The manager Shayla is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in a retail environment. She is ignorant and always on her personal phone while engaging with customers. I don’t care about how I get treated but when my mother goes in there to spend money, I expect her to be treated like a paying customer should be. This is inexcusable and I want to speak to someone from corporate.

Great store, been coming here for years, but they need to not hire people who have attitudes. I don’t see the point in working a customer service job just have a bad attitude. I greeted the cashier twice, she looked me in my face and completely ignored me on each occasion. Then laughs when I get to register, I don’t even know this girl from a can of paint.

Love shopping here over Walmart, prices are way better then the box box stores on all the same name brand things. Staff is super friendly and welcoming too!

I like this store because they carry alot of the items I purchase in other stores that stopped carrying them and they are cheaper in Family Dollar. It's a clean store and the employees are friendly.
