I highly recommend Furrylicious in Whitehouse Station, NJ. After my mom got her dog from there, I decided I was ready for a dog too. The staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive anytime I reach out. We recently got a Shorkie, half Yorkie and half Shih Zhu, and we absolutely love him!!! He is about 10 weeks old and the sweetest little puppy! Furrylicious takes great care of their pets and they are kept in a clean, safe and loving environment. We brought home our puppy the day we went to meet him and Furrylicious offers puppy packages where you can get everything needed for your new pet, crate, food, treats, toys, leashes, etc. which made it really easy. Upon recommendation from a trusted source who had secured her family's puppy at Furrylicious three years ago, we dropped in to consider the future pooch possibilities. Seeking to move soon, and with two cats firmly ensconced at home, we believed that looking is all we would do.Upon entry, we were impressed with the Furrylicious set-up and noted how all of the dogs seemed happy in their glassed-in "suites." One particular pup caught our attention pawing the glass as we passed by. His name also happened to have significance in our family. Thinking that fate may have been intervening, we played with him in one of the enclosed areas set up for socialization, still not necessarily intent on adding a fur baby. Upon leaving Furrylicious, however, we had a long conversation, and it was clear that the pup's youthful exuberance, friendly nature, and off-the-charts cuteness proved too enticing. You only live once!Having read the Furrylicious reviews online, particularly Cindy's thoughtful yet spicy replies to reviewers that clearly had nefarious intentions rife with the "adopt, don't shop" mantra, we did further research into the breeders with whom Furrylicious works. Satisfied with our due diligence, we returned to Furrylicious the next day to complete paperwork and leave a deposit. We returned a few days later to escort our boy home to meet his feline siblings. The care and attention from the whole staff, particularly Cindy, was impressive, and left us nothing but comfortable with the whole process, which was a bit daunting as first-time dog owners.As for the negative reviews, and as with everything in life, take them with the proverbial grain of salt. Some people have legitimate adverse experiences, some people are passionate about a cause, and some people simply have an axe to grind for reasons only therapy could probably cure. The positive reviews we read closely mirrored our experience, so we are more inclined to appreciate their sincerity. Furrylicious is a serious and enduring enterprise catering to discerning clientele, notably those seeking breeds to satisfy certain canine wants and needs. Furrylicious is so clean and beautifully designed and the puppies are very well cared for. The owner Cindy was so nice and friendly and also very knowledgeable! We lost our daschund Jude after 14 years a year ago and we were ready to get another one. We bought a really cute mini dachshund puppy there and we named her Holly! She is so sweet! We are so happy! We highly recommend this place!

We brought home a Maltipoo who has been wonderful. Furrylicious was able to tell us about a little cold she has, and was treated well before we brought her home. They did a terrific job describing what we should look for, how to feed her, and wrote an email reminding us about what they had said and to make an early vet appointment. Our pup is terrific! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new puppy.

Although I was sceptical at first as most boutiques such as this are places in which are filled with pups from mills. These puppies are not, although I do not personally condone the breeding of doodles as most are not well bred. I love my doodle, who I got from here. These puppies are well bred and incredibly well taken care of. My puppy came potty trained, was already desensitized to loud noises, was microchipped, and had all his recorders in one dedicated binder. I could not be more glad with his care. It was my fault personally they we got onto the wrong foot, as I believed the rumors about this establishment. But I couldn't be more wrong, the facility was clean, the pups weren't alone and had a buddy to play with. And she clearly cares a lot for the pups, as her own pups stayed in the store with her. The toys that are sold here are of amazing quality and we still have one of the original ones we bought back in June. If you're reading this, Goose is going great, his full name is Gooseberry Pie and he's grown to the size you predicated. He's happy, healthy, naughty and he's our baby. Thank you for blessing us with him, he's the best boy I could've asked for.

Awesome experience, I found my new forever puppy after losing mine after 13 years. The owner was very compassionate about her puppies, even delivering my puppy right to my house. All of my questions were handled professionally, I even did a video chat to see the puppy I chose. Everything went very smoothly and I am a very satisfied customer. They were so sweet and helpful to us when we got our little guy. The place is clean and well-taken care of, and the pups all look healthy and safe. He’s now a year and 6mo old and he’s the absolute best dog in the universe. They also made sure to follow up with us after taking him home to make sure he was adjusting well and that we got him the proper shots. Almost like white glove service lol, def recommend!

My experience with Furrylicious was very positive. The facility was extremely clean and organized. We specifically knew which puppy we wanted so we were introduced quickly to our new family addition. We were able to sit down and play with her before to make sure she was the right fit for us. Financing options were available and the process was overall easy, just a little difficult to do over the mobile device, but that's no fault of the establishment. After being approved we were given our puppy's information and educated thoroughly on what to expect and what to do next when we got home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely give Furrylicious my business again and recommendation.

For those of you looking for a new furry friend, we'd highly recommend going to Furrylicious in Whitehouse Station, NJ. We did, and we're so glad we opted to do so. We didn't have to schedule an appointment or fill out a preregistration form. Simply walk in and ask to meet with a pet of your choice. We did...and fell in love. Long story short, we're now our the proud new parents of Murph - a Goldendoodle mini. Great people, great experience! Thanks to all.

I’d just like to say, the way you comment back to people that leave a poor review absolutely DISGUSTS me. Your responses are so unprofessional, whoever runs this account needs to not be running this account. There’s obviously reasons you get poor reviews. I’ve never seen a business comment back in such a rude manner. Any business that is actually professional and cares about the poor reviews would comment back asking for them to message you to talk privately. You just don’t want to be outed because you KNOW you get these dogs from puppy mills. And I’m sure this review will make whoever runs this account angry, but maybe some of your other employees should read the responses that are given to these people. (Unless you’re all rude) Wow. The store is very clean and organized. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The employee, Ashley helped make this process wonderful. She went through the paperwork with us diligently, bathed our puppy prior to taking her home, and gave us many wonderful puppy tips. We have fallen in love with our new mini golden-doodle puppy, Mabel. Would recommend this awesome place to anyone searching for a new puppy!

I’d like to say I was originally referred by one of the nurses I work with at my hospital who also bought a maltipoo from this fine establishment and had nothing but great things to say. I decided I wanted a new fur baby for my birthday and went online to research and see what they had in house. Kelsie texted me back within the hour and asked me a few questions and answered all my questions as well. She was so helpful and honestly a breath of fresh air! I didn’t feel pressured or like she was being pushy, more like she was an old friend just giving me some facts about what to expect and the breed. I decided to go in and traveled almost an hour to get there. I went in and met with Kelsie and oh boy, not only did she remember me but was smiling, welcoming and kind. The establishment was beautiful and the place was immaculately clean, and so were the puppies. They were happy and well cared for. I picked out my fur baby and was allowed to spend time with her even though it was close to closing. I wasn’t rushed and it was a nice welcoming time. I ended up buying my baby, Zoey and I couldn’t be happier. The staff and service was 5 star, the place was gorgeous and my baby is happy and healthy. They called and texted to check on her as well as to see how we were adapting and was flooded with the pics I took the last few days. They were kind and receptive and made sure she had another vet appointment and even offered to help if any future things arise. I can go on and on, but this establishment and the staff are just absolutely amazing! I’m so glad I made the trip and absolutely recommend you get your fur baby from them! Thank you ladies and keep up the good work with beautiful healthy fur babies and great caring staff!!

Our experience at Furrylicious was nothing short of a 5 Star experience. When we walked in we were quickly greeted and asked if we needed help. The staff was polite and the place set a very welcoming feeling. The facility was clean and the staff was very attentive. My daughters been asking for a puppy for a while now and today was the day! They let us spend time with 2-3 puppies but my daughter had already chosen her pup upon arriving! They provided a notebook with all of her up to date medical records and information. We worked with Ashley and she answered all our questions and made the process smooth! Thank you guys @ Furrylicious!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience and baby boy Ralphie, the old and gentle soul of a Shih Tzu 🐶First, staff was friendly and insightful about the pups (we initially had in mind a Corgi), and sharing history, process and care once going home. Our boy got a stellar bill of health from our vet, and everyone is blown away by his sweet temperament. And asking if they can cuddle him. We got him at 14 weeks old, and you can tell how well he was socialized. He’s literal perfection and so good with our daughter. They say our pets choose us, and feeling super lucky that we found him. I was anxious to purchase a Maltipoo puppy for a couple years. When the time was right I had difficulty finding a reputable breeder or store so I was excited to find Furrylicious Puppy Boutique during my Google search. I initially requested email & text updates when they received new puppies. When I saw the perfect puppy for me, I responded to their text then received a phone call from them. I traveled to the store the following day and was given the opportunity to spend as much time with the puppy and her sister as I wanted. We purchased the puppy that day then I drove back and picked her up to bring her home a few days later. The girls at the store love the puppies, are kind, generous and informative. I paid more for the puppy then I would have from a breeder in SC I was also in contact with, but I couldn't be happier with my new puppy. The Boutique provided me with her medical shot record, her health record & history certificate, a warranty contract, advise for the puppy going home, a petkey membership registration and my puppy's pedigree so I felt confident in my purchase. My new puppy is healthy, happy, sassy & brings me and my family so much joy!

It's been about a month since we brought Chewy home and it's been an absolutely seamless process thanks to Cindy and her staff. Within a week of picking her up, she was checking in every few days to make sure Chewy was healthy and even went out of her way to pick her up some antibiotics when she developed a kennel cough.Most recently, I was having trouble finding a groomer to give her a trim due to her young age and the manager Jess offered to do it herself - more than one month after Chewy left the store!It is so obvious that the owner and staff of this shop care deeply about the pups and I have been very impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends if they decide they want a fur baby of their own.

We purchased a friendly, calm, well-treated, loving little Shipoo named Rocco! Although he had worms and a hernia, both were being treated and taken care of by time he was released to us!! We lost our bichon of 14 years in July. we planned to hold off until February, well we landed this place in October (4 months short of our date) As I was searching for breeders, I was approached by a friend to check this place out. Needless to say, ADORABLE, CLEAN and 12 out of 10. They helped us find the perfect little guy. I had a couple questions regarding his vet visit. I called furrylicious too they were so sweet and helpful. I love the fact that the local vet is the one that helps with this place. I totally recommend this place. Staff were friendly, polite and very informative . The place was clean and they even had a sanitizer bottle at the entrance. A+ in my book. It all started with back and forth text messages which they were friendly and they always answered every question. When we decided to see a puppy we drove to the place.. Once we saw her we knew she was the one. The transaction was very straight forward. We did the 6 month PayPal interest free which is pretty cool and we paid the difference. We were told that the puppy had to stay a couple of days which it was perfect for us since we went away for the weekend. A week later we came back started to finalize our purchase. The only thing that was left to do is go through the paper work in detail. Which they did. After that we bought what we needed and headed straight home. Almost a week later our pup is healthy, eating well and energetic. She’s very sweet and smart and loves the cuddle hour.

!BUYER BEWARE!We bought our puppy about a month ago.A little days after, she had diarrhea and then our other dog had diarrhea with vomiting.Soon, I fell sick with the same, now my three children as well. I took the puppy to the er vet and took stool sample test that came back positive for Giardia and campylobacteriosis, a bacteria and a parasite.In fact, the owner Cindy knew the puppy had a parasite and yet still sold her out to us as is, had we known we would have never put our family through this. She consistently texted me saying it was because the puppy was small and she wanted to check in, but kept asking me every time how the puppy's poop was.. i mentioned to her all the symptoms the puppy was having and she wasn't concerned. I even texted her with the photos of the Vet visit where it stated the puppy's condition and she refused to pay any vet bills to help out this mess. She not once denied not knowing the puppy had a parasite, even after being accused of knowing.Our entire family is sick and we have a new puppy we can't play with because she's contagious. 4k spent to catch a parasite that has my 2 and 6 year old crying in bed from the stomach pains. They run a disgusting business. Three to four puppies in one box all stepping on each other's poop.As well as did research and found them on linked to out of state puppy milll breeders.

This is the best pet shop ever. I would give it a 10,000 star if i could. Let me tell you a long story of how i found this beautiful pet loving store. My old cavalier king charles passed away at the end of August and i was soooo devastated. I'm a type of person who NEEDS to have a dog. So i searched everywhere for a dog. I live in Long island and i went to alot of stores in Long island but the bbb (better business bureau) site gave them a bad review. When i went to those stores the pupps were not that healthy. The eyes were reddish. So i found furrylicious and it came to the rescue. I saw the bbb site and they had great fantastic reviews. The website was exellent, it showed the photo inside of the store. I fell in love with the website. I'm really picky in finding a petshop b/c i really want a healthy, long living dog. they didn't have a cavalier then so i texed in september about a cavalier. Long story short, they texted me on November with info on a cavalier that they had. I mean normally people forgets about texting back but this furrylicious kept there word. I was super duper happy. So i traveled 2 hrs to get there and glad i got her.When I went inside the store, It was beautiful. Every dog there looked so healthy and even the items they had was top notch. There was a cavalier male too there but if i had the money, I wanted to get him too. But i'm sure he will go to a loving home one day. I really recommend this pet store. So everyone whose reading this review, Please go and buy a dog from this store. Don't go to any store, but go to this one. The dogs here comes from great breeders. I did alot of research and it took me three mounth to get a cavalier. It was worth the trip. I wish there was a furrylicious in long island near me.I named my cavalier female sara. Sara means smooth in japanese and she has the smoothest skin.

Furrylicious was the perfect choice! I had been checking their website out for a while waiting for a male english bulldog. The day before my birthday I saw him. His name was Eli. The very next day I drove down and waited in the parking lot for them to open. I walked in and all I can say is wow! Beautiful store! This boutique was the cleanest store I had ever stepped foot in. The boutique itself had a lot to choose from, from pet toys, harnesses, and adorable pet beds. I played with Eli for a while and instantly fell in love. He was super playful and well socialized! All their puppies were well taken care of and happy. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The owner Cindy was wonderful! I couldn't take Eli home that day because he had to be checked out by their Vet and be cleared to come home. The worst part was waiting for him. But a week later our little man was home. He came with all his medical history and Microchip information!! We renamed him Tater-tot and he is an absolute pleasure. My vet cleared him and said he is absolutely perfect! He immediately became part of the family. He loves car rides and going on adventures! I highly recommend Furrylicous Puppy Boutique!
