Went today 3/6/24 to pick up a prescription. I went through the drive-thru, and after waiting for someone to take care of me the tech came and In a nasty way said that the customer in the store and the phones came first not the drive-thru, I said well they should have someone just for the drive through. Not friendly at all and it seems to bother them when a question is asked.

I have never encountered a more unfriendly, uncooperative pharmacy tech than Lisa. If you have a 90-day script she refuses to refill before 89-days has passed. She is rude and argumentative about it. "But we are going out of town" I say; she doesn't care. Refuses to fill. Happened twice now and each time I had to get the pharmacist to intervene and put the refill through. When I went to get my COVID and flu vaccines she refused to allow two vaccines on the same visit and even claimed that the FDA is wrong and literally said CVS corporate doesn't know what they doing for allowing me to schedule two vaccines. Stay away from LISA at this CVS! She thinks she knows it all and she is always wrong.

I understand that there is a shortage of workers in these stores, pharmacies, etc., but the focus should always be on the customers waiting on line. I pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up my Rx, waited 5 minutes without even having someone tell me they will be with me shortly. I drove around and went into the store. There was one elderly woman waiting for her shot; other than that there was no one else waiting in line. I waited a minute or two and no one even acknowledged I was there. I made a comment to the lady waiting for her shot that there wasn't anyone working the window either and that caused one of the women, obviously filling prescriptions, to tell me that they were busy and would be with us shortly. I looked around ... still no one else but me and the other lady. They kept right on doing their thing for another five minutes before I walked over to where I could get their attention and what I got was "we're busy ... we have 400 prescriptions to fill and if we don't get it done we'll get yelled at." I told her I understand about working in retail but I'm only here to pick up a Rx which shouldn't take long; don't know what the situation is with a shot ... not sure if there's someone there who can administer the shot or not. Finally the newer pharmacist came to help me and someone who was wearing what looked like a white jacket went over to help the other lady. So, were we supposed to wait until all 400 prescriptions were filled before they could take a few minutes to help customers on line? This woman behind the counter had a lousy attitude and needs customer service training. Neither myself nor the other lady waiting said anything rude, inappropriate or disrespectful to her but her conduct was just downright awful. She should be fired.

One of the best CVS I’ve ever been in clean organized very very friendly. Pharmacists are amazing. All the staff are incredible . I received my Covid and my flu shot there , booked it online. No wait and professionally done was very there been to a lot of CVS this is the best💗

The lead tech there Lisa very very rude. this is my second experience with her. Does not know how to talk to people especially the elderly. I have moved my scripts to another store. Stay away from her unless you want a rude confrontation

Went today, 11/26/23 to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy was closed. I asked the very nice person at the front register why it was closed and he told me they didn’t have a pharmacist today. WTH🤷‍♀️. Will switch to the one by Stop n Shop.

Horrible experience just now when trying to get the COVID booster shoot. Drove over 30 minutes to this location only to be told that CVS does not provide free boosters for the uninsured, which according to the CVS website and scheduling app is not true. CVS company policy on the website clearly states that the booster is available for the insured and the uninsured. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend this CVS for any health or pharmacy related needs.

This store should be so proud of its presentation to the customer. It is extremely clean and well stocked. Not a thing is out of place and product was easy to find due to the fact the shelves are not messy. You look at the tag on the shelf and the product that is supposed to be there is there. Store is extremely clean and well organized.

Hats off the the male pharmacist and male pharm tech that worked this Friday night and Saturday morning. Above and beyond trying to get my post op mother the meds the hospital called in. There was a miscommunication on the hospital’s end and these two men had the utmost patience with the situation at 7:55 pm (8 pm closing) on a Friday night. Professional and dedicated! Thanks guys!

Primarily use this CVS for prescriptions. Unfortunately they seem to be grossly understaffed. The pharmacy always involves a long wait - especially at the drive through. Workers have seen me pull up in my car to the window and they simply walk away. So I have to listen to their annoying and irrelevant greeting.The store also HAS NO PUBLIC WI-FI. For a business with a website and important account information stored online this is pretty shameful. I asked one employee about the WI-FI and they agreed that the store intentionally has no WI-FI.

They need to do something different with their robo calls when your prescriptions arre ready. I get as many as three calls a day even if I picked up my prescription. They said they can't do anything about and the only solution would be to take my number off their list, so I won't be called when my prescriptions are ready. This is not true as I have been getting my prescription at CVS for over six years and never experienced these many robo calls but for these past 6 months, something was changed and they need to change it back.

Stopped in to use ATM and get lottery. Machine gave me 20s so I needed change from Nick at the register I waited my turn asked for change he told me he could not do that. I said I need a $2 lottery ticket he said go to the Machine again I told him I only had a $20 and machine does not give change. Make a long story short he seemed to have a problem functioning not only with me but customers before and after me. I asked for a manager 2x and was told he had no idea where she was and he would not page her. I finally got my change and lottery and walked out shaking my head and questioning is he high or drunk?

Called to check if a prescription was in stock. The girl wrongly said they can't tell me unless I have the script sent over (every other CVS and pharmacy will tell you). When I asked to speak to the manager, she hung up.

I like this CVS. Friendly helpful staff every time I go. They carry my favorite Korean beauty brand Creme which houses the BTS band merchandise beauty care products. 💜

All you need to know about this pharmacy is the pharmacist, without whom the pharmacy doesn't open, arrives 15-20 minutes late every day! And it's been that way for years! As if it is store policy.

On 2/26/19 the pharmacy staff (Charley, Malissa, Matthew, Santos, Joanna and Garrett) went above and beyond to get my prescription covered. They had to make several phone calls to different places for me, while still helping other customers. They all worked as a team and it really shows. I can't thank them enough for helping me.

Been trying to get my medication for over a week. They don’t answer their phone not even when my doctor calls. This is a pharmacy. People depend on them for their health. Just won’t answer. I don’t understand. Goodbye CVS

I am SICK of the barrage of unsolicited Virus and "Vaccine" messaging while being held hostage ON HOLD,, which is constant at this CVS location. I'd estimate I was subjected to 75 repeats of the same redundant message while waiting. Stop pushing the Experimental Injections on the public, they are dangerous and UNAPPROVED. Stop it.

This has to be the WORST cvs I have ever gone to in my life!!!..staff is very rude...and never answer phones...also my meds are never on time ever!!! Takes them hrs to fill...this cvs should not even exist ...hope someone takes what I am saying seriously and checks into this

Takes forever to get someone to answer the phone to get an answer about costs. I'm 83, and could die waiting (or die of boredom waiting for a pharmacist to pick up the phone and stop the perpetual advertising and telling me about the flu season). Forget cvs at 505 rtr 530 in Whiting NJ.
