Wayne, Mitra and the staff at this CVS pharmacy are phenomenal. They are super courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. What a friendly bunch and service is quick. Sometimes you have to wait but I get it since they are busy!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Only issue is lack of inventory on a few items.Wayne and pharmacy staff are the best. Wayne is as knowledgeable as many doctors I've talked to, very important these days when you sometimes can't talk to one. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wayne is very helpful and caring . They are always extremely busy here but if I have something urgent I can speak to the pharmacist and they make sure to accommodate me to the best of there abilities. When I had surgery wayne made sure to rush my medications even when they were slammed with customers . Highly recommended!

Poor customer service. Unprofessional attitude towards customers with problems after the sale .the process of ringing for a sales associate at the checkout is a very poor management decision .We had an issue of our purchase did not appear on the receipt, the store assistant was almost rude and had to be almost forced to fix the issue with her manager. Please address this issue. There is one bright spot there was one associate who took the opportunity to make sure we would not have a issue going forward, did not get his name however he is a college aged man

Worst pharmacy ever. My mother just had brain surgery, they call her and I call back because she can’t answer the phone and I get the nastiest “CVS please hold.” It’s been 15 minutes. You couldn’t ask me what I needed before placing me on hold for this long? Again, my mother had brain surgery and the experience hasn’t been good as it is ! Thanks for adding to the never-ending bs CVS pharmacy. Hire staff that understands that nobody wants to call a damn pharmacist all day!!! Hire human beings.

Updated: 6/18/21. Yet again they proved me wrong. Employees having a bad start doesn’t mean they need to be rude. Was at the door before 8. Waited for them to open and just asked the lady nicely if I should come in. The reaction was extremely rude saying they just came in. You are supposed to let customers in at 8 and not come in at 8.Rude staff. Asked them to keep the stuff for sometime because we forgot the card at home. Came back in 15 mins and they already had re shelved it. When we asked why they couldn't keep it they said they have to sell it. For a customer who goes there very often, this was shock. Any good store would just keep this as a good will. I am going to reduce going there now. CVS - competition is tough. I am going Walgreens now.

Horrible they let other people wait for their medicine in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with out telling them to park and wait so that other people can get their meds butwhen I come they tell me to park and come back around in the time period themedicine will be available, horrible!!! I had to wait 20 minutes behind a car to get my medicine at the drive thru. The manager made all kinds of excuses!

This place is the WORST. Only go here if you have an inordinate amount of patience. If you have any medical condition which can be exacerbated by extreme frustration DO NOT COME HERE. If you can find an employee they probably will not help. The pharmacy is understaffed (to save money I assume) and almost always frazzled and backed up.
