If I could give this place a negative rating I would Gabriella told me that she refuses to do anything with a return that she’s not the manager and then that she is the manager. Told me she isn’t going to deal with me and that I’m the problem. Barbara tried to help after Gabriella started insulting myself and my grandmother in front of my daughter. I will never come back to the neighborhood store ever again with people like Gabriella working here. She’s a Complete disgrace to retail.

Very nice employees. Store is very clean and organized. Used to sell clothing at great prices but no longer do which is a disappointment. Great prices and coupons. Perfect store for whatever you need. Love it. I especially appreciate Mary, an employee who is one of the nicest people I've ever meet. She works hard and deserves a raise just for her making everyone's day brighter and will go out of her way to help.

Just moved into the area and as soon as I walked in the door to the house I knew I had to find a store to go get my cleaning supplies so I asked Google where to get them close by and she led me to my local Dollar General and boy was I glad she did! This has to be the cleanest Dollar General I've ever gone to. the Isles were clear of any clutter so it was easy to maneuver through the store I very quickly done n got everything that I needed

I've only been to this location twice. First time (about 2 yrs ago) the cashier made it seem like we were disturbing him. The 2nd time, a few days ago, the cashier went above and beyond with fast and friendly service. Wish I had his name because he definitely represents what customer service should be. As far as the store, very clean and organized, however, somewhat overpriced on a lot of items if you know your prices.

Staff knows me there I'm a "regular" Theyre always helpful help with anything you need! Patience is a virtue when working with the public and the staff seems very patient to me! I Frequent this store!! The girl today was so very very nice!

Very friendly staff, a great stock of many different items. I went in for 1 thing (dish soap) and ended up leaving with 100$ in items (6 bags). I will surely be stopping by there more often now.

The manager and employees have a horrible attitude no customer service skills what’s so ever. This was my first time at this Dollar General, saw one employee as I walked in no smile,no greeting, she generally looked like she hated her job or did not want to be there. So I smiled anyway as I normally do and greeted her with a hello, still no response. I continue shopping gathering my toilet paper and paper towels for my donation teams day of giving event. I proceed to the checkout see another employee I smile and say hello and again no response. I get to the register begin unloading my products still not a smile or small talk from the cashier. She begins. Ringing my things up and I hand her two coupons and started asking her if they have their own store coupons, member rewards sign up or digital coupons. She rolls her eyes at me and says I don’t know so by this time I am annoyed but the ooor attitudes of this store and I respond can I speak to your manager I’m curious if she would know. The cashier stops makes a big sigh and yells for her Manager, while shaking her head and rolling her eyes, the cashier yells out she wants to know about coupons and digitals! The manager never came around to greet me and responded WE HAVE AN APP! That was all I needed to know I surely was not coming back to this store!

They have a huge selection of everything. I always go there to get my Monster coffee energy drinks and all of my daughters snack foods. It's so much cheaper there than anywhere else. Love love love this store.

Checkout can be a little frustrating sometimes because of the tiny counter (you can only fit around 2 pks of tic tacs on it at once) and if there is any sort of line forget it. Checkout is def. not their strong suit. Seems to take forever. However it is worth the time occasionally for certain items

I love the store and deals I find but some employees can be less than helpful. There have been 3 employees that I've ever found kind and/or helpful. The rest seemed annoyed to be there and not helpful over simple questions.

The store is like a mini Walmart basically and honestly a lot cheaper sometimes on certain things like shampoo and hairspray is much cheaper. And on Saturdays if you spend 25 you get $5 off you can't beat that staff is great too

Most people wont go to a dollar store . Those of us who do , cant just go into tje store with only $1.00. Due to its impossible. I find so many things that are meeded household, ctafts , cleaning products , school supplies , every holiday items etc. It truely is a great store, clean and some really good people working there . One of my favorite stops for nesseities .

Cashier was Very friendly.I felt bad for her because they got her right next to the front door that kept blowing Freezing Cold Air right on her,everytime someone came in & out & she still managed to keep a smile on!!!So 5-stars for her & 0-stars for management for not doing anything thing to stop this!!!!

*just a heads up this store will be closing for remodeling at 5pm on Sunday May 26th and reopen 8am on Thursday May 30thThis is one of my favorite stores. I shop here at least 2-4 times a month.

I always have a problem with the Dollar General app I never get the correct coupons I'm supposed to get spend a lot of wasted time. And the Wi-Fi in the store really stinks

Customer service is awful. The staff is rude and gets pissed off if you have coupons and may even not let you use them. It's very telling that the store has new staff/manager every 2-3 months which is probably due to complaints. They also follow you in the aisles so i no longer shop there.

I love Dollar General on Saturdays because they have their spend $25 and you get $5 off if you sign up on their website and every penny dollar helps especially at this time of year

Has great stuff and I got a click lighter there that day and it surprisingly it lasted awhile was my favorite lighter gota go back and buy another one lol
