I've been going here for years and have 0 complaints. I'm always greeted when I walk through the door by friendly staff and the fresh smell of coffee. They are always organized and clean here.

Coming in the day time has always been a joy. The morning staff are always welcoming and friendly. The only problem I have is with the night shift. The old man that works at night is always grumpy and the less you talk to him, ask him for things the better. Recently they added a girl to the night, she has turned the place around. She made it pleasant to come at night. This is coming from a person who memorized her schedule to know when to go and when not to. Don't lose her. She makes customers happy.

Good variety of impulse buys, surprisingly decent and affordable coffee.They do their best to keep it clean, but people need to understand that this place is a high traffic area all day long. I've seen kids dump slushies on the floor, and before they can even finish cleaning it up, something else is getting messed up.For the most part the staff are friendly and they recognize the regulars after a few visits.I do avoid the cold sandwiches and salads in the open refrigerated areas. It's just good practice with any convenience stores...

Service was horrible, the clerk with a dot on his head got very rude and obnoxious because I wanted to exchange my purchase, that never asked him to ring up in the first place. This took place at 1:50 a.m. and there were no other customers around!!!!He kept telling me to leave and didn't want to exchange the products and then proceeded to accuse my roommate and I of being drunk.When I asked for the name of the manager and his name as well, he said come back in the morning, he flat out refuse to give me his name and the manager's.WHAT????!!!! WOOOW.I've been a customer for several years, since 2015, and never had this experience before what the hell is going on, not kool!!!!

Coffee is watered down. Expired items on the shelves. Employees are very rude to their customers and owner is a rude pretentious person. Dirty ans sloppy store..Good bye

Whoever this boy was that was working today was very rude to my mother. All she ask was a question and he was acting like it was such a bother to answer the question. Normally people here can be friendly but clearly my mom and I will be going to the bodega around the corner from our house instead.

Coffee selection has a lot of empty thermos. Place is not very clean & hot food to go isn't fresh. Eventually a Wawa will close them down.

As i finished my purchase i asked the clerk to use the bathroom, and rudely replied.... the bathroom is only for employees. I have a severe bladder problem and tried asking numerous times and again was very disrespectful and disregarded my medical issue. I will never go ever again.

The 7-Eleven is located on rifle Camp Road in West Paterson I was hiking at Garret Mountain and rifle Camp Park and I was very tired I also have 7-Eleven rewards and so whenever I’m on a budget and want something to drink I usually get the $.49 big gulp it was very conveniently placed also the store itself is a older 7-Eleven but has all your basic features to a 7-Eleven my only problem with the stores that one of the employees named Ashley was very nice but didn’t have a face mask on which is not safe due to COVID-19 but she’s behind a plastic container so it can’t be that big of a problem but it’s still not the safest idea
