I had my Pfizer COVID Booster shot at this CVS and I found everyone to be so very pleasant. I went to the Web site, booked the appointment and it was done 1,2,3! It was so easy to do. I encourage everyone to protect yourself and just do it!

Almost every time I have a prescription, they tell me they don't have it. My doctors have to resend the prescription several times. They are constantly messing up. I have now switched and won't return to CVS.

Worst experience ever I had in cvs pharmacy and I’ve been a customer there for 20 years!!THE PHARMACY MUST CHANGE!You would think you were in India when approaching there they are so rude and do not care about the customers!Never had I had this problem with them before.On 02/28/2024 was but one staff member that works there a long time acting out.Very disappointed!!!!!

CVS pharmacy is selling expired medications over the counter. I purchased enfamil vitamin breast fed infant easy to use dropper for my 2 month old baby. Luckily found out that medicine is expired few days ago before the use… very bad

Why does it take SO long to check-in and check-out at this pharmacy?! It always feels like I'm dealing with a pharmacist in training. Please improve the overall experience at this pharmacy. At the moment, it's a tooth pulling experience.

Repeatedly fail to deliver on prescriptions even when given days ahead. Made my father take three trips in two days to pick up his meds--for which he had given the prescriptions 5 days ago. I get there is a lead time--but this is just poor service.If you give someone a time to come pick up their meds, you should have it ready by then--not have them wait more at the store or asking them to come back later.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. People who work there have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have had to go there at least three times in the last month for me dices for my children , twice they have had trouble finding/filling my prescriptions requiring multiple trips back and one time they have said they never received the prescription even after our doctor showed us the confirmation.Save yourself the trouble and Do not use them, there are three other pharmacies within a mile of this place.

Was having a home emergency and called the store bc I could not get there before store closing. Spoke with store worker (Vivian) who graciously along with the store manager agreed to wait until I arrived so I could get the medication my husband needed. Me and my family are incredibly grateful! The customer service from these employees went way above and beyond all expectations and even more so in these very stressful times! Thank you!

Horrible cvs branch. They better shut it down and save the money. There was a rude employee there called Matt he claimed to be the store manager. He's so impolite and unprofessional. I guess he was only hired because of staffing shortage. I will never go there again.

I've always had a great experience here. Up front and in the Pharmacy. I'm always greeted with a real smile. The staff are very helpful. Clean and wide aisles. Fully stocked. Everytime I go, I find something new, with a great price.

My biggest complaint with this store is that it is always very cluttered with storage totes and the carts the employees use in the store. These things are always blocking the isles. Also the way they set up the displays makes it nearly impossible for someone who uses a mobility scooter as I do to get around the store.

Tried to get cards printed here based on website availability, and they said it would be ready at a certain time. I got there 20 minutes after the time posted, and they said they were out of ink and envelopes, despite the fact that I could see things printing. The cashier said she would get the manager (her offer, not my request) to help me, and he came out and was rude, told me I could come back another day or go to another location, then go to Staples because that other location was out of envelopes, and then come back to be reimbursed for the envelopes.

I now remember why we stopped using this CVS and switched all of our prescriptions to Walgreens. This store is not competent. They fill prescriptions without looking at the notes from the doctor or customer. And if they have questions, they just ignore the doctor and customer and fill they way they want. In the end the patient suffers. Time to switch another script to Walgreens.

Called to see if they had an uncommon medication for my 6 year old. A very rude woman answered, put me on hold for a few minutes and when she picked back up, she said "yeah" with an annoyed tone - and then hung up on me while I was asking how many pills they had in stock. Needless to say, I will not be filling anything there.

Scheduled COVID PCR test needed for traveling overseas which can only get done in store's drive-thru. Got results back a day before trip stating that not enough specimen had been collected to provide test results. Had to pay $250 for at airport test. Bad service. Bad overseeing. Never going back to this store.

If I could give them no stars I would. One star is still too good for this CVS. They are horrible!!!! My husband drops off my meds so I can pick them up later. I was given RX for two meds. Previously I've been text for another med 2/6. I go get my meds. I just got out of work still have to pack for our trip, realize the mistake at 9....of course when they are closed. I was given one of the new meds and the old one from the 6th. Called to make a complain at the front. The pharmacist is still there. She is asked and no, she tells the front person, no there are no other meds. I was texted that my two meds are ready. The new ones. How incompetent!!! I didn't realize this was such a difficult job. Walgreens here I come. YOU SUCK CVS!!!!!!!! STICK THE OTHER MEDICATIONS WHERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE. WHICH FYI ARE IN THE BASKET STILL !

I went there tonight to pick up my prescription I was told to come back in10 mins 3 different times by 3 different people! It took over an hour 1/2 to get my prescription that I was told at drop off would be ready by 5pm. Not 1 person knows what the other 1 is doing! Horrible experience while being sick and in pain.

Staff was very pleasant as I was coming in at closing time. I was waiting for my Lyft as they were leaving and the gentleman waited in his car to make sure I wasnt alone . Not many people are still so courteous these days. Thank you much was appreciated.

This one mid-aged guy at the store's checkout register didn't seem to have knowledge of the store's promotion going on.I purchased about 10 items because of the promotion. When the rang up total price didn't reflect the sale prices, he couldn't give me a reason or maybe just didn't care to use any of his intelligence or labor even though he was aware the sale price tag was valid. His immediate and only response was "I cannot do anything. The register rang the prices."I decided to abandon the whole purchase seeing that there were customers waiting to pay and he was obviously impatient and had no intention to help. "Have a nice day," with a poker face, he wasted no time to get rid of me.I rarely shop at CVS and I think I am not returning there soon...

I gave my prescription on the on August 26th, and it wasn’t fully ready even on August 30th. I missed 2 days of meds on 4 of my meds.
