Placed a pickup order online for ONE item. After 5 hours, I still had not received any notification regarding my order's status and the website still said "processing", so I called the store. Employee says "Oh yeah, it's been ready for hours." Curbside closes at 7 (a fact NOT noted in the confirmation), and because there was no separately designated pickup area for online orders in the store, I waited in a very long line just to get my ONE item (which I had already paid for). So much for convenience! 🙄

We stopped in to see the kitties up for adoption and to get our kitty some hairball medicine. They had a super small area where medicine like items were available. They had a large variety of cat food, almost too much it was difficult to choose.The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and accessible for my mobility scooter.

My Corgi is now emotionally scarred. I took her to a grooming shop for a routine bath and nail trim, as she has never had any problems before with her nails being trimmed. However, upon bringing her home, I discovered her paws were injured and she now snaps at and tries to bite anyone who tries to clip her nails. This was never an issue when my wife and I handled her grooming ourselves. It's heartbreaking to witness the lasting trauma inflicted on her by this experience. Thank you for shattering our dog's trust. We won't be coming back,

Got our puppy groomed here. We just got her and she smelled terrible. Came out smelling wonderful and they took great care of her. We also get our senior dog groomed here and they always do a great job. Cashier also talked us into this puppy book which more than paid for itself on our first visit and has a bunch more coupons we'll be using in the future. Great customer service!

I wanted to take the time to recognize stellar customer service I received today at PetSmart in Deptford, NJ on Clements Bridge road. The store manager Harold was particularly helpful in educating me on dry dog food selections and what I should be looking for in the Ingredients. Harold was extremely knowledgeable in showing various dog food brands and how the Ingredients are listed. He made me cognizant of every dog has different needs and requirements for health depending on their age and activity level. Thank you Harold for the tips you showed me today.Anthony B.

They are great they are helping pick out a beta and fixing my fish tank to get it ready for my new fish I need to get it fixed up first it not ready yet they tested it first for me and told me it was not right and are retesting it next week

My child took a shower and had a haircut here yesterday! When my friend picked it up, he told me: The beauty salon staff said that the little dog had been injured before and had a slender wound on its back!! I searched the corners of the table, cabinets, and balcony at home and couldn't think of anything that could have caused such a wound! I can only suspect that the damage was caused by the shaving machine! Yesterday's wound was moist, and this morning I checked for the first time and found that the wound had started to scar!! Two or three days ago, my child underwent a medical examination here and accepted the insurance they promoted!! The only thing I want to do now is look at the surveillance and see what happened!

Love this PetSmart. They always have a lot of cats and kittens at this location. There are some cats and kittens on the right side of the store in the expected spot and usually in the aisle that faces the normal spot they have more kittens. Sometimes they even have kittens towards the back of the store too. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to place items back into my cart after scanning.

I have been feeling that I should include some other information as well. I was meeting some of my girlfriends one evening. And I had some extra time. So, I went into this PetSmart. Just to look at the pets.I didn't intend to buy a Guinea Pig but something interesting happened.I found a Guinea Pig, housed in (according to the staff) a ten gallon enclosure. He appeared to be a bit large for the tank. So, I asked her why? She apparently said that his colors weren't popular.She informed me that apparently he had been in the ten gallon enclosure for a year. At that time.Apparently she said that it was company policy.The bottom line was that I purchased him along with a very large cage and food, bedding, etc.Since that time I have been back to that store multiple times. The service has apparently been great most of the time. So, I will give them four stars just for that.My Guinea Pig is doing well. We feed him the best high quality food, plus carrots and cabbage, fresh basil leaves, apple pieces and spinach leaves. He now makes sweet Guinea Pig sounds. He licks my hand and nibbles very gently.He is finally home.

Adopted a dog this past summer and the shelter provided me with a slip collar which the dog outgrew. I wasn’t sure if it was adjustable or not so I called PS and one of the managers, Rita, answered the phone and let me know I could bring the dog in and she would look at it. As soon as I arrived, she quickly showed me how to adjust the collar and took care of the problem. Best part- she was cheerful and happy on the phone and in person. Thank you, Rita!

The grooming department has 3 / 4 very rude employees there, they don't know how to talk to people and always make me feel like I'm bothering them if I ask a question. Really hope they get better class of employees . I on the other hand no longer use The Quatermasters location. I'm a much happy woman now. Amen

Great people who work there had my cat vet checked and first shots. 10 minute wait then called to the back took about 15 minutes and they were done. Brought my pet back out to me and she was so calm. The vet was so very nice explained everything.. then I walked thru the store and found many treats and toys my kitten would love. I also have a dog and had fun getting him treats also. Nice selection of things throughout the store this is where I will go to get things I need for my pets I rate this store very highly .. give them a try everything you need in one place plus vet. I loved it.

Staff were friendly and nice. Took time to show my partner and i where dog collars were. Also used the dog tag making machine. Super cool how that works. While there are far less expensive options on there, seeing it on the spot was kinda cool
