Kohls how much the wallet was and the scanner said original price 39 and sale price was 31 before an additional 20% discount. I told her that was incorrect and the sign said differently and she said what was scanned was correct. I knew she just didn’t want to walk over and check. I purchased the wallet anyway and after went to take a picture of the sign and went up to an associate in the front to assist me. I showed him the signs and he returned the item, priced it correctly at the sale price then added the 20%. Granted it was about a 10 dollar difference but I plan on shopping here next week for the holidays and I need to know the signs are correct and followed before I spend a significant amount of money.If you see a sign near an item your purchasing take a picture incase it doesn’t come up correctly and go to the front counter.

Kohl's on US 46 East is an amazing store. My whole family has gone there for years. Super clean, neat, and organized. Everyone is on point with assisting in finding products. Also, it's a go-to place for my Amazon returns. In other words, I kill, not three, but two 🐦s with one stone. 😃

I usually shop here alot for the whole family but after my experience today I will only be shopping online only. Not only was I followed around by one young man from loss prevention but they made it their best to make me feel very uncomfortable while shopping. It was until he noticed i was actually law enforcement that he decided to step away.I ended up getting help from an associate and purchased my items thru my app on my phone. Kohls need to better train their employees this is unacceptable.

I usually come for Amazon returns more than anything else. The sales are ok but decent only when they’re 75%+ off otherwise it’s so expensive. Also, the employees at the Amazon return area lately have been just off putting. The way they speak to you and look at you is as if they’re miserable. I thought it was that one girl that’s there when I usually go but yesterday there was another lady there and she looked like she was not happy. They’re just not nice at all. I think I’m going to do ups returns from now on.

I hit the jackpot w this visit. I was looking for beach dresses, sleevless. All of my one piece beach wear pieces fit perfectly. They can be worn as a cover up over bathing suits, a regular dress/outfit for a daytime wear and u can dress up the pieces for evening wear and even to sleep as a night gown night shirts. Very versatile!! Everything was on sale! I didnt pay full price for any of 5 dress pieces; they were all under $25. Very pleased.

Over priced clothing... and being a member there was no coupons. No points.. no anything but full overpriced clothing ... and it's not like it's Gucci it's basic Levi's basic wrangler... adidas.. Nike ... stuff I can buy anyplace for a lot less ...

Kohls, I love this store - not at the mall so easy to park and they have everything I need. The customer service people are always helpful and friendly. Things are easy to find. and you can always look online before you leave home to plan your trip before you go. I also love the shop online and pickup in store - could not be easier

I HAVE GOOD NEWS*Koh's is not that bad, Is not my stile shopping store to buy my self clothes, but my fiance, infact, like some few men clothes that he sow, but the prices are more hide then what a article's can cost. For example :I buy this women stile clothes and they are my stile to wear but I gess it cost less for those people that have their credit card store, when for me the princess were 10% off.I do have good news for those joung girls that Will graduated this year from elementary and middleschool, if they are go en to have a proun party, here in Kohl's thay have beautiful dresses in a unbelievable pricess. So go ahead and dont miss this great chace to have a great discount.

I recently visited Kohl's in Woodland Park, New Jersey to utilize their Amazon drop off service. Overall, my experience was positive, but there was one minor issue that I encountered during my visit.Firstly, I must commend Kohl's for partnering with Amazon and providing this convenient drop off location. It's incredibly convenient for those who frequently order from Amazon and need a hassle-free way to return or exchange items. The designated area for the Amazon drop off is clearly marked and easy to find within the store.However, my only concern was the staffing at the Amazon drop off section. During my visit, I noticed that there was a limited number of staff members available to assist customers. This resulted in a slightly longer wait time, especially during peak hours. It would be great if Kohl's could consider increasing the number of staff members dedicated to this area to ensure a smoother and faster process for customers.Despite this small setback, the staff members who were present were friendly, professional, and did their best to manage the situation efficiently. They were knowledgeable about the drop off process and provided assistance whenever possible.I appreciate the convenience that Kohl's offers by having an Amazon drop off service, and I hope they address the staffing issue soon. With more staff members available, the experience would undoubtedly be even better, and customers would have an even smoother transaction.Overall, I would still recommend Kohl's in Woodland Park for the Amazon drop off service. It's a convenient option for returning or exchanging Amazon items, and I'm hopeful that they will continue to improve the staffing situation to enhance the overall customer experience.
