Pretty sure I saw a large man in power talk down to a woman in the pets section. Im pretty sure the man's name was Ron but I couldn't get the girls name on account of she was crying so hard. I wish someone would stop this kind of behavior.

I’ve been using grocery pickup for a couple of months now, because an injury makes it hard for me to shop for myself right now.Each time I use this store’s grocery pickup, I have a great experience. These young men pack my groceries in to the bags, in my trunk. They are so pleasant and helpful. They won’t accept tips, I try each time.I so appreciate these associates and the experience each time. Thank you for hiring such exceptional human beings.

A few things irritate me about Walmart. Lol. I like the prices mostly but I find lots of my favorite items or most used items are out of stock. I feel that maybe the products are actually there in the back but not put on the shelves yet. They should hire more people to work at night rather than hog all the room all through the store during shopping hours. Its tough enough to maneuver the employees with their huge crates and carts while they shop for other people, let alone have the stocking people everywhere putting stuff on the shelves.

This Walmart has the worst pickup experience I've ever had.. I always put my orders in in the morning so it'll be ready when I get off work and still I wait over an hour every time.. I even set the pickup time an hour before I'll be there and still I wait an hour or more.. nobody wants to wait that long for a pickup.. tired of the inconvenience that this supposed convenient service brings.. bunch of young kids moving like snails.. The best part is when they say items are unavailable and I go in the store and there's plenty of that item.. just lazy!

The self checkout attendant Kim is extremely rude and condescending. She rang me up twice for items in my cart which forced me to now wait on refunds. She picks and chooses which customers to bother based on the colour of their skin. I’ve been shopping at this Walmart for years and dealing with her had to have been the worst experience I’ve had thus far. She doesn’t belong in customer service speaking to people because she leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I go to the self checkout because there’s no cashiers. There’s a guy making sure I scan everything, no problem. About to exit the door that’s a few steps away, women asks for my receipts after I try to continue walking. I hand it over since y’all want the receipts so bad and keep walking. She says ‘oh your attitude sucks’. HIRE CASHIERS if you’re that concerned about theft, or whatever the case may be!Coming from someone that once worked at this Walmart; she’s lucky the person I was with didn’t tell me what she said until AFTER we left the building or else I would’ve spoke to someone about her attitude.PS… I hope whoever you are, reads this!! I wish I got her name!!

Bad customer service experience. They wouldn't honor a price match from their own website, not shipped from a third party. It's pretty deceptive and shady to list a certain price online and then to not honor it in the store.

Get rid of the solicitors talking about electric bills and cellphone stuff. No one likes this ever . I’m surprised the solar panel scammers aren’t around yet .Really kills the vibe - people already stressed out shopping.

The place looks disorganized, with no customer service to help new customers. No cellphone reception when you are inside most of the time. I'm just saying that was not the best Wal-Mart store in South Jersey.🤔🤔🤔

I love being able to place and pay for my order from home and not have to get out of my car in to get what I need! Especially in the cold weather! I'd also like to tell you how courteous, helpful and friendly the young man Dave was that brought my order out and loaded it into my car @ store #1851

We love Walmart, it has just about anything you might need at affordable prices. We come several times a month for our grandson's Pediatric shakes and the Parent's Choice brand is comparable to Pediasure and much less expensive. We buy everything from phone accessories to food and baked goods. There's also a wide variety of brands on many products and each department is accurate with helpful employees.

I have changed my previous review. They have come a long way since COVID hit. The grocery delivery and pick up department has made tremendous strides and how things go as far as getting your order out and delivered on time or picked up on time. They used to be severely understaffed which caused a lot of canceled orders and problems. Inside the store it's always clean and easy to shop in. Customer service has improved as well. Way to go guys and gals keep it up.

I went to purchase perfume and I was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come with the keys to open the glass cabinet. It was so hard and stressful for other employees to get a person with the keys.They said it was during a change in shifts the reason for being so long. It shouldn't matter there's always an issue with Walmart. And the problem is they hire young, inexperienced rude teens and young adults.I've had good experiences with the older workers willing to help. But these young people are the worse, they can care less about customer service. And that says a lot about management and the company. Walmart needs to do better, and more training and incentives to boost morale within Walmart.

They always have everything I need. I don't feel judged when I go for a late night visit. I always feel welcome. The wide variety of products is interesting. The only complaint is the checkouts. They are always packed with people, and there are only ever about 3 cash registers open. Thank god for the self checkout, although that is also packed.

Was able to find the shawl and bathing suit without a problem. When we asked a worker to have someone come to the fitting room so we can try on clothes. They were there in less than a minute. The cashier was polite and easy complete.

The manager Ashley was amazing and honestly so helpful . My pick up order got messed up two times and then cancelled and I was upset since I barely have time to do anything working 7am-11pm days in the medical field . She personally shopped for my groceries and even gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. She was the best and I’m so grateful for her

It's ok, always self check out because no real cashier's. Pharmacy is great. Photo and electronics are VERY LAZY, and know hardly anything. Can NEVER find anyone for paint and tools. I use W+ most of the time now, easier and no wasting of time finding items.

Love to shop here when I can. I went online ahead of time to ensure the product I needed was in stock/available. According to Walmart, yes, it was in stock and available whenever I needed it. I went there, directly to the pet food aisle and to my dismay, the spot where the product should have been stocked at had another product in it's place, in an incorrect location. There were no packs in stock in the back either! The employee told me that the inventory records have been found to reflect incorrect information a lot recently! Not happy, not good. My cat is flipping out to say the least, and I am sick and tired of going on a treasure hunt every time I need cat food, it's a never ending problem lately!!!
