We (Daisy and I) have been going to dawn for about 3 years (at Mike's grooming, that is closed now) and at her own store. Daisy loves her (a good indication that she is treated well). The place is clean and everyone is so friendly. You can tell they all love animals.She gets a great cut. Always looks soooo adorable when I pick her up.I highly recommend!!!

Dawn made a mistake on a reschedule for the grooming and basically gas lit me as if I made the mistake. Poor business management and extremely insulting with text. I would not recommend in any way.

Best around. Dawn and her staff are great. I’ve been using them for many years. Reasonable prices and definitely take care of your pets. My girls always look great after their “spa day”

Dawns always does exceptional grooming for my dog, Moxie, and treat her with kindness. I had an emergency with her where she desperately needed a bath which I am not capable of doing because of a disability. I called late on a Saturday and they agreed to make time for her that day. I know that they stayed late to take care of her. And they did so courteously without criticizing or complaining because my situation required them to stay with late. They always listen carefully as to how I would her groomed and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for exceptional care of your dog.

Here we are 2 years later! both Jesse and I still very happy :o) ...I recommend Dawn's Grooming highly!! This is a family dog grooming and they are terrific in every way. The kindness you will receive from making your appointment, the care and cautious checking in and picking up during these hard and abnormal times with Covid, which they take very seriously is sincere.So grateful and SO happy the Gov realized that grooming is a necessity and is essential when he did for our babies to be cared for too during these times. This to helped small businesses such as Dawn's Grooming from losing their way and means of life in grooming our pets.Jesse loves loves loves his pamper day at Dawns Grooming! I'm new to the area so I found Dawn's when I googled pet grooming. I went by what the reviews had said and took my dog there. They did a very good job, highly recommend.

Our little dog was groomed here last Friday, May 24, 2019. After she came home she was licking constantly. Upon inspection I discovered she had been shaved so close in her genital area she was scraped and bleeding. Tonight I just discovered on her back shin bone she apparently had been shaved so roughly and carelessly that a point was cut off. I’m sick that this has happened to our little dog. She just lost her owner because of death and we were trying to provide her with a loving, safe environment. I know we have failed her. No one should ever have their beloved pet treated like this. This is criminal to treat a little, elderly, passive dog like this. I gave one star only so anyone would know it wasn’t a mistake. They don’t deserve any stars.

I brought my maltese there and she look so beautiful coming out she is 8 yrs old but looks like a puppy after being groom there very welcoming and friendly place. I am so happy I found them and they are awsome.

We arrived at appointment time and I was asked by someone how I wanted her cut. I gave explicit instructions only to find out he wasn't the one grooming her. If you own a little white fluff ball, some groomers think a haircut means a shave down. Also, there was 6 or 7 other dogs waiting for service. It took about 3.5 hours for my dog to be done. I'm just not a fan of that system. Her old salon did it in under 2 hours as there weren't a zillion other dogs in the pipeline (unfortunately, it's too far away now), but I also paid a lot more for a superior cut. Tradeoff I guess. If I could get an appointment when I wouldnt have to leave her that long, I'd be happier.

Another groomer told me it wasn't possible to groom my puppy so I brought them to dawns after my parents had a great experience here.. well I picked up that little puppy and she was all groomed and looking adorable!! I now bring my 3 dogs here and love the hair cuts and the price!!! A++++

I am new to Whiting and I needed to find a groomer as well as to getting acclimated. My groomer from Brooklyn I know and trusted for 30 years, I am so happy and blessed I found Dawn and Caley who have the sweetest of hearts and souls... I am fostering an old happy but temperamental poodle. I have never owned a dog that needs grooming and I don’t want to cut her nails yet as I am trying to build a positive relationship. Dawn’s was really great and Betty White looks so fancy, but most importantly, smells so much better!

Took my Bichon Chloe there today for the 1st time. They are wonderful. My Bichon actually came out looking like a Bichon instead of a Poodle. Highly recommend this place.
