This review is focused on the bakery. I work at a school and have gone into the store to order cakes on 4 occasions in the last year. Every single cake has been decorated beautifully, the colors are exactly as requested and it's always ready when it's supposed to be. I always order the whipped topping for icing, it's light and less sweet.My co-workers and students always comment on how fresh it is.Thank you to the bakery section for being amazing.(And a nod to the vegetarian items in the produce section. They have a good variety, especially of field roast items.)

Went to this location in the morning to get a western union. They explained to me that it was early and told me to come back in the afternoon or evening to do it. Since I was told nicely I agreed. Came back in the evening waited on line, to be told the system is down and they can't do anything. I asked for a manager upest for my time being wasted. As explaining my situation to the management they went to the register it went through within minutes. I do not know what kind of customer service this is but as the only western union in the area that can receive this is strange. Information is powerful so be careful shoppers.

If I could give 0 star I would!! I came in to return something and Alexa was at the front desk she looks at me and walks away to have a conversation with a customer being checked out. Had she come back after the initial greeting I would have been cool but she stood there in full conversation. I had to interrupt her for her to acknowledge me. Unacceptable. I spoke with Matthew the manager who seemed uninterrested in the type of customer service his employees were giving. ZERO stars for customer service at the Willingboro Acme! I wonder if the same customer service is given in Moorestown or let's say Mt Laurel. I bet not!! SMH

Today my mom and I walking in this Acme, all these people came in behind us off the street, followed us around the store, some even bought food. Men and women. For example the two women that had on the Allied security uniforms were with them, and one of them had children with her. The shorter white lady that had on the black apron as well. We knew who each and everyone of them are. Just watch your back, Coming into this establishmet. This will be reported to the proper authorities along with time, date and pictures and vehicles.

I normally use ShopRite even though Acme is closer to me because I thought they were much more expensive. Turns out that Acme seems to have much better sales than ShopRite, particularly with their meats where they offer any 4 marked items that include a variety of beef, chicken, and pork cut and prepared in convenient packages that will serve 2-3 people for $19.95. Some are even pre-seasoned or marinated to make it even easier to throw a decent meal together. I saved over $32 taking advantage of their sales that day, when I only went there for shredded coconut to begin with...lol Who would have thought? I'll be checking Acme's weekly ads from now on.

Ok, so yesterday 12/6/21, I ordered Monday's "Cheep" Chicken. What a disgrace! When I returned home, I called Acme to let them know we were coming back for a refund. Second thing were the cake slices. I picked up a slice of carrot cake, and it felt like a ton of bricks. There was more frosting than cake! I never saw anything like this in my life! I scraped the frosting off and now sitting here with a plate of glob! And the attitudes of the Deli Dept are horrible. I try to support my local Acme, but Mt but Holly may be another option.

This store is so hit or miss. Some days you can run in and find what you need. other days you walk in and the whole store smells like burnt chicken oil. 😂😂😂

Store not totally bad but since I always have issues with the lunch meat area I figure I'll go this route for improvement. What is the take a number there for if there not going to use it. Who is actually the person dedicated to helping? If they are back there they are ALWAYS SUPER ANNOYED to actually provide you service. I tried speaking to management about possibly improvements but they apologize and nothing changes. I stop getting lunch meat from there due to the horrible customer service.

I called to place an order for a cake. It is August 6, 2023 on a Sunday. I was told that the cake decorator is out having surgery and they will not be taking orders till September when she gets back. How do they stay in business. Why not get someone from another store to cover the department while she is out?!? I would hate to see your P&L. Where is the leadership in this store, district, or market in this company? You need to course correct or you will be closing.

Unfortunately this is the nearest food market. Employees are mostly friendly. But if you want to be ignored completely definitely visit the deli and seafood counter. Where after awhile you may or may not get noticed. And that's only if the employees turn around and acknowledge customers.

So I have been going to this Acme for 5 years now and there's this manager her name is Joyce that works there and everytime I see her she's always in a bad mood. So yesterday I went to Acme to get a couple groceries and to use Miriams WIC check. So I unfortunately had the pleasure of seeing this nasty manager and she says I can't get this cheese so I give her the pamphlet that wic gave me she reads it and then she tells me well I can get the shredded cheese just not in that brand so I asked her to look at the pamphlet again she looks at it and then she tells me well you're just not allowed to get shredded cheese and then I stated to her where are you reading this are we reading the same pamphlet. lolThey are okay here not to many people working at one time. They can be rude at times.

Never an issue. I had the pleasure of having Christina in customer service help me and made my experience easy and wonderful !It was literally a piece of hair baked into the cupcake. Unacceptable!!!!! I’m glad I check my food before consuming especially with a baby ! I was able to return it with no problems ! And the lady in customer service apologized

In addition to it's distance from where I live. Acme Markets is my go to place for Lamb chops, which I am not able to find at other stores. There are always some great deals going on in he meat section. Lots of goods to choose from. I enjoy going there. Great experience with my purchases and the workers. Thank you!

Sorry to say, I will no longer be shopping at this location. I attempted to get some salad at the deli counter and was totally ignored. The older gentleman helped the two people in front of me and then walked away.I waited patiently assuming I would be next.I finally asked if I was in the wrong place to order since he wouldn’t even acknowledge me.The other woman working with him called for help and he comes out and starts dismantling the slicer completely ignoring me. I asked the other employee what was going on and her response was that we close at 8. It was 5:30. I was floored and walked away. I asked to speak with the store manager and was met by a young lady at the service desk. I told her of the situation and her response was “she shouldn’t have said that” I told her that I am in the service industry and that if I treated customers that way I wouldn’t have a job. No response. No apology , nothing. Goodbye

I was standing at the deli for about 10min watching this guy putting chicken up. Then walk over to the woman in the seafood and started talking he finally stopped ignoring me and tells me deli is closed. I called customer service and asked what time deli closed she told me 8pm I was there at 7pm and all the lights were on so I took it as they were opened. The staff they have working back are there really rude the way they make you wait and it’s not even busy. Even when I buy chicken I’m literally waiting for about 15min and sometimes it’s just me standing there. Never again I’ll buy my lunch meat at ShopRite and just ride to Popeyes from now on.

With so much going on in the world today, we need to stop, pause for a second and tell someone throughout our day. How much we appreciate them and thank them for showing up for work, and providing excellent customer service. And as a customer today I want to acknowledge and thank John in the deli department. Horrible Catering! I ordered fried wings for an event and received wing dings - (small drum potions) that were heavily breaded to the poin were breading was falling off the wing dings and they were not crispy at all. I was embrassed to serve them to my guest but I had to.Acme will never receive 1 single dollar from me again!

In their eyes service and variety seems to be everything because if that's their daylight... Their FOOD PRICES are in the dead of night. STOP SHOPPING THERE. Over Priced Nothing is EVER stocked correctly in position with shelf pricing labels so often that I feel it's an intentional bait and switch tactic at this point , once or twice is human error..consistently is a pattern...just saying

2 for convenience that’s about it!Let’s tell it like it is. I’ve been coming here since Pathmark was across the street. The customer service is non-existent. Always has been. No one is nice or helpful ever. When I come in I never see a real manager. Customers have cut in front of me in every type of checkout lane and the deli and no one cares or speaks up. Long lines all the time. I also switched pharmacies after about the last 2 years of rude customer service over there too.

Always fresh meats and seafood. The bakery staff are very friendly and patient. I love this location, it’s in a convenient location and never disappoints.Bringing this location down to a three after tonight. The deli was super slow. The line was short and very unorganized. I waited a really long time just to order turkey and cheese. Maybe it would be more efficient to have more employees at 5 pm, rather than one gentleman serving chicken, salads and working the deli alone. I must add that the man working is always pleasing and personable.

I shop at this place every month and I went there today get some stuff for the house and some food I that they still didn't have my favorite turkey pepperoni so I got the next brand of it pick up like 5 bags of it and 3 of the bags were good but the other two bags as I was scanning them found out it was old and had mold on it and I asked can they help me with 2 new ones and they said sorry I can't leave m station and as I was leaving I said to them again about the molded turkey pepperoni and you should go have someone look and take the bad ones out and they said ok thank you like do better please or I might take my money else where

They have everything you need. They are pretty clean. The staff are a mix of personalities. Some good some ok. Good Pharmacy, Great Butchers and Bakery. The Deli is good. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Could use a little updating but overall a good place for pretty much all you need for almost any occasion.
