It's a great store loaded with options. Some of the staff didn't have a pulse and aren't "people" friendly while others are fantastic. My only issue with this store is, though I understand that you are buying more in bulk, some things are just overkill. They should allow split cases on some things. I got a $25 discount for the year. I can't see me paying $50 when it renews. It's just a bit too much in quantity for me.

Edit: The curbside pickup has improved dramatically. Everett (curbside pickup supervisor) was able to address my concerns. He has secured more staff and has issued additional parking spaces for curbside pickup. Since my review and interaction with Everett, I have had no issues with curbside pickup.Original Review:In-store experience and shipping is always great but the curbside pickup is an absolute disgrace. For the fourth time my curbside pickup order was not ready by the scheduled pickup time. I'm forced to come at a later time or I'm waiting over 30 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Either they need to hire more staff or get rid of the staff that's not doing their job properly. Why am I paying $110 for a plus membership for certain benefits that don't work 99.99% of the time?!

I cannot say enough about the pharmacy at Sam's Club!!!!!! The people are so nice and helpful each and every time I am there!!! Just love the pharmacy! So glad I left that other letter one!!!!

I ordered 2 cakes and 2 gourmet cupcakes on Thursday, Paid for them online and set the date and pick up time for Saturday. As soon as I arrived I was told by the one in charge that my order was canceled due to me not getting my order within a day of my purchase. I was also told they receive orders after midnight, as if I ordered it on a Friday, and that it wouldn't be made on time so the cakes weren't available. My daughter's party was in a couple of hours so I was worried and upset. I showed them proof that my order was made 2 days in advance and paid for. Luckily, the Baker, Seneca, asked me if I was willing to wait 15 minutes while she immediately got the cakes made. I said yes as she worked her magic. After giving them to me she wished my daughter a happy birthday. She and her coworker were amazing! They worked their magic and saved the day. I can't thank them enough.

Good place to pick up the larger packaging. The automated deals with credit cards not cash. Shame. Otherwise it's good. Just don't like that when leave they are checking you out again. Kinda ridiculous

Always a pleasure to go to Williamstown Sam's. Food samples are back 😋 yahoo! Self check out lines great option not as busy. Friendly associate was ready to assist w/o even asking. Always great deals to find! Still a pleasure going to this store. Just wished Sam's were open later than 8pm.

Always a pleasure going there.There ARE some great deals there considering Biden's 40 year high inflation!😠 And THAT is NOT the store's fault! The employees are great and they are friendly!! They have AMAZING prices on high end TVs and patio furniture as well👍👍👍 I got my Spicy Tuna Roll, which is ALWAYS yummy!!😁

Lovely store layout. No more plastic ID. Self checkout is awsome. I went for the great bulk prices on chicken and meat. But also scored some great deals on toiletries. I will go back often.

Nice place with good prices most of the time. Even better when they have sales. The outdoor furniture is a good deal along with their selection of TV's. Not everything in bulk is the best deal so it's good to know your options.

I love the store, but had a bad experience recently with a employee named Ashley. Seemed really irritable and in a foul mood, and looked like they didn't even want to talk to me. Looked like they were carelessly throwing boxes of product around in the cooler area.

Twice burned, never again! Where's my ice cream?!?!?! Went to this Sam's Club with the sole purpose of treating myself to some ice cream. For the 2nd time in 3 visits, I find the machine is "OUT OF ORDER"!!! UNBELIEVABLE! You're a major retailer; keeping your ice cream machine running shouldn't be that hard! Spent hundreds on other stuff but left completely unsatisfied. Fix it, or you're losing a loyal customer!

I wish all stores allowed you to use the Scan and Go app. Good products reasonably priced, and with the Scan and Go app, it is so nice to walk out of the store after loading your cart without having to go to a cashier.

I just wanted to compliment Terrell the gas attendant at the Williamstown location. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with my mother who had just received horrible customer service from the other attendant. Terrell stepped up and handled my mother with care and respect. I thank this young man for being gentle and actually caring for the customers needs. RAISE HIM NOW!!

For the most part it's like most other wholesale stores except for the check out. As you shop, you scan the barcode on the package, put it in your cart, scan your phone at the front door and go... skip the check out line altogether. It was so quick to get in and get out. Prices are about the same as BJ's and Costco but skipping the check out line was a major saving of time.

I moved to sicklerville 2 months ago, I go to Sam’s club almost every week for my family of 5 and the produce they sell there sits out there for weeks it seems like. About half of the time I throw away so much of the produce because it goes bad so fast. I clean and soak my produce when I bring it home in baking soda to make it last longer and still most of it goes bad in a few days. I waste so much money on it. At this point I’m just going to drive out of my way to deptford Sams Club.

As usual we got more than we planned to. But they had lots of interesting products and we hit almost every aisle and were glad we did. We have saved a bundle since we got our membership here months ago and plan on renewing it. Great deals on TVs, all the time. Other great electronic deals too. Good book selection too at good prices. Nice clothes department also. They have what you're looking for.

Great pharmacy staff, can save you money. All Sam's seem to move things around so you have to hunt for things every few months. Often you find something you really like as a good deal and it will be discontinued in a couple of months, so you can't rely on Sam's as a source as much as regular stores. But it's big and clean and decently pleasant to walk around.

The guy at the entrance was horrible. Asked me for my membership card, it’s in my app so I moved to the side to pull it up, 5 ppl came in that didn’t look like me, he didn’t mask them nor did they have a phone or card our(trustI watched). Once I showed him my card I walked in and stepped to the side so I could gm see how many other ppl he let it without asking for a card. 4 more came in. Clearly I know it’s a members only store, how wouldI pay without having a membership card. Aside from the rude guy… the store is clean and easily maneuverable even when busy.

Literally the worst meat department of all locations I’ve been to. Just terrible. Grades mismarked, prices higher than other locations. Select grade priced higher than Prime. Terrible. Done with this location for good.

Opens at 9am lines are long outside but lines do move. Paper towels, toilet paper plenty..no disinfect wipes ...staff does great job keeping things moving in a orderly fashion..

The place is to crowded. The reconfigured aisles are terrible. They have good selection and I like the check out on the app. But they need to do something about the door when you are leaving it gets backed up so quickly.
