Norma was by far the worst floor associate I have ever I counted at our Walgreens in wildwood. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be that rude to me or anyone else!

I would give 5 stars for the store bc there pharmacy is awesome. The rest of the store employees is a different story. I took a small package to the FedEx counter and was told by the person who waited on me that she couldn't accept it bc there's no room on the shelf. I laughed and pointed to the shelf and said there's room there. She came up with some stupid excuse. I later called her supervisor and she stuck up for her employee but asked me to come back with the package. No way I'm going back there unless it's for the pharmacy only. Read some other reviews bc people had similar issues like mine. Smh

The service in the pharmacy was inexcusable!! My child was very sick and I had to go 4 different times to get his medicine. Each time the service was slow and the employees were short and rude with me. I am normally a cvs customer and they couldn’t get the medicine. This Walgreens service confirmed I belong at cvs!!

This particular Walgreens REFUSED to allow my mother and I to use the bathroom. One “employee” claimed it was not for public use, and the other claimed it was “out of order”. Both are despicable people-and we’re beyond rude. The employees are obviously too lazy to clean the bathroom, and are life zeros. I will NEVER spend another dime in this low rent establishment.

I bought a 4 pack of a protein drink plus two individual soft drinks. I paid asked the cashier for a bag and she refused saying '6 item minimum'. I was the only one on the check out line, practically no one in the store, and that is the best they can do? Pathetic but if this review keeps one person away from the store that will be good enough for me and I will go to CVS the next time at any location

Stopped in today, Wednesday and needed info & help with printing a picture & shipping package to fedex. YOLANDA went over and above to help & extremely friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful employee. She made my day.

Although the newly updated store was lovey to shop at. I think I will be going to CVS from now on. Norma at check out was so rude and unpleasant. As I checked out she told me I went the wrong way.(no one else was in the store or even on line) my boyfriend commented how lovey the updated the store was. And Norma commented that it was updated months ago and us Summer people wouldn't have known and better. There was no reason for her attitude. I zipped my mouth smiled and walked out. Because clearly she's upset with the world as most of us are at this difficult time.But I realized after I wanted to post this because Norma needs to learn to smile for costumer service job. Or stay home. Because I wish I wasn't furloughed at this time. Waiting on my money to come in. Still smiling I must add.

I forgot my medication on vacation.The pharmacists were so helpful to me in getting the proper amount at an affordable price. Really great store. Very thankful for them and all their help.

Got my COVID-19 vaccine shot's at this Walgreens and David in the pharmacy was really good at giving me the shot's and he was a nice guy. And I didn't get any kind of pain when he give me the shot and nothing after.

This Wallgreens pharmacy staff is wonderful. They went over and above to help get a RX filled when they were just about closing. Can't say enough good things about them.

The employees at this store are always so helpful anytime I need anything.nthe store is always clean and organized even during the summer and coming here just makes me really happy because it feels oddly like home.

Je laisse un 5 étoiles car j'ai eu un excellent service par Vivian à la caisse. Elle a été extrêmement patiente, sympathique et a même vérifier de façon très professionnelle la monnaie qu'elle nous a rendue. Elle s'est assurée qu'on ait la carte de membre pour pouvoir profiter des rabais sur les produits que nous avons achetés. Cette pharmacie a une toilette ce qui est merveilleux pour le confort des clients.
