Excellent Vet. very friendly and helpful. Little pricey, but thorough. Like the Drs there. We take all out pets there. The reason I know they're a good vet who cares about the patients, is when my girl was very sick they recommended taking her to a specialist outside their practice. A prior vet killed one of my pets by milking doing things when they had no idea what was wrong. Could have recommended a specialist, but cared more about money than healing. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Nasim is seriously a life-saver with my reactive shepherds. Extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and definitely courageous too, lol. My one shepherd has an extreme aversion to cooperative care, and she ensures that he leaves with the full examination and care that any other dog deserves. Seriously so grateful to have the team here!

They were simply amazing. I take care of 10 stray cats. Which is very costly. Anyway One of them got real sick And they covered the bill for me. I Couldn't have asked for anything more. I was hoping they would split the bill. Not pay the whole thing and I just wanna thank them for the bottom of my heart.

Excellent care for my furry friends. Would highly recommend to my circle, the vets here know what they are doing and the staff cares very much about their clients and their patients. I currently have my dog and three of my cats under the care of the Twin Rivers team. Clean facility that prides itself in it's AHAA accreditation, exceptional service, compassionate care, and good value. If you are in Central Jersey and need a vet to look after your pets, look no further.

My boy Liko has been coming here since he was 3 months old. Even after we moved about 40 mins away, there hasn’t been anything else better, no other Vet has monthly plans where I moved so we kept him where he’s been going. Highly recommend

Cannot recommend this vet enough! We have been bringing our pets here for years and have never had a bad experience. Our dog Cooper had an emergency last week and Twin Rivers got us in immediately that morning. I talked to more than one vet regarding his care and they took ample time to explain everything to me and were very patient with all the questions I had. They always follow up with a call and/or text the next day to see if you have any additional questions as well! This vet is 30 min from our house but worth the drive for us.

The front desk folks seem pretty consistently unhappy and forlorn. Highly incentivized, however, to up sell. Some of their prices seem higher than other places. Wonder where all these good reviews are coming from? Friends, perhaps?If you care about cleanliness, look closely in the exam room.VCA: No need to reply. I am writing this review under an anonymous name so no, you won't find me in your system but we have brought our dog here and clearly, you can see that these are YOUR exam rooms and they are dirty. QUITE dirty, actually. Nope, these weren't taken at the end of a long day, they were taken in the morning. Why isn't cleanliness a priority?

Words can't describe how amazing the staff is at this animal hospital. I had an emergency with my cat and they told me to bring her in right away. Even though they were so close to closing time they did not rush us out. They not only stayed past closing hours to help her but also gave me such amazing emotional support. This was my first time here and they are now my permanent vet because of how great they are. Thank you so much for helping my fur baby feel better!

Unfortunately I had an awful experience with one of the managers. I believe her name was Christie or Kristen. She was extremely rude. Told me to get a second opinion somewhere else! Who does that? She's not management material. My cat has some sort of eye infection. I spent $150 for that visit. His eye isn't getting any better after 5 days of treatment. I made a 2nd appointment to come in and have a doctor recheck incase it was misdiagnosed. I didn't mean any disrespect but she took it as if I did and became extremely rude. I liked the doctors there but I wouldn't recommend them due to management.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and knowledgable the staff here are. Every time I come in with my dog, she is treated like a celebrity- the entire staff simply radiates love for the animals they treat.Recently, my dog had to get oral surgery and they kept me informed every step of the way. They even gave me a certificate of bravery for her and sent us a card in the mail during her recovery.This vet is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone in the area needing an establishment to keep their furry family members happy and healthy.

The veterinarians and staff have always been great in the past. However this is a corporate chain driven by profit. A recent follow-up exam was scheduled for 10:45. I left at 12:00 as veterinarian was still not available. I should have been advised on arrival there would be over an hour delay with an offer to reschedule as opposed to waiting with a cat who wailing the entire time. No call since to see if I want to reschedule.The follow up was post treatment for vomiting & giardia, but no post treatment stool sample was requested? Only concern by a technician during the 75 minute wait was to suggest a rabies shot, an apparent up-sell to maximize profits.While I should be a valued client having spent well over $3000 at VCA over the last 2 years, I will likely take my future business elsewhere.

What a terrible first impression. Unfortunately, We had an emergency and my regular vet was not open. Since my dog was having difficulties breathing. I called this hospital and I was in such disbelief and shocked at the front office staff members. I believe her name was Amy she made no effort to assist us. In fact she was so rude, I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. This experience made me feel terrible. I would never ever go there. The front desk is the face of a business and empathy is everything when working with animals. They clearly do not care about how they speak to their customers. I found a great vet in the area and they took my dog right away.

Twin Rivers has been a great place to take my boy, Cage. The vet and her associates are very caring, and warm. The dr. is very attentive and asks lots of questions to ensure Cage is well or becoming well. Cage is being treated for a stubborn ear infection. I'm glad he is being looked after at Twin Rivers. It is closer to our home, and Cage is doing very well!

My wife and I can't say enough about how great this place is. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and all the veterinarians are knowledgeable and really care. One of our golden retrievers has been fighting cancer for the last 6 months and the comfort and advice they have provided to us during many of our sadder visits was so helpful, and appreciated. Also they do a wonderful job following up, and take as much time as you need to answer your questions, and help when making difficult decisions.

I absolutely love everyone at Twin Rivers Animal Hospital. All members of the staff are always so welcoming and truly make every visit with my dogs as stress free as possible. My dogs have been evaluated by each vet at some point and they all treat my dogs as they would their own. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

Called them an hour before they were closing because my cat was having a hard time breathing. They told me to bring him in and they took excellent care of him. They stayed open 2 hours after closing to get him well and home with the appropriate medication. They also took another emergency visit while I was there. Thank you so much for staying late!

I recently moved to Plainsboro and needed a vet for my dog so, I saw the offer they had from their website and decided to check it out and I am so glad that I did. This is a large, clean animal hospital that offers a lot of services that my other vet did not offer such as on site medications and pet supplies. They took great care of my dog and the prices are very reasonable. I am glad that I found them. Staff is very kind and caring.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Twin Rivers Animal Hospital. After using another vet in the area and being completely dissatisfied with the level of service and care my pet received, I began to look for another vet. I would never take either of my two dogs to anywhere but Twin Rivers. All of the doctors there go above and beyond what is expected to make sure you're furry friend is taken care of. One of my dogs has cancer and each vet that has seen her has been genuinely sympathetic and spent as much time as needed going over options and treatments each step of the way. They really love what they do and the animals they treat, and it shows. I feel extremely fortunate to have finally found a place that I trust.

I was in need of a Vet this morning & was given an Appointment right away. Everyone, from the Reception Desk (Michael), the Vet Assit. (Andrea) & the Vet herself, Dr VanBenschoten, were polite, listened to the issue, were professional & overall, very helpful in helping towards getting my dog feeling better. There was detailed explanation of what the diagnosis was & the suggested treatment, I was offered options & not pressured. I was very pleased with the experience

Twin Rivers Animal Hospital is cut from another cloth. They have a highly trained staff always willing to help. They are kind, sweet, and loving. They are wonderful all around. I highly recommend that when anything is wrong with your fur baby, take them here!

I just purchased my first puppy and had no clue where to go! Dr. Parker and all of the vet techs were beyond helpful. Very informative and knowledgeable, truly care about the owner and their fur baby, and the office is extremely clean and inviting. I defiantly recommend this veterinary practice!
