Just moved to the area, the pharmacy staff were both pleasant, patient, and helpful during my 3 interactions with them thus far. Thank you to the pharmacy staff, as a healthcare worker I know the job isn't easy.

They mixed my med. with an old med. I use to take . When I went into the store to discuss it the pharmacy person, Leah, blamed me and became angry and rude. Mind you I was taking those meds. for weeks not knowing. Ended up at urgent care and then the ER. The manager, Joe, was also sarcastic and dismissive .He told me call corporate if I want because all they are going to do is hand it over to him, and that is exactly what they did! It was a horrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Not once did either say anything comforting or apologetic . Be careful and check your meds. if you use this pharmacy.

Called the pharmacist who was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept cutting me off. Wanted to see if they had a specific medicine in stock that is on back order. Every other pharmacy was able to give me an answer as to whether they had it or not but this specific pharmacist insisted on arguing over the matter with me saying I had to go there to find out. Its on back order. Ive had to talk to 5 pharmacies already.. I cant imagine if I had to drive to all of them. Stop cutting clients off and show a little empathy. You are ridiculous.

This staff works hard every day. They are on hold with Doctors offices all the time, but the drive thru line moves, the inside line moves, and questions always get answered. Negative reviews.. come on man... look around at the sheer volume of scripts these people put out daily, do your homework now. Be respectful to a staff that has zero tolerance for error. Thirty minute meal break in a ten hour day. The people that get it, respect this Pharmacist and their team. Job well done we appreciate you all!

Twice in a little over a month's time I have been met by gates during regular pharmacy hours. Each time, a note that they are closed when they should be open. Twice I've been told it was due to an emergency while the second time I also received the additional excuse of a pharmacist shortage. With a sick child who needs a prescription to start feeling better you should be able to depend on the pharmacy to do their job. There seems to be no accountability at all. The pharmacy just opens and closes at its convenience regardless of the posted hours that are also reiterated on their automated answering machine. Unacceptable! With plenty of competing pharmacies to choose from, I strongly recommend you stay away from this one.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Since I picked up my second prescription, they’ve been very judgmental and rude. Had to go to the ER in the middle of the night. This pharmacy wasn’t open so the hospital suggested that I go to the Cvs near the hospital. Seemingly this made the workers in the pharmacy even more rude. As they stood behind the counter and made remarks. We picked up one prescription they told me my reoccurring medicine would be ready tomorrow (as in today). My husband went to pick it up today and was told he couldn’t until tomorrow. Which is fine but why were we told to come back if we couldn’t get it?? I called to find out more details and was hung up on. Called back and was given an attitude. Do they not realize that people who they are dealing with are obviously sick/not feeling well. This staff could use some attitude adjustment and beside manners. There was one person (Georgie) out of 7-8 people who wasn’t rude. Hopefully when I go to pick up my prescription this time at the time they said to come, it’ll actually be ready. Not too hopeful that they won’t be rude tho

Once again I.tried tonget a status on a prescription that has been ordered for 24 hours. It said it's still being worked on. When I called I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, then it rang for 5 n minutes, then and employee picked up and hung up without saying a word. This is unacceptable

This pharmacy needs help. Pick up medications and they give me one I didn’t refill went back to get the one I requested to be filled and told oh it’ll be ready in 2 hours. Returned 2 days later and told oh the medication is on back order we told you wrong when we said it came in 2 days ago and we are going to assume no one else has it since we don’t have it either. Good luck we can’t help you is all they have to offer. When I asked them to call another Walgreens the man behind the counter said that’s not my job to do.

Call me lopsided but Walgreens is my preferred drug store!!! The one I go to in mantua ... Jim and Julie ... The 2 pharmacists are very helpful and friendly!!! I have my fav pharm techs too ... Alexis and Stephanie ... All 4 are a real asset to Walgreens!!! This specific location ... Everyone there ... For the most part ... Is helpful and friendly ... But my 4 favs do go over and above customer service "standards" (to say the least!!) In all my years going to this location I've only had one bad experience but I let the manager on duty know ... Mind you Jim and Julie along with Stephanie and Alexis ... Were not working that night and I had problems at the pharmacy ... And the pharmacist on duty treated me like I don't have to go an extra mile for no one and I'm going to do the bare minimum!!! Well ... On my way out I spoke to the store manager that night and complained!!! He let me know this COVID is taking it's toll on employees and they have a hard time getting people to even work (was during the extra 600 a week for unemployment) and it's like the ones that are working wanna get let go to get that extra money a week!!! We chatted for a good amount of time and I caught the gist of what he was trying to tell me ... Come when our regulars are working!!! Like I said ... One sided?? My 4 troopers ... Jim ... Julie ... Alexis and Stephanie ... STILL maintained their work ethic!!! And I tried to go to the pharmacy ONLY when they were working after my episode that night!!!

Did I wait for my script long, yes, is it good that they are busy, yes... That means they are taking care of a lot of people. My son was sick and needed his scripts and the pharmacy staff was extremely busy but stopped to say we will get to you very soon and sorry for the wait.Three people very busy. Longest drive thru line I have seen that Saturday. But it is that time of year in March when the flu, sinus infections, sinuses etc hit.The associates at the front registers always say have a good day even if I didn't get rung up there.Great job picking great associates to the manager.

Went to lab corps to get my 1 year old blood work done for the first time. Im already scared for my child. Once i got there i asked if it's normal for a one year old to get blood work cause i think its a little too young. Anyway she told me if im scared i need to go wait outside. First of all thats my baby why would i leave. There was a women and a man they were both ignorant you think they would be gentle to a baby but they didnt care absolutely ridiculous definitely don't recommend they need to get fired!!!!!

The Pharmacy at this location is very slow. Online they allow you to make appointments starting at 7am but don't open until 9. It seems that they are severely understaffed. If this is the case, they should be adjusting accordingly and set things straight on the administrative side... i.e. less daily appointments, fix the website information.

They will let people in the drive through drop off a script and wait 20 mins at the window till it’s done. Dirty inside, pharmacy is understaffed and under qualified.

Came in to use FedEx service. Marie was extremely rude. After I asked if the label I had was correct she actually took the envelope from me & threw tape on the label like it was the most inconvenient thing she’s had to do. When I asked for it so I could seal it closed she would not hand it to me. I’m not sure if she should be working with the customers if she’s always that rude & inpatient. Amanda however was very kind & helpful afterwards.

On 5/13/2021 I went in this store for a product. There was two people in line in front of me, and one person about 2 feet behind me in line. I wasn't paying attention and was apparently not 6 feet from the customer in front of me, which the cashier rudely informed me that they were still enforcing social distancing. I said, oh I'm sorry and went to back up which I couldn't because the girl behind me was about 2 feet from me. The cashier proceeded to tell me about social distancing in which I replied I am fully vaccinated and his answer was "that's besides the loint" and that it didn't matter. Due to his really negative and unprofessional attitude I left the store without purchasing my product. I work in customer service and understand how stressful it can be, but nothing I did warranted his attitude and straight up disrespect. I went in to get his name and heard him talking to other customers about what had just transpired, which also made.me angry so therefore I have also called the corporate number and filed a formal complaint.

I don’t have the name of the pharmacist or tech but when they answered the phone they were extremely rude and when I asked if I could give them my info over the phone they told me I needed to hold on because they had four other phone calls after I waited 15 minutes just for someone to answer the phone. This has been the pharmacy I’ve been going to for years and it’s been going downhill for a while.

Pharmacy service is horrible. My doctor escribed two prescriptions, Amoxicillin and Magic Mouthwash. I waited over almost 2 hours after the doctor sent them over before calling the store to make sure they were ready, I was told that they had to compound the magic mouthwash and that takes a while it will take them another 40 minutes. I work in hospital pharmacy, and I stated it doesn't take 40 minutes to make magic mouthwash its equal parts maalox, benadryl and lidocaine. Then she got defensive and changed the story to well it's just busy in the store but she'll do it for me. Get to the store about 10 minutes later and go through the drive through (I typically go in, but I'm sick with a fever, strep, and a possible peritonsillar abscess, not feeling up to going in the store) and the tech tells me they're making it now but it is going to be another 15 minutes, I explained if they're making it now it shouldn't take that long, well she got and attitude and wanted me to leave and come back later. Again this is 2 hours after it was sent over and I called. Definitely not going to be using this walgreens anymore. I understand if they are busy, but there is no excuse for them to lie about how long it takes to compound magic mouthwash and to get nasty with me, just by knowing the meds I'm getting it's ovbious I'm sick and want to start the antibiotics right away and get some sleep. I won't be getting my prescriptions filled here anymore.

Been in there multiple times m keven the sales clerk keep making rude n gender oriented remarks. I called n ask to speak to mgr ..n he said don't care I'm complaint bout I got mgr Kristie on phone n she called me the opposite of gender iam something needs to b done about the bully issue at this store

Came here for my COVID Vaccine. Friendly staff at the pharmacy. Made me feel at ease. Glad I booked it here. Store also has a nice selection. After my shot, I found a few snacks in the store I can't find anywhere else.

I like this store and pharmacy, the workers are so nice and helpful, the pharmacy is very very busy. So try to be patient when picking up your prescription I would recommend this Store

Pharmacist is rude and not helpful. If I wanted to wait on the phone to speak with the insurance carrier I would have called them not the store directly. Instead of helping you want me to help you do your job. No thanks, I will stick with CVS and Rite Aid

Pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. I dropped off a prescription to get it filled she said wait and it'll be 15-20mins. An hour later I check in on it there's a shift change and now it's going to be another 10-15 mins. The pharmacist tech is Rosie.

Yet again, complete disorganization. Continuing to have problems with medications out of stock, one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Scripts weren’t ready again, so I’m sitting here waiting for something that should have been done yesterday. One star for the lights being on in there today.

Have been using this pharmacy for years. Have a belief that it caters to way too many out of towners and ppl that live no where close because if I start a medication and continue it in a pattern then it dam well in full should always be stocked and ready for me. What could screw that up is way too many ppl not from the area getting served at the pharmacy. It needs to stop now!

I love this Walgreens. The people are extremely helpful and the pharmacy always has my scripts ready and they keep my medication in stock. They are also very courteous. I won't go anywhere else.

No matter what time you go the pharmacy is always under staffed. If my company insurance didnt require we use Walgeens I would never use this place. Be prepared to wait a long time.

Staff is not friendly at all and not willing to help their customer by going the extra mile (won't call other stores to see if they have something in stock, etc). Every time I go to the pharmacy there seems to be an issue.

This Walgreens is the SLOWEST I have ever seen . Wish I can attach pictures just to show .How can the pharmacy NOT have enough people to service the customers . It’s not COVID . Why are they NOT hiring extra people. Being that they need them.Hate it here.
