Stopped in at this Woodbine Dollar General Store four times in the past week. Twice for a half-and-half, once for chicken broth and again for a loaf of bread. Both times for the half-and-half, and once for the chicken broth, I was told they are out of stock. For the loaf of bread, I waited For 20 minutes online while the cashier struggled with a customer. Are all Dollar Generals like this??? Where is the convenience??? Where is the management???

Store has gone down hill quick. Always a mess, never have change, employees are not polite or helpful. There are always tons of carts with stock in boxes all over but nothing you ever need on the shelves. I drive 15 min past it to go to one in Marmora even though this one is 5 minutes from my house

I kind of feel bad making this review since I used to work there a few years ago but...it's a joke. In fact all DG's are a joke. They never understand how to staff stores so what happens is one or two people are overworked and promised stuff like promotions so the higher ups can keep forcing to work them more and more hours. This store has been closed for the last few days due to "electrical issues" which might be true but Im pretty sure people walked out/quit and they just dont have enough workers. It happened before.Also they need to stop sending them such big shipments. That store, hell any DG store isnt huge so why do they send them such huge shipments? The back can only hold so much then it overflows into the store itself making it impossible to move around.

The employee are very accommodating but the online question and answer date they need a of improvement on that part my owe opinion the employees work very hard for what little money that they get.

Changing my review from a five-star to a two-star because in the past few months the store has declined exponentially with cleanliness availability and all-around customer service not happy with the way things are going so sad that they lost the manager that kept the store in such a great condition makes you wonder how they treat their employees if they can't keep the good ones

Best dollar general I've been in. We always shop as t dollar general, and most stores are crowded, non stocked and mess. This store is so well organized and always full of good selections.

My local store is the best. All employees get to know you and will help with anything. Good stock of most things but with seasonal people being here it has depleted a few things

Messy store, low product availability and cashier wasn't wearing mask correctly (nose exposed & barely covering mouth). Multiple customers not wearing masks correctly either. Won't go back to this one.

Most organized DG I been to. Two guys were working when I went in, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and uncluttered.

Showed up before 10 to grab some milk for my kid and there was a hand written note that said "closed sorry!" On the door. Pretty frustrating when its says 10pm on the store hours.

When they first opened it was great to get milk in a local store now they never have milk if i have to go somewhere else to get milk why bother going there at all very dissatisfied
