I'm a regular shopper at Target, and I've been to this location a few times. Overall, I'm happy with the store. It's clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful.I've found a wide variety of merchandise at this location, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and home goods. The prices are competitive, and I've often found good deals on items.However, there are a few things that could be improved. The store can be crowded at times, especially on weekends. And the parking lot is sometimes difficult to navigate.Overall, I would give Target East Windsor a 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great place to find a variety of items at a good price.

Just needed to make “Target run” for a couple of things. Placed my order via the app and in less than an hour my order was ready for pickup.The pickup was just as fast and easy as placing my order. There wasn’t anyone else on line and I was serviced immediately by a very nice woman.

Very good customer service. The produce is not fresh and not good. Produce should be bought in a supermarket not Target. Target has its benefits, but when it comes to acceptable expiration dates on milk or freshness of produce then I would shop at another store.

This Target location is always well-stocked. All the workers are extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here or any Target location. Target also supports several charities. Make sure you sign up for the Target Circle app. It can help you save money on your purchases.

A lot of things was refrigerated items was empty but I did like the veggie section. It had a lot of Veggie Meat Selection than most Target I been to. I also like the different Ice Coffee strengths ranging from mild to strong.

I am a regular shopper at this Target and I am mostly in an out quickly, grabbing what I need, and using the self check out. I had ordered something online this time but unfortunately, it did not fit me. I had to use the in-store returns services for the same. While I was waiting in line, there was another customer in-front of me and the person at the desk was happily chatting with the customer. (A small chat is great customer service but not needed. A greeting is more than fine.) When it was my turn, the lady(Ms G) had a poker face as if I came from a third world and did not deserve to be at target. I said good morning. She did not respond. I asked how are you? She did not respond. Maybe she couldn’t hear me. I told her I needed to make a return as it did not fit me. She grabbed the items, scanned them for return and chose the return option herself where she picked ‘changed mind’ when I had clearly stated I am returning because it did not fit me. I made sure I picked the correct reason the second time for the other pair. I said thank you for your help. She handed me the receipt saying ‘Money refunded to your Paypal account’. And with that unwelcoming face, she went to the back as if I had held her for long and had annoyed her. I need the management to understand that returning unused items within 7 days of purchasing is not a crime and if you your representative can talk very nicely to a white customer, they should talk nicely to people of color too.

Like many others I’m always rushing in to get my Starbucks in the mornings before work, and I love coming in and seeing Jose there in the mornings. Not only can he get me in and out faster then when there are 3+ employees, he’s always getting welcoming and knows the menu well. Definitely the all star of the Starbucks team

Actually a pretty clean target. Only went in there for a second, but the arrangement of peeps was pretty impressive and the deal on Cadbury eggs was a steal! As I left, I couldn’t help but laugh at the conflicting signs on the door. I hope you also get a laugh out of ‘em! Overall, pretty okay, better than other Targets.

East Windsor target doesn’t seem to understand that if they want us to be cashiers, they need to provide more than four checkouts. Look at your neighbor Walmart. They have at least four times the amount that target has. And stop taking advantage of the plastic bag ban - it is saving you money but your neighbor CVS provides paper bags. Open your eyes and see how many of your customers juggle their purchases on the way to their car. Now, I hesitate to visit that store that I used to love. Who wants to wait a half an hour only to be a cashier with no additional pay? Management needs to open their eyes. With the holiday season fast approaching, I learn to stay away because I can’t bear the thought of waiting on a line that extends to the grocery section to checkout. When I tell the employees they tell me “Well, that’s why we opened another cashier line”. Ok. Now there are TWO lines in a major store with the capacity to have five times that amount. Target stock is down. Keep it up

This Target is pretty decent. They’ve got a Starbucks inside which is great for anyone wanting a coffee while shopping. Store is mostly organized.

Target is an amazing store! From their consumer electronics section to their grocery selection, they have something for everyone. I especially love that they have such a wide range of products from which to choose. The most recent time I went to Target, I was looking for some basic crafting supplies to get me through a project I was working on. I was so happy that Target had exactly what I was looking for and was able to make my shopping trip quick and easy.The customer service staff at Target are always friendly and helpful, and I have never had a bad experience there. Even when the store is busy, they're more than willing to help you find what you need and answer any questions you may have. Plus, the store is always so well organized and clean! The prices at Target are also very reasonable, and they often have great deals on items if you take the time to look. All in all, I highly recommend shopping at Target for whatever you need!

Rude staff, Store closes at 10:00. We got there at 9:40 and staff commented rudely dont know why people are coming at 9:40 when we close at 10:00. Maybe because 20 mins is enough !!!

Always liked Target to find what I need at reasonable prices. I have and use their Red Card and app. I even noticed on latest visit that it is cleaned out better lit it both, than previously.However, since they have closed all but one cashier lines and gone self-service, I avoid going there. Two long lines, one for self service and one for staffed cash register!

I actually like Target, however; store is always a mess..Upon a recent stop; I am pleasantly surprised by the improved customer service at the registers. Kathleen was so friendly, compassionate and helpful. I was short 5 cents and she asked management if she would be allowed to help. What an amazing interaction. Definitely changing rating because of her.

Sandy and another female cashier were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never had an experience anywhere like this. They were too worried about their dinner break than helping a customer. Sandy also reported she was a manager but was confrontational and had an attitude throughout the whole Interaction.

Divine needs a raise!! I always do curbside pick up which I’m often happy with. However divine was already outside waiting for me when I pulled up. This is outstanding service and I wish more people were as nice and motivated as he is. Awesome job divine !!!

The cashier did not understand what I meant when I said I wanted to create a target credit card to save 10% and made me download the target app which took more than 10 minutes and didn’t even have any coupons in it when it finished and then the cashier also laughed at me, she was very unprofessional in my opinion, not only did she laugh she also told the person she was on the phone with and the customers behind me to too. Usually the cashiers are great but this one seems like an immature teenager. When hiring people, you should see their reactions to confused customers and teach them not to laugh at customers,

Chloe at customer service with cool pink hair was one of best sales associates I have ever met. It was nearly closing time and yet she was so pleasant, high spirited and positive. Very very good vibes and very friendly person. We were just picking up our order (a quick in and out) but walked out with smiles because of Chloe! Thank you for being so positive and spreading happiness. You rock, girl!

Sandy the manager is AMAZING. What a sweet person and takes time with each customer and showed me the target app and really walked me through all my questions so thoroughly- she should get a raise! Will be back to this location for sure regularly. :)

Had a horrible experience yesterday. We shopped around for 2hrs and we had bunch of items in the cart. I parked my cart on the side to look for a shirt for my kid. In a span of a minute my cart went missing. We looked around to see if someone has taken and have not found anywhere. Apparently, some dumb floor associate decided our cart as abandoned and decided to take our cart to customer care and mix up all our items. When we went to the customer care, we have found couple of toys we picked and that’s when we realized what happened. When we reported to store manager they are not even willing to look for those items. They simply want us to go do shopping again. We could have done that but none of the items we picked up are available on the shelves. They unwillingly looked for our items and finally we are able to find all of them after so much arguing for an hour. Such a waste of time for both. It could have been easily resolved in 5mins. We understand mistakes happen. The store manager and the reps who we dealt with are pathetic and disgusting. Shame on them. Had never had such experience. Unfortunately, it negates all the good work done by other reps.

OPEN UP THE DAMN REGISTERS!!I hope corporate sees this because the checkout experience in almost every Target has been HORRIBLE post pandemic!If you are going to let go of staff members and shut down registers, improve the checkout experience, i.e., remove the unused registers and add additional self-checkout.My first job was at Target, over 20 years ago. It was engrained into the employees mind to put customers first and get them checked out as soon as possible, be efficient (matter of fact, they recorded how long it took to checkout customers). This mindset seems to no longer be instilled in the managers and employees. What is going on? It should not take over 20 minutes in self-checkout! This isnt a big Target; customers should be in and out!If you want your employees to be hands off with the customer during checkout, give an option to scan and check out the items via an app; this expedited check out service is implemented at the BJs in Hamilton, NJ. Go to that location for insight of their new checkout process. If the aforementioned option is too costly, PLEASE, FOR GOODNESS SAKE, either hire more cashiers or replace the out of commission registers with additional checkout machines. This will benefit both parties, the company and the customer. Do this ASAP!

this store clearly is in dire need of more self checkout counters. 12 empty registers because they do not have enough employees. 4 self checkouts and a line to the opposite end of the store. seems like a simple solution, triple up on the self checkout registers.
