Why make appts for vaccines when they totally ignore it. The first time I waited and hour as the pharmacist ignores while filling scripts. It takes one min. At least the first pharmacist was polite the second one today, May 3 was rude.Second time same thing occurred but slightly better at 40 mins. However rude

All CVS pharmacies did not have the medication I was looking for. I called this location and Danesh the pharmacist was able to help me get it filled! Also he offered a coupon which saved me some money instead of paying full price. Thank you so much for helping!

I have a prescription that they are not filling due to "long term backorder ". I asked a tech on the phone when it would be in. He told me he didn't have to tell me. Spoke to pharmacist who said it would me in yesterday. Still not in. This time spoke to pharmacist who was ruder than that tech. Told me to "fill it somewhere else" because he wasn't sure if they were ever going to get it in. How is this ok..to be rude and then say go elsewhere. I'm a 58 yr old woman and have never been disrespected by a person let alone a person who is supposed to be a professional pharmacist they way he disrespected me. Of course he did not give name. It's the one that was working at 230 on Thursday, Jan 25th. He should be fired. Not that the company cares or even investigates complaints! Now the website said they filled it on January 10...was. ot filled. This company is horrible. Good bye walgreens

I usually do not write reviews, but this one Review caught my attention. This Walgreens has the best pharmacy and the best pharmacist in the area.I saw you, Mr Marcus at the pharmacy Sunday about 3 weeks ago when I was picking up antibiotics for my 8 yr old. You are the one who was harassing the pharmacist to fill your fake prescriptions of painkillers inspite of the pharmacist politely, telling you 3 times that he doesn’t feel comfortable filling your prescriptions that were written by some Dr in Jersey City. You choose to come in the pharmacy on Sunday evening just half hour before closing so the pharmacist cannot even call the doctor to verify the prescription. Me and many other customers were stuck behind you while you were screaming at the pharmacist and the technician. I am surprised why the pharmacist did not call the police. The funniest part of your comment is that pharmacist was racist, when he himself is a minority. You were rude and having the totally unacceptable behavior in front of kids and others, in our local pharmacy.Me and my family know Denish Shah for a long time as a pharmacist. I haven’t seen a lot of people out there, willing to go out of their way to help others. During the pandemic, he was out there helping us with our medication’s and giving vaccinations. He did not call out even a single day. He’s an integral part of our community.I saw the other reviews that you have written, not one has anything good to say about anyone. You even call local police racist. So it looks like anyone who denies you service for a legal reason is a racist. That says a lot about who you are.I will be surprised if you have a job other than to harass Honest and Law abiding citizens. Why don’t you find yourself a Pharmacy away from this area. Families in this area don’t have to deal with druggies, especially people with kids.

Dr. Denish Shah was rude, racist and his behavior was unacceptable. He was arrogant and lack the ability to articulate information vital regarding my prescription. Hopefully, Walgreens is not tolerant of this behavior. I am willing to share my horrific experience with Dr. Shah to ensure that no other patients are negatively impacted!

Was supposed to receive a three-month supply of medication and only received one month. When I asked them to please review the prescription again, they realized their mistake. They then gave me the three-month supply but shorted me on the number of refills that the prescription provided. I had to ask to have that fixed.Thankfully I was not in a hurry and was able to spend almost 30 minutes waiting to have this straightened out. It took three attempts to fill this routine prescription properly. Honestly I am not sure what is going on at this pharmacy but I will be going elsewhere.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I called regarding my prescription and they kept me waiting for 30minutes and they disconnected on me without listening and I had to Call 3times again they kept doing it there is such a poor customer service I would recommend people to go to Walmart or cvs and not this specific pharmacy the worst part is when they picked up the Indian pharmacist was really rude. I am sorry that’s not how you treat your customers if you don’t value them then you better quit your job pharmacist.

Pharmacy is fine. Photo quality is terrible. First time the color was wrong and photo cut off. I gave them a second chance, and the colors were still way off. I expressed concern over quality, and their answer was "we can't help it, and you don't have to take them if you don't want them." Prints were cheap with coupon, but I got what I paid for.

ALL PLEASE READ! They scheduled my granddaughter's covid vaccine. When 1st dose was scheduled, second 2nd dose was automatically scheduled. Only received confirmation for 2nd dose. We assumed 1st dose was the same confirmation . We took a screen shot that came from Walgreens with a confirmation number and the two dates. WRONG. They never scheduled her for 1st dose. but scheduled her for 2nd. They insisted it was our error. Had me on hold for at least 30 minutes and was told Pharmacist will call back. Never received a call. How INCOMPETENT can you be on such an important issue. I do want an explanation how this happened!

How do u run out of photo paper being a well known place? 1st the lady at the counter told me I had to wait bc she has customers lol YES U DO as I AM 1, & before these people!! Than out of my 14 pics ONLY 10 can be printed, btw these are for a court that I am suing someone...My question is why didn't anybody know sooner that the paper was low? For real those photos should of been discounted for my inconvenience but NOPE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE!!!! BAD BUSINESS

Giving a special shout out to a manager named Adam. I had made a mistake with ordering products and he walked me through my mistake to not make it again. He then informed me of not just the services available, but a possible option for me to get my products sooner without contact that despite would be a time inconvenience for him (I declined and decided to wait) Exemplary service Adam! I am transferring my scripts to CVS. I have been having trouble with the now pharmacy manager. She is definitely doing a racial profiling. She is putting personal feelings above principals when I told her I was transferring my prescriptions to CVS she replied good do me a favor! I have been going to this particular Walgreens that is located at the cornerner .of Princeton Heightstown Rd. in East Windsor, N.J. Walgreens has a policy of a 28 days between refills, I have always been able to pick up my prescriptions 28 days. Antra is trying to tell me that from the last time I picked up my last refill on March 27th until tomorrow April 23 is not 28 days. I am able to count it is 28 days including the day I last picked up my prescription. Between Antra and a pharmacy tech named Alex they are playing God and letting power going to their head! DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS IN EAST WINDSOR! My family and friends are also transferring their prescriptions.

This is a terribly mismanaged Walgreens. The phone system is often down, not allowing customers to check on the status of prescriptions. They will often pick up and hang up immediately to get the phone to stop ringing. The employees take no pride in being an important community resource.

I went to this place for my western union transaction. I had $1350 to transfer, I did my transaction, I gave money to one Spanish guy who is at western union counter, He is doing printing, photos and all, so never go to him, so when i gave him $1350 and he asked me to enter my info into pinpad so i was doing it and thn he said its only &1330 so he just took my $20. I was saving this money since months and i was counting it since 5 days and i knew it was $1350. so i will never go to this store again and pls guys never go to this spanish guy.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy appears to be understaffed, and at least partially as a result of that, the overworked unhappy workers have trained themselves to ignore customers and pretend they don't see them. Forget the drive through. Don't even try it. If you need to come here bring snacks and reading material, and a portable chair for the long wait on line.

Most staff is knowledgeable but could smile more. Its newly renovated and fully stocked, at least when ive been there. On the otherhand medicatuons are not always in inventory.The drive through is not always manned and at times you may have to wait a bit. Please like my review. Thank you.

Pharmacy automated call system letting you know when scripts are done and ready and reminder calls and voice-mails are enough to drive someone nuts! Sometimes I get like 5 calls a day + 5 voicemails following ANNOYING!!

I never go here C V S is my isual go to because everytime and i mean EVERYTIME i would go here it would be like1.always seems like only 2 people are working the entire store.2. There were always lines like 7 to 10 people deep with the slowest cashiers ever!!!Management would be staring at the line stocking a shelf.Get it together Walgreens but thanks for remining me why i stick to C V S....i will never cheat on them again 😂

Got my flu shot vaccination yesterday. However, the nurse/pharmacist dropped the syringe on the floor, picked it up and shot me with this syringe so fast that I did not have time to think and to react. I am OK, although I could have gotten sick. I am not going to this Walgreen's again.
