They never have anything in stock, trying to call them is agonizing, at least a 20 minute wait every time I have to call, with a message saying "Your call is valuable to us every 10-15 seconds". There are plenty of other drug stores in the area, avoid this one.

I’ve been a customer for Walgreens for a very long time, And there has been a few times I had very bad experience at Walgreens….Yesterday on Thursday November 16th I was shopping in the Christmas aisle, I was looking for light clips. I saw the young lady her name is Chris she waswalking towards me and I was getting ready to ask her A question, and before I get a chance to say anything she rudely said to me whatever we have on the shelf is what we have with an attitude, she wouldn’t even give me a chance to say anything, and she wouldn’t even stop to listen to what I was going to say, not even eye contact she just kept on walking with a rude smirk on her face. I said back to her you are very rude and her comment was back to me with an attitude OK And she walked in the back.I am a retail manager and I do not treat my customers or my associates that way. I know with the holidays approaching fast and it’s getting busy, I get that but that’s no right to treat your customers like that…Whatever the young lady has going on in her life, she has no right to take it out on other people. I’m hoping that next time when I go shopping at Walgreens I don’t experience this again. I hope it’s better….Sincerely, your customer!

This place is terrible! I sat on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes before someone picked up, and it said onky 3 calls ahead of me. I was the next caller for 40 minutes. Just to be told, my prescription is on back order! I left cvs to start going here, the biggest regret. IF YOU'RE SHORT STAFFED, GET MORE HELP WALGREENS!! OVER 1 HR SND 15MINS ON HOLD IS INSANE! NO WAY THEY ROTATED CALLS AND IN PERSON CUSTOMERS AND IT TOOK THAT LONG WITH 3 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME

Customer service is terrible. Cashier named Mille is very rude and nasty and should not be working with the public. As a long time walgreens Customer and former manager I know this is not how employees are train to treat customers.

I will never return to this pharmacy!!! I came all the way to this Walgreens location because initially they had the EXACT medication that I needed and my script said no substitutions (I called multiple pharmacies first before coming to this location and they all did not accept my script because all they had were substitutions). When I came to have my script filled at this location the first time, I received the correct medication that my doctor prescribed. However, when I came for a refill the next month I had a different medication than the first time. I simply wanted to ask if the medication I was given was the correct medication because my doctor wrote no substitutes on my script. The pharmacy tech went to grab the pharmacist to answer my question. When the pharmacist came to the window, he didn’t say, “hello,” “how can I help you?” NOTHING, he just started speaking to me in a very passive aggressive manner. It was as if he had an attitude that I was asking about the medication difference. He made me feel like I was not allowed to ask him any questions. After all of that my question still was not answered. To me, his behavior was unprofessional and I am absolutely not returning here.

Always great service, but specifically the pharmacy! Everyone is always so nice, they find you deals on prescriptions without being asked, besides needing them when I’m sick or something is wrong I enjoy my experience every time. There was a young girl working tonight, she was super nice, answered all my questions!

They really need to shut this place down & put a CVS there. The pharmacy got to be one of the worst I ever been too in my 60 years on the planet. Very unprofessional & have absolutely no knowledge of medications. In some cases you can drop your script off & they will wait late in the night to tell you they can’t verify your insurance when they can’t call because it’s to late. This is not the first Walgreens I experienced bad customer service either.i honestly believe management trains them to give that unprofessional behavior. Or they just pay employees such a low pay there upset & frustrated. Maybe they should put a tip box on the counter when they straighten there act out & Customers can help them with there low pay.

On hold for over an hour calling because my script changed! When i did automated it listed the old script i was calling to verify the correct script it took me over two weeks for them to get the medication in the first time! I just started at this one since yhe walgreens in Glassboro was just as bad!horrible experiences there as well still no answer in the pharmacy! Never had this problem at CVS!

Been on hold since 9:20 AM, "2 callers ahead of me, and it's 12:05 PM" right now. been progressively wheezing since and trying to confirm my medicine is there because they never seem to pick up the phone even for verbal orders from providers, now if i walk there I might not even make it. if you see me in the floor in their parking lot don't mind me, I expired trying to get a hold of them hahaha. As I'm writing this review. they hung up on me. lol. just shoot me bro

The absolute worst, this place makes CVS looks like gods. The worst customer service and you call to find something important you are on hold forever and have to hang up and call again. Maybe if you paid more money you would have workers to answer phones.

Staff is always ready to help you out whether they know product availability or not. Fact that they'll always help still means alot. Biggest plus about Walgreens is the fact that they're open later than anyone else. When everyone else is using the pandemic as an excuse to cut their business hours down Walgreens seems to be the only place sticking to their original business hours. My last minute emergency must have items I now skip Walmart and instinctively run to Walgreens...regardless of price.You see Walgreens...??? Some customers notice...!!!

Pharmacy is horrible. I was told my scrip wasn’t ready. I asked to check under my maiden name as well as it’s been a few years since using Walgreens. They insured me that my doctor didn’t send it. I only game here because Sams pharmacy was closed. I called right before they closed and they stated the doctor didn’t send it. Come the next morning my doctor called and it was under my Maiden name. And it was ready that night. I would have just used my normal pharmacy if I knew it would be this much of issue. They didn’t even apologize for it. I was promised a manager would call me and they didn’t.

Can I give them 0 stars please.. such a shady company and a horribly run store. Phone number doesn’t work so you can’t call with questions. Either it doesn’t connect or won’t transfer. Had an issue before with a refund on a COVID test because there was only 1 in a 2ct SEALED pack. They told me it was my issue and they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. The manager is useless and usually never there! Recently placed a picture order and paid online, had a family member pick them up and they charged her too. So I was double charged for a single order. And on top of it there were pictures missing from the order when she left the store the first time. This company needs to be bought out already and replaced with something else. Been horrible from the minute they set up shop! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! DON’T GET SCAMMED!

It's a walgreens like all the rest, I don't understand why it takes so long to ring people out sometimes, but other than that. I do have to give them credit for the nice brand teriyaki beef Jerry it's good Jerky, and while it's still too expensive, it's cheaper than the other guys

On hold to speak with pharmacist for over 30min just to find out they can’t convert a routine antibiotic script from pill to liquid so my kid can take it. I dropped it off 1130am and they said no problem. Called to confirm before I drove to pick it up. Nope. Awful experience.

This location has an incompetent pharmacy staff. I tried using this pharmacy for my prescriptions after moving to Williamstown from another area. I am a Type I diabetic so I have more prescriptions for maintenance meds and testing supplies than average, and they tend to be costly, so I use as many manufacturer discount programs as possible. The pharmacy at this particular location never filled any of my prescriptions accurately, couldn't seem to apply any of the manufacturers' discounts properly, and I was consistently charged more than at my previous pharmacy for exactly the same meds and products. They even filled one of my generic scripts with a different version without consulting with me, even though my physician specifically wrote the script with a "do not substitute" order. I gave them a few chances to get it right, but ultimately had to go elsewhere because they kept overcharging me. As soon as I transferred my scripts elsewhere, all issued were resolved.

I give this store a -5 stars...The pharmacy is the absolute worst! I dropped off a prescription over 3 hours ago for a transfer from one store to their store and they never took care of it. When I called they didn't have any record of the script. Now the other pharmacy is closed! And we have no meds!!! Now my daughter has to suffer. This is unacceptable. If you are over busy and backed up hire more staff. If I didn't call to check on it I would have never known that they dropped the ball!

Changed the brand of my meds multiple times without informing me, then when I got home and realized, I called them and said I can’t take this brand. They refused to take it back, and continue to give me the wrong brand each time. I need to call each time.Edit: 7/10/21: changing to a different drugstore. They refused to refill a prescription I was do for because their system said it wasn’t until NEXT WEEK and I already skipped a week’s worth of medication. Absolutely atrocious.

I have never experienced anything in my life so unprofessional from the managers at this store. How do you offer someone a position to work here, email them an acceptance letter, and then call a week later to say the position has been filled? How is that even possible? If the position had been filled then why did I get the email from coorperate asking me to accept or decline the position? That’s just a horrible way of doing business. Either your employees don’t communicate or you just really don’t want people to think fondly of your store. I will not consider applying for this company again! Totally ruined my impression of this place.

The pharmacy department is super slow. You drop a script off and come back the day needed to pick up and find it was never touched Still have to wait an HOUR or so before it's ready and I do not have insurance so timimg can't be blamed on the insurance company .Pharmacists are very rude and frustrating.The store itself is great .Staff are friendly and very helpful! Prices can run high but it's a drugstore .P.S. dropped my prescriptions off Thursday waited over an hour-longer then all others-and now this morning I am to pick up the other prescription I dropped off Thurs and watch it won't be ready .My account actually shows no active orders... There's two pharmacists I do not like to deal with because they're consistantly giving me a hard time .What's wr p ng with trying to have my meds prior to needing them so I don't have to ruin my daily schedule. Or have to wait hours the day I actually need the meds .Ugh!

Etta L. from the Williamstown Nj Walgreens on the Black Horse Pike in the cosmetics department is the kindest, most helpful, and caring employee I have ever dealt with. She does an excellent job both in her duties as well as going above and beyond for each customer. We have even asked her to order specific supplies such as Precision Tips QTips. She not only orders whatever quantity you need but does it super fast. She's friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Thank you Walgreens for employing her. The Busunds

I have ulcers in my mouth and in extreme pain and needed a mouthwash script to numb the pain and they said it would take 10 hours to make. "The time was 8:40 and they said it would be done at 6 or 7 at night". Way too long to get done a numbing mouthwash; we called shoprites pharmacy right across the street and they said it would be done before 3 and were MUCH more friendlier than this pharmacy. I will never come here for a script again because of this experience.Edit: So we called the shoprite pharmacy and they said only 45 minutes now. Making this place even more of a disgrace.

Just went to cvs then rite aid in search of veg capsule cranberry. Looked at every label in both stores, they only have disgusting, cruel gelatin capsules. Walgreens has a vegan brand and the cashier was friendly. I'll certainly be remembering that next time i need some clean and kind drugstore products. I usually order online but this was an immediate need. Won't be wasting my time at the other chains again!

I can't believe I just sat at the drive thru for 20+ MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE NOTICED ME!!! I was the only person in line at the drive thru. I eventually honked to be noticed and the girl got on the intercom and said she'd be right over. The girl finally came over 5 more minutes later, and then said "sorry, I didn't hear the bell go off when you pulled up." Wow is all I have to say about this situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE..... Invest in a louder bell or staff that can pay attention and multitask. For this, they get 1 star.However, in my past visits, those have been pleasant, fast and good staff! So I am adding a star for this.

It is a normal 5-8 wait through the drive thru for pick upof prescriptions. This particular Walgreens is terribly understaffed looks like today is 10 . Staff is nice enough just too slow.

This pharmacy is horrible had to call my doctor 3 times to send same script over they kept telling me she never sent it when she did spent a hr back and forth with doctor and them it always same problem everytime I have to pick anything up so decided I will never us them again they have time to be joking around instead of doing their jobs

I always have a problem with Walgreems. Always. My Dr called it a prescription and its been over 45 minutes and its still not done. People have medical issues and it seems no urgency to fill a persons prescription who people can be in a need of it ASAP.
