This pharmacy has the rudest, disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacy staff I’ve EVER dealt with!! 90% of the time I pick up my prescriptions the staff doesn’t speak they stare until I say something. One staff member named Rae (female) threw my prescription on the counter, after not greeting me, barely even acknowledging me and walked away. Another staffer, Natalia or Natia, told me I couldn’t wait in line after waiting 30 mins in line for a prescription that was suppose to be filled 3 months prior. I hope all the cvs stores are not like this, this location is VERY unprofessional and I plan to transfer all my prescriptions from there.

I would give this pharmacy location specifically negative stars if I could. The techs/cashiers are so rude every single time. If you ask a question instead of them answering it, they get nasty and have an attitude about it. Last time I was there they were making fun of a man who was clearly disabled with a customer. My maintenance medications are never filled on time, I habitually have to call and ask for them to be filled and every single time they tell me it’ll be another day or so when it’s a maintenance medication that can’t be missed. When it was out of stock no notification on the app or anything. I wouldn’t ever ever ever go here but unfortunately my insurance requires Caremark and there’s not one closer. Worst staff, worst customer service, awful.

Bad experience at this pharmacy: had my prescription sent there by my doctor and called ahead of time to check if it was ready for pickup. The lady on the phone said it wasn't but they can fill it and I could come by in a half hr since they have it in stock. It was snowing later that night so my husband went in the morning and they told him it was out of stock. I was then out of the area and about a week later I called to see if I could pick it up and was told yes. I went the following day from the phone call and was told yet again it was out of stock. Twice I was told on the phone it was ready for pick up only to be turned away when physically going and told its our of stock. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Your experience at a store is what you make it. Look around and see that the staff is doing the best they can with what they have. This store has been my go to for all types of supplies at all hours of the day.

I have been using this CVS for years without any issues. The pharmacy staff appear overworked and stressed. I always start with: "still living the dream?" My little joke makes the human connection and all goes smoothly. The pharmacy staff have gone out of their way to accommodate me, and I have had some unique situations where they could have said, work it out yourself. But they have gone the extra mile and then some. CVS, if you're reading this, give all the employees a raise, they deserve it!

CVS is my favorite pharmacy because, it has many pharmaceutical items not found in other places. I find that sometimes items are sold out due to the large volume of customers that shop there such as myself. You can ask a member if you can’t find what you’re looking for and take it from there. CVS is a great place to shop for all of your personal needs and then some. If you don’t know, check them out.

Been waiting here for my prescription for 3 hours. Gone through the line 4 times, will have to probably go through it at least one or two more times, during my first hour wait, they filled the wrong prescription. In which I had to wait in the parking lot for another hour on the phone with my doctor. Then after the doctor sent the second one, they told me it would be another 30 minute wait, it’s been another hour. For TWO pills. And now after waiting in line for the 4th time, they can’t even give me a time when it will be done. My doctor wouldn’t send my prescription to PA, so I had to drive 45 minutes to get here, and now I will hit evening rush hour easily making it another 50min-1hour drive back home. I stopped coming here a long time ago because of the pharmacy service here, and this was a reminder why. I’ll update my review on how long in total hours I ended up waiting here today.

CVS is the best pharmacy/drugstore around. The app makes it super easy for prescriptions and for your coupons. if you pay attention to the prices in the isles they also have awesome clearance prices on select items. Certain locations are also open 24/7 even the pharmacy, so that's super helpful as well. 10/10 would CVS again

The pharmacy department must be overwhelmed. The CVS I used before I moved, would call the Dr if a situation arose where my script wasn't in the system. This CVS just kept saying, we don't have your scripts with no resolution. I would say just use a different CVS for pharmacy needs

I filled my prescriptions at CVS in Bellmawr for years. I switched when that CVS got so bad with customer service and how they treated people it was appalling. I moved and started using the CVS in Woodbury and was delighted that their service was much better than the one in Bellmawr. Now after several years they have gone the way of the Belmar CVS you can't get a hold of anyone nobody wants to help you very few questions can be answered and that's if you can actually get through to talk to someone. It's a 24-hour pharmacy I called the first time this morning at 7:00 a.m. was on hold for 45 minutes no one answered. I called back at 8:00 a.m. and was on hold for 40 minutes and no one answered. And it's not just the pharmacy. When you go to check out for regular items there is no one there to ring you up you have to walk throughout the store to try and find someone that works there. It's the same way when you going to the store no one really cares to help you. I think the statement was when they started closing for lunch. I run a business where employees have to take a lunch break and a dinner break and somehow I can coordinate it so that we are always open and ready to serve people that want to buy our product. Somehow CVS cannot do the same thing. They have to close down the whole Pharmacy so that people can eat lunch. CVS, shame on you for your horrible service and the direction your company is going in and shame on you for not being able to manage your people in an appropriate manner. Update...12/30/23. I've called twice and no one answers in the pharmacy I've been on hold for 40 minutes and then 45 minutes each time. It's amazing that a pharmacy that advertises being open 24 hours a day can leave you on hold for that long and not answer when you need a prescription refilled. I've moved most of my prescriptions to Amazon but there's a couple I still need to get through a local pharmacy unfortunately it's at CVS right now.

I left a negative review on 10/26/23 due to the fact I did not like the way I was treated by a unprofessional employee in the Pharmacy area. I left that because I was upset. The lady at the front counter was very caring about what just had happened. Also apologize. So I want to say there are some employees their that do care about customers.

My mother was sick had rx sent in by urgent care. Pharmacist made us wait 30 min because she was the only one working. Mother is 83 years old has had cardiac arrest in the past. Shame on me for being concerned about her

I called cvs for my prescription they kept me on hold for 15 minutes after the phone was picked up I spoke to a associate name Brian wich was rude this is not the first time this location has been rude to me I will be changing my pharmacy after this time stay away they are rude

You can never get a person on the phone, my children both needed antibiotics, which the phone message said were done! I get there and they tell me no they aren't done and they don't have the script and I need to call the doctors office to get it changed bc its faster if I do it ! Called urgent care got it switch to Rite Aid ( who my children have never had scripts at ) I give them our information script done in 10 minutes! Never using Cvs again

Worst pharmacy around. The employees are always rude inside the pharmacy and the store. The pharmacy is under staffed and take 10-30 minutes to answer the phone if they don’t answer and hang up immediately which has happened many times. The employees are almost always miserable especially the person who takes the pharmacy calls. Unless you are picking your prescriptions up at 1 am til 6 am be prepared to wait a long time and get terrible customer service.

Carmen who rang up my purchases was very friendly and professional. She made sure that all of my coupons were applied to my purchases. Also another kind sales associate directed me to the appropriate aisle when she noticed I was looking for something.

The store is clean and the individuals who work there are very nice. Shelves are always stocked and organized. The reason I took away a star was for the pharmacy. Apparenlty, all CVS pharmacies close from 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM for lunch, which I understand your employees need to take a lunch break. But all the pharmacy workers at once. As someone who managed a team of people in a retail business, it is much better for customers if you create a lunch schedule for your employees and stick to it. I went there today to pick up a prescription during my lunch hour and coudln't get it because they were closed. With my work schedule, I can't pick it up during my lunch hour. When I was called about my prescription and then got a text, I was not told about their lunch break. Again, other than this issue, it's a good store.

My doctor sent six prescriptions to the CVS pharmacy in Woodbury. This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I was unable to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacist that I dealt with would not look up my information. I had my policy number and my ID number however he said he needed more information, so he refused to fill my prescriptions. I was told by my carrier that he just needed to call and get authorization which is the normal procedure anyway. If I were dying, this is the last pharmacy I would ever deal with most of the employees were rude and ignorant .

My doctor sent 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy in Woodbury on 12/22/22. On 12/29/22, I had to call because only one of the medications was filled. One was filled on the 12/30, but the other was not. I called again on the 1/5/2023 and found out that they needed a 3 month prescription so I said I would pay out of pocket since it’s not expensive. I looked today 1/07/2023 and the medication was put back. The first tech that answered told me it was too old so it was put back. She then hung up on me when I got upset that it was just filled last week. I called back and got another tech who explained that insurance wouldn’t cover it. Had they filled it when the prescription was originally sent over, I’d not have had these issues. Now it’s Saturday and I’m trying to get in touch with a doctor for a new prescription because someone at CVS didn’t do what they were supposed to.

Flu season is the worst in any medically inclined facility. Yet the pharmacy staff remain so kind and helpful. The lines are long, they staff is still patient-friendly. The patients are unprepared, causing long lines (me - oops) and they're still so patient and informative. I came because my Walgreens didn't have what I needed, and I'd seriously swap right over to this CVS if it was closer to home! The staff really makes a difference. The store itself isn't the cleanest I've seen, that's the only downfall IMO. Great work!

1st and foremost I would like to say this has to be by far the worst unprofessional group of pharmacy employees I’ve ever came across. I was sent here to pick up my medication and was told it would be ready by 9pm so I waited almost two hours outside for it to be ready. As I go inside to pick my medication up they tell me come back tomorrow in the morning because the meds still need to be unpacked from the truck. This is ridiculous !! People are literally sick and need their medication to get better !! We have bills to pay who wants to be at work sick around others ???!!!

Pharmacy review:First, this is a busy location. That said, they had FIVE people working the pharmacy at 8pm!!! Unheard of.I think there may even have been two extras, I just couldn’t see them.This is a huge shout out to the guy helping them at the counter. I missed his name, but he is VERY helpful. He gave personal attention to each customer and helped me figure out what I was looking for and (while they didn’t have it and I was a bit grumpy from another store) he was actually the reason I kept my cool.I witnessed him double check with the pharmacists when he had a question so he could help the customers get what they needed. Great job!Would recommend.

I have used your pharmacy time and time again since I was a teenager and it never fails that there is always an issue. I even pay 10$ a month to be apart of the reward program. Every time my prescription is sent through it gets put on hold because it’s a controlled substance and I wouldn’t be able to get it until the last time I picked it up on the exact day the month prior .. well the app always says as soon as it’s allowed they will process the prescription and the pharmacy NEVER processes it until I go or call and than I have to wait even longer. I did this same thing yesterday and they said it would be ready today but when I called they said they were “capped” on ordering it and couldn’t get it so now I have to go even longer without the medication which should not be happening ESPECIALLY on a controlled substance. It seems like the people working at your pharmacy in Woodbury NJ don’t know how to do their jobs correctly and are careless I should’ve at the least got a phone call letting me know they couldn’t get it.

Would give zero if I could. I have gotten my prescription on the first attempt 2/16 times. I have counted. The majority of the techs give a hell of an attitude, and tell you things just to get you to leave. After back and forth, they generally find the issue and get it fixed to some extend. No apology given, no explanation. Horrible customer service, terrible pharmacy.Edit: it got a bit better toward the end of me living in West Deptford. Still not great, but improvement is improvement,
