Food was PHENOMENAL. Blackened Tuna appetizer was incredible. Jersey Crab Cake entree was great, and so was the crab cake sandwich. Outdoor seating was nice. Service was great, although we were served a coleslaw we didn't order and thought it was a part of the dinner (which was added to the bill). The server seemed a little bit overwhelmed (to no fault of hers) and was still fantastic. Would absolutely return.

We had a big celebration for someone who was turning 60, the Surf Dog staff catering was on top of everything, the chef served amazing food that was asked for and was on top of everything if needed, the manger was there frequently checking for service, bartender was on point with all drink orders, 5/5 stars. Thank you for amazing work!

Staying in the Wildwood area for the week and came across the Surf Dog while "exploring" on Google Maps. Easy drive from the coast. Nice indoor and outdoor dining areas. Great selection of craft beers on tap plus popular domestics in bottles and on tap. Enjoyed the Pickleback Burger and Crabby Fries with Old Bay seasoning. Friendly and attentive staff. Hope to visit again soon!

Great place and one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. So full of flavor must be cooked over a open 🔥. Bartender was very nice and attentive as well as. Will definitely be back.

Friendly servers, great food and wonderful atmosphere! You really gotta come check it out. HAPPY HOUR offered weeknights 4 to 6:00 p.m. and they have great seating outdoors. Additionally, they have an outdoor bar and have live music several nights a week.

Used to be a great place, now my mom's burger tasted like fish, my fish was under cooked, I got the nachos which were completely soggy and a large disappointment, unexpected sauces that weren't listed on the menu, the staff was ok but food had dropped well below par, $80 waisted...

Very friendly and detail-oriented staff. As a very relaxed feeling with really delicious food. There also is a bar option with several different types of beer to choose from. Right next door is there Banquet Hall and outdoor seating to enjoy in the summertime and spring.

We are local to this restaurant. After some mismanagement over the last few years, we were reluctant to try it again as the food quality went way down. But we finally gave it a go and earlier this year - and we were pleasantly surprised at the improvements to decor, food and beverage quality and service! We have been back several times recently and it was excellent every time. It’s now back to being one of our favorite local spots. They also have live music and trivia nights. The new manager is doing a great job. I highly recommend trying it - you won’t be disappointed!

Wow! This place was great quick service from the waitress, and the manager checked in twice, way above average. Good beers on tap and great prices on domestics! Had app sampler, that was awesome. Broccoli bites were fresh broccoli, so awesome! Great specials, fried pickle burger was great! All the food was excellent. They had live music playing.Kid-friendliness: 7$ kids meals! 5 options

Loved the atmosphere of this resturant. We were greated right away as we walked in. I was very disappointed to see that we got (4) kids meals and we were charged $3 for each kids sprite which was supposed to be included in the price of the kids meal. The food was great the service was good. Just upset to see after the fact we were over charged $12. (We did not get refills)

Food was pretty good, I had the fish and chips, the beer batter was tasty. Fries were ok but could have been fried a bit longer as they weren’t as crispy as they should have been. My wife had the fish tacos which she said were really good. Service staff was friendly but food took a little longer than expected to come out. Also one person in our party didn’t get their food for about 10 minutes after the rest of the table got their food. Place was clean and decor was plain but nice. The outdoor seating area looked very good, we would have eaten outside but it was too humid at the time.

This place has a great local vibe and laid back atmosphere with great service. But I really want to compliment them because I order a burger without cheese because I'm lactose intolerant but the kitchen sent out a burger with cheese. The bartender immediately sent it back before I could even make a point of it and they made a totally new burger/platter. This is the kind of genuine customer service I wish more restaurants had, to do everything they can to make the patron happy. I'm so glad I came here on Saturday night
