Here is the deal with this Petco location.1. Come in no more then 30 minutes before your appointment. Your going to be 3-4 hrs. So make sure to get your detention.2. Stop before the first driveway. Fill out the form the guard gave you. Bring your paperwork through the glass doors and check in with the ladies. SPEAKING SPANISH IS A PLUS HERE.3. Once your given a door, relax. It doesn't matter if your in it in 5 minutes or 30 minutes...they will get you when they get you.4. Walk back to the desk and put a key on the hook. HINT- I just give them a key I don't care about so I don't have to retrieve it.5. Once your light is green, retrieve your key, pull forward, your bills will be in the back. Doors must be open on leaving.

I was in and out in an hour. Come ride it to your appointment time not an hour early. Come like 15 minutes before to the guard's check. Then you're not gonna get lost in the mix. They'll give you a door you'll be right on time and you'll probably get out quickly. Don't have the carisma of a wet sock. It goes a long way.

The security guard in morning is too rude , he do racism with all the black and brown community, its request to manager of petco that please train your staff to behave equally with everyone

This Was my first time here I read all the reviews Before coming and I was skeptical about this place . My appointment time was at 12 noon I've checked in at 07 am. They give a door and started unloading the Trailer. Didn't take 2 hours and I got the green for my BOL. Keep in mind that they don't have over night Sleeping you can park on The street over the bridge. Checking start at 05:00am.

My appointment was @ 6am i checked in @ 6 am.Once you get a dock, all paperwork needs to be kept in the trailer before backing up they require to slide tandems all the way back. After backing up, drivers need to give truck keys in the office. Once you get green light, go in the office to grab the keys, and the paperwork will be in the trailer.Overall, the whole process from 6 amIt took less then 2 hrs which is normal.Unloaded : 1 hr 45 mins (in & out)Restroom - portableOvernight parking- NoStaff all good no complains.

Called in a day before my appointment to see if I could deliver early on my delivery day. The security guard had absolutely no respect. He was rude & nasty when I called. I asked if I could talk to someone in shipping & receiving. He had a problem because he had to repeat himself when I asked him the extension numbers. If you’re getting nasty & rude with simple questions then you shouldn’t be working there period. We’re delivering your load so don’t get nasty when you get phone calls from drivers. Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the head security guard understood what I was saying & he knew who I was talking about. Unloading process is super slow too.

Waist of time and money, if you ever get a load for this place make sure your appointment it’s correct otherwise they turn you around they don’t help even if they’re not busy, they don’t care about you , I have 8 pallets and still took 3 hours to unload

This place is a joke. No overnight parking, no bathroom facilities other than a portable John. Good luck going in there when it's 90 degrees outside. Checked in 2 hours prior to my appointment time and I'm still waiting to be unloaded. If you have time to kill and your not in need of a sanitary washroom facility, then have at it. Come here at your own risk.

Based on all reviews I guess I am the only one who was lucky. My appt was at 9am and came at 5:30pm. There was nobody and they unloaded me and I am out by 6:40pm . I say thank you for giving me a good service . But based on reviews, please follow up by what drivers says. We all will be appreciated. Thank you.

Terrible place, no restroom, truck needs to be off, you can’t stay in the truck, they don’t respect appointment time, came 3 hours ago and they still didn’t start unloading. I think if dog and any other kind of animals needs to pee or something they would allow to use a restroom but no for a driver’s humans. This needs to be stopped!

Rude workers. I asked the security the address of this location just to be sure it was correct since I was helping someone with an interview. He told me he didn't know and I had to call customer service. In regards to customer service. No one answered the phone.

Got a job here. Don't really understand why warehouse employees must work 10 to 12 hour shifts 😔. A lot of standing (anti fatigue mats mats!) Too much walking for my 65 year old bones. 99% Spanish speaking workers. Very nice people but I don't speak Spanish, so l am definitely out of place here. 😥

My bf came here & got unloaded.. Long story short they left a BIG mess in the back of his trailer that HE had to clean bcuz they said they’re not responsible for any messes made during unloading… Needless to say, He WILL NOT be comin back here again. & If ur a truck driver, plz, check ur trailer before leaving.. I’d give 0 stars but that ain’t an option.

Rude in the entrance. Not efficiently able to respond to questions. Passes the blame around instead of taking responsibility and addressing the problem. I guess that's why they're always hiring and giving cash bonuses for people to work and stay for at least e or 4 months. Oper. Mngr. Mike was really nice n helpful though. Huge space

LTL driver. Place can test your patience. Drivers not allowed inside. They say because of safety, but I get the impression it's a security issue. Who's watching them when I have freight in my trailer? I've had to back in again because they took freight off that didn't belong to them. Doubt they were trying to steal a pallet, but if I was there, I wouldn't have been inconvenienced. Takes longer than it should to pick up or make a delivery.

Not too long to get unloaded, but the layout of the warehouse is a bit annoying. If you’re docked in the area that’s the 1st left after the gate, you’re basically guaranteed to curb the trlr when you go to turn right to get back to the guard shack. Saw every exiting truck do it when they left while I was docked, it’s a really sharp turn&& no real way to avoid it

Well pretty much what everyone said. Don't come early. They won't let you on to the property. Petco wants their shipment but won't be sympathetic to the truck drivers and put a little parking outside the gate. It's a shame, Welcome to mega Corporation!
