Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to get two Rxs filled. Everyone in the pharmacy was friendly and very helpful. They checked to see if my insurance was going to cover it first. I am on PAAD. It was not covered, so they checked to see how much it was going to be. They let me know and I told them to fill it. Alexis, Charlie, Nicole and Kim are always very nice when you go there. They let me know that they were out of stock on my one medication before I left. I told them it was fine I could wait. I had some errands to run, so I told them I would be back later. Charlie filled my my Rx quickly. I received a message that it was finished before I had finished my errands. When I came back they apologized for the fact that they didn't have the one Rx. Kim also expanded about the fact that there could be slight change in how the medication could work because of another medication that I am on. I thanked Kim and Charlie both for explaining this. I said my doctor knew that I was on it and it would be fine. I can't say enough about the team you have working in this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist and his staff are absolutely fantastic. The CVS team is knowledgeable, caring and make it a great experience when going to get my medications that most places make me feel uncomfortable or judgemental. I have been to many pharmacies and the team at 421 Lacey rd in Whiting are the best. I recommend anyone to go there no matter the distance if you want a smoothe comfortable experience getting your meds with judgements. Thank you.

We had a problem refilling one of my husband's essential medications. Pharmacist AnneMarie resolved the issue quickly and with great courtesy and kindness. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bigger than your normal CVS easy to get in and out of one of the best EVS as I've ever been in No Lie for some reason and it reminded me of an older corner store! LOL
