It's amazing, but i see this Store closing in the near future. Prices are crazy, employees won't give you 5 seconds of their time, seen some in their phones walking around. For items you would like to check the price out, the BB app won't help either. Open box items are ridiculously pricey. Took some pictures of some items i wanted to check prices, no where to be found. BB was an amazing store.

Horrible customers service. Entered the store and interested in buying a laptop quickly . I was standing by the laptops for 10mins, googling information on which one is the best. Nobody even came to ask if I needed help. I guess they were too busy chatting to each other. I approached an employee standing by the entrance and asked him to assist me. He told me to give him few mins, then finally he came to “help” and looking visibly annoyed.I did but the laptop and I am hope none of these people gets a commission because they don’t deserve it.It is just ridiculous !

I've been shopping around for a new fridge and found it at best buy!JC was extremely helpful, got a great fridge for a great price.There is a best but closer to me but it just doesn't compare to this one!!!

I went to Best Buy and the sales rep Brian Colorado, was beyond incredible. He took his time, went above and beyond, and made sure I found the best product for my bucks! He was so kind and polite. I can honestly say he loves his job and have great patients. It was pleasure meeting you if you ever read this message!

Worst experience with Best Buy. I purchase cameras and paid to get them install in a rental property. 1st time I had to wait for the technician for 7 hours, when he show up he couldn’t install them and he left telling us he will be back and never came back, I live a hour away, I went to the store to complaint and the manager at the store 30 Andrews Dr, Woodland Park, NJ 07424 toll me I only have two option reschedule or return he did not care at all, I have reschedule and again I went for a second time and I got a call 6 hours waiting that the technician won’t be able to make it, now that we keep calling to set up a time they keep hung in up the call and they don’t want to transfer me to a manager

My experience started because the person who assisted us get a Microsoft office 365 was plain rude. Then we proceed to Geek Squad and Giannie was beyond helpful. She was more than patient with my uncle who's English is not that great. She took her time installing MO. Then she took the time to explain all of the benefits of BB membership. Giannie is an example of what customer service is all about.

Went there looking for a new TV, and the sales person was very knowledgeable and explained the different models and brands so I could make a decision based on what was best for me not the most expensive one with all the features. There was no pressure to buy at all.

It seems really quiet but you can actually touch what you want to buy and make sure you know what it is like. And they take your electronics recycling even if you're not buying anything. So I try to make all of my electronics puechaat Best Buy.

I ordered an Xbox S for in store pick up, and I noticed the box was damaged (like an actual hole in the box) . That’s when Ethan and Liliana came to my rescue! I then became back and forth between the S and X model, and was talking to another employee about games he plays with his fiancé (I feel so bad I didn’t get his name too for this shout out!!). Ultimately, per excellent persuasion and charisma by these three amazing employees, ended up order an X series for next day delivery. I of course got convinced to buy a BB plus for $50, but also took $50 off my purchase (can cancel anytime), plus my additional rewards which saved me more money.This Best Buy truly has an staff (for reference I was there Friday 3/22 at around 5:30)

I would like to recognize Ethan for helping me to return a mesh wifi system. He was very helpful and came over to the refund counter as soon as he was available. He was also very knowledgable about the company's return policy, and he assured me that I would be credited in full. Overall, I had a great experience, which does not happen at many retail stores anymore. Glad that I made my purchase at Best Buy, and will be back when I'm ready to buy a new laptop!

I purchased a samsung soundbar from this location, open box item pick up only. When I opened the box at home, the remote control was missing. Calling this location redirects to a call center which stated my only option was to drive back to the Best Buys with the whole box to show them that the remote control was missing. Absolutely ridiculous expectation after having spent a lot of money on a product.

I am so disappointed in this Best Buy. Service went downhill. First of all customer service is terrible, they will take forever to come help you, when they do they give you attitude, not listening to your questions. When you return things, they seem to have hard time listening to you as well. Just amazing downhill, they need to do better training, have a feel of who they hire.

0 stars if possible. I am disgusted by these people. After scheduling a 1-3 time for someone to come and install something, no one came, I delayed my plans and it is impossible to contact anyone on the phone. I am forever boycotting best buy, taking my business to somewhere else, and I advise other consumers to do the same.

I had a 2hr service appointment to install an add-on I purchased at Best Buy to my brand-new, functioning machine. It took them 9 hours—I waited in the store for 9 hours. It took this long because they prioritized other walk-in customers without appointments, because they were new business. In the end, get this, they could not install the product I purchased and actually broke my device—I had to take it elsewhere to be fixed, which took the other business 2 days. I’m flabbergasted at how terrible the service was at the West Patterson Best Buy. If just one person goes to a different Best Buy because of this review I’ll sleep better at night knowing I made the world at least a little happier.

Tried to call the store their sites number to find out if I could return an item. Got sent to a call center in india where they kept asking for the email to my bestbuy accout. Why do they need that to tell their return policy? After being forced to drive to the store to see if i could return the item they refused to take it back. Even though it was an xmas gift and onlu the beginning of feburary. They wouldnt even offer me store credit. I used to shop at bestbuy all the time, even had a credit card. Now I reccomend going to wallmart, target, or amazon where they dont push stupid memberships and are way more consumer friendly

Should be called Worst Buy. Bought a computer, printer, & key board this Saturday morning. Paid an additional $200 for Geek Squad installation. Was told they would be at our home between 1 and 3 pm. No one showed up. Started calling customer service at 3:30. Terrible customer service. Could not contact the store. Sales person - Janice Tiza - gave us business card with number that goes straight to a service center. Not the store. Phone goes to a call station. After 5 phone calls over an hour - still no geek. They give us a phone # for tech who was scheduled to appear - at 4:30 his voice mail states he works Tuesday to Saturday 8 am to 4 pm. Another customer rep tells us no service was scheduled. Stay far away from this place.

I placed an order to pick up today and followed the instructions to complete curbside pickup. Go to the store and waited 20 minutes with my code in hand, and not one person came for curbside.I had to leave my dog in the car to retrieve my order. What's the point of offering a service if yout not going to honor it?I gave them one store because the associate inside helped me right away (seemed a bit new, but she did a good job).Best But managae should stop sitting on their hands and addressed this lapse in standard and customer services. I witnessed other curbside vehicles pull up park in curbside and head inside to pick up their items like this is standard curb side practice at this location.I am now informed like the others with this experience and know what to expect from this location.You now know as well. The choice is yours now.

The store is excellent, but I had an unpleasant encounter when my bag was searched by a staff member without any apparent reason. It was embarrassing, especially since I was with my wife and kids, and there was no justification provided for the search.

Installed a new radio for me, they did fine but next time I would really appreciate it if they didn’t leave all the garbage/leftover wires all over my car. I didn’t really mind until I realized that they shoved all the empty cardboard boxes into my trunk.

I drove here to pick up a projector wall mount and speaker wall mounts and they don’t have either in stock. I guess I’m going straight back to Amazon. I don’t know why I thought a brick and mortar store would have what I need in 2024. It’s a real shame too. And everything on the shelves are totally empty. I don’t know what’s going on around here it looks like, a zombie apocalypse in the store. There’s nobody here, there’s garbage on the floor, and there’s no inventory. I have no idea how they even in business.

Cannot leave enough positive feedback for their mobile/car stereo department. Both Kurtis & Jeremiah took very good care of me and my 2002 Suby WRX, replacing the stock radio in under 2 hours. Very professionally done; looks like a factory original install. Very pleased and would not hesitate to go back for anything I need in the future. These guys are a tremendous asset to Best Buy. Thank you both again; many miles of good road songs ahead!

This is by far the DUMBEST and SLOWEST Best Buy I have ever been to. Especially during Christmas time. I waited over 10mins for an aux cord. Another 20mins to pay and there was only 10 people in the entire store. NEVER AGAIN!
