Customer service was terrible. My experience is in the pharmacy department. Pharmacist Maulik...SWAMPED with work, I understand. At my work, I am too. But I would never be a smartA to him nor anyone else if roles were reversed. After his smart remark and I didn't follow suit and insult his intelligence in return, he then replied with a real answer. I will not do buisness with this CVS moving forward. If he heard clearly, what he said and what the girls said at their register did not match. Getting new customers means explaining your process and making adjustments if the process was not followed as explained. Nothing was corrected or solved. My insurance is issuing me a refund. Always make sure your pharmacy has ALL of your correct info. Even my address was incorrect.

Half the time the drive thru is closed. The other half the customer service is so had. NONE of the workers EVER smile. NONE of the workers EVER say have a nice day. I understand you have a busy job but customer service is very important in CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS!!

This location has very friendly and thorough members. I drive thru the drive thru and it didn’t disappoint. Very efficient and easy.

Lack of professionalism, know how and basic phone etiquette must be this pharmacy’s credo. Long wait period before calls are answered. Problem resolution is not their strong suit. Overall experience is not even worth 1 star! This review is as a result of contacting and speaking to employees within the pharmacy department.

These ppl refuse to answer the phone! No one should hold on for over 3hrs for someone to answer a call at a pharmacy. How is this ok ?you’re dispensing medicine to patients but won’t answer calls so that your patient couldcall to ask pharmacist questions

This place has become awful. There should be no reason it takes half an hour for a pharmacist to answer the phone. And then when they do answer they are not helpful both on the phone and in the store. Shut this location down. Especially the pharmacy.
