I’m on a decent amount of medication and one controlled was added a year ago. Some of the techs here give me attitudes, give me dirty looks like I’m a drug addict. I’m a model patient n pass my drug test every month they also refused to early refill my seroquel for vacation guy acting like I got outta jail n gonna abuse it to sleep forever. They have bad patients like every other place but they shouldn’t put everyone that’s on a control n other meds in that category these meds saved my life got me back in school and have a travel job. . Im going out of my way for villas cvs they are very caring and usually had adhd meds on time or a day late unlike here

David B is the best in pharmacy! So helpful and took care of our entire family every day on our vacation. We had to pick up prescriptions for a new illness for 4 days straight and he was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you to the entire staff but especially David!

Not much to say. It's dirty. It's unorganized. It's always 10 degrees hotter than it should be.If you go during the day, you'll get a cashier, but they'll take two to three times longer than any other cashier on the planet.If you go at night, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone working; and if there is someone there, they're usually sitting around talking to their friends. And they'll force you to use the self checkout. Absolutely lazy.[UPDATE] - Lowered yet another star, from the original 2 stars, as I found out that the push to use self checkout is intentional. I'll never visit this facility again. Especially with such close competition.

I recently went to get my annual flu shot. It was a different pharmacist than I have dealt with in the past. The first thing she said to me was that she wasn't really there as she had someone else she needed to be. It took her a long time to input my insurance information and she kept complaining that she had somewhere else to be. At one point she asked if I had another insurance card, I did not. After 10 minutes she informed me that my insurance didn't cover flu shots. I told her it does and could she try to input the information again. Then she blamed my insurance saying the system must be down and she couldn't go back in. We are 15-20 minutes in now. Other people working with her started saying why was she still there? Finally she asked if she could text me when she straightening it all out, she never did. It clearly states no appointment needed but this pharmacist was so rude, making me feel like I was a bother. Needless to say I got my flu shot elsewhere.

That is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The little short pharmacist lady was VERY VERY rude. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing in there what so ever.. Nasty nasty people. I will definitely recommend that no body ever go there and I will spread the word. Was in the drive through for 30 minutes two days ago right after I got out of the hospital, they had no clue what they were doing and today the same thing and then the pharmacist has the nerve to come to the window and be rude.... Not the customers fault that there is only one pharmacist..

Worst CVS ever. Went to get prescription for my wife and mother in law. The one didn't get called in. My wifes case they said would be ready before they closed. So my wife went there and it wasn't ready. They tried to call and was on hold for half and hour. So they went to rite Aid. The person there was nice and said try another CVS right down the street. Which my wife finally got her medication. If you are in the area do not go to this cvs

Rudest people I have ever met. Pharmacist closed the gate right on my face and said they were closed. I was from out of town and asked if I could just pick up my prescription. I was told "tomorrow ".....I explained I world not be in WW tomorrow. No one cared.

The pharmacists at the Wildwood CVS are amazing! The amount of prescriptions they need to fill daily, along with the addition of covid testing and vaccinations, they always find the time to answer questions help with pricing and expedite when possible.

Was unable to have a prescription that I had just ran out of due to it being out of stock. I was told to wait 4 more days, but it likely wouldn’t arrive even then. Another cvs had it, but only half the amount I needed for 30 days. I have been able to have other pharmacies do partial fill and she told me the other CVS would not do a partial for me (without asking them). She referred to my home CVS as I was leaving the state on Monday.Ultimately I called the other CVS in N wildwood and they filled it immediately. I spent the whole day calling my pharmacy, calling my doctor many times to move prescriptions, and it was a complete fiasco. Monica was lovely during pick up though. This pharmacy is much nicer than the other, but an overall headache.

After reading other reviews IT IS CLEAR this store has a REAL problem with the Female Pharmacy tech/employee who is not only RUDE she is INCOMETENT! I went to the store knowing there are over the counter antibiotic eyedrops for minor eye infections, which I am suffering from DURING A PANDEMIC. This person said rudely and tersely "NO...there are no antibiotic over the counter eye drops". CVS literally has a CVS brand product. People go to a Pharmacy for help with HEALTH MATTERS how can CVS justify employing someone who CLEARLY has no desire to help anyone. This person should be fired IMMEDIATELY or at least relegated to a position where she has NO CONTACT with other human beings especially customers of CVS.. I will be going to the store tomorrow to speak with this persons supervisor before I go to CVS corporate about this person and how I can convince them to terminate this person.

On VACATION- forgot a prescription from home and at pharmacists discretion could not give me a 3 day safety refill!!! Had to call Dr . have prescription ok’d for 4 pills. Thank you so much for your concern and consideration!

It's the worst Pharmacy ever I experienced in my life I'm speaking from broken heart somebody lost his cousin for not giving him his anxiety medication then he killed himself because he was 2 days less and in the end it was the pharmacist mistake she started marking him because he's a hero served in Iraq had injury in his mouth he couldn't explain exactly his situation and his doctor give him a paper from the doctor said he's allowed to go pick it up two days early it's the most shameful business I ever known
