I have to agree with some of the other reviews in that there is nothing Rite about the prices here. Everything is almost double. I get confidence, but this takes it ti another level. They have everything you would need for a quick in and out trip for a few items and that is exactly what I needed. The Pharmacy seemed packed. I would stop in again if needed.

Got passport pictures done. Robert was very nice and kind. He was the only one up front and while he was helping me a line formed at the registers. A woman named Jamie, inappropriately in my opinion, scolded him for not calling for help. He apologized and said there wasn’t a line when he began helping me. And she continued how about he has a line now and start deep signing and muttering under her breath. I understand frustration at work, but I think it’s inappropriate and unprofessional to speak to your colleagues that way, let alone in front of customers.I appreciate Robert’s help and his kindness! I also appreciate the manager (i think) who came to help me finish my passport photos when Robert had to go to the register quickly and aid the line. He also took the opportunity to show Robert and use it as a teaching moment how to take a better image so that the images don’t get rejected.

With having previous pharmacy and pharmacy retail experience, take my review with great weight.Hands down the customer service and customer satisfaction is great 👍They are speedy with my call in prescriptions.The short Italian looking girl is usually there when I come in, she is bubbly and will bring a smile to your face!! (I’m sorry I forget your name!!!!!)They handle many people with grace and ease.They are all also patient and kind.You guys are rockstars!Thank u for being a great reliable pharmacy with my medications in stock!!

the cashiers are great. my only problem is with the pharmacy.It took a month before I finally got a text that all 3 of my prescriptions were ready. Went inside and waited 20 minutes just to walk out with one. I should've been in and out in 10 minutes with all 3 of them.The pharmacist at the counter was slow & distracted the whole time and kept speaking to the people behind me. Didn't listen to my concerns and couldn't answer my questions very well about what happened to my other 2 meds I was supposed to have weeks ago

Made an appointment for 1:30 and left at 2:30 waiting for a shingles vaccine. Had me waiting without letting me know that I can sit and wait, younger girl in glasses eating resses and ordered chicken fingers throughout this time. Horrible pharmacy staff and does not seem considerate whatsoever

INCOMPETENT PHARMACISTS/TECH. Walgreens Wharton does not know how to count medication. Prescribed my grandma the wrong dose and wrong amount of medication she almost died and ended up shaking. The pharmacist proscribed and directed enough steroids for 20 days when the physician prescribed for seven 7 and it they instructed to take until all the tablets are gone. Her physician told us to contact the pharmacy about wrong dosing and they said “well what do you want us to do about it take the pills back?” I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They are not even open on weekends anymore. Who ever heard of a pharmacist not open on a weekend? This place really went downhill it was better as rite aid.

This is probably the single most unprofessional Walgreens staff I've ever encountered. Slow, rude, embarrassing, HIPA violating, and no help whatsoever is all you will experience if you send your prescription to this walgreens. You'll also wait over an hour even if your waiting there. They do not cars about you. Plain and simple.

I don't get these terrible reviews for the pharmacy. I've never had anything but positive experiences with them. Been going for multiple prescriptions every month for 6 years and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. For those who are complaining about the wait, sometimes pharmacies get slammed by multiple orders in a short time- it's not just the other customers in the store- it's for people like me who CALL AHEAD. So do that or drop it off and run an errand. These people work hard, these reviews actually pissed me off.

I initially switched to pick up my medication today in Walgreens in Clifton at 9 AM this morning by my job, but by 2:30, my medication still wasn’t ready! I called Walgreens Wharton at 2:45 pm to transfer it back, and they took care of it and had it ready within 20 min. Great service, kind staff and very accommodating. Thank you!

Exceptionally long wait even though there are no other customers. Had to wait at drop off window while they were chatting. Then they stopped to have personal conversation rather than filling my script. After waiting for almost an hour I asked about my rx, they realized it had been filled and hung up...for who knows how long. No sense of urgency or respect for others' time.

Sorry to say but someone had too this is a horrible store, when just moving down here and buying a house I can’t tell you how happy I was to see it was so close! After going in I wish I could give them 0 stars! What prices so high,, literally almost 3 times the price in Walmart, etc. Some employees do help, but to meet a manager so rude and disrespectful. NO THANK YOU. He was mean and told me I couldn’t leave until I payed after I already told him I forgot my wallet in the car! Never going back to this disrespectful business!

Used to be a Rite-Aid, been going there for years, was great. Now it's turned into a Walgreens, and they went straight downhill. Prices are higher. None of the old staff seem to be there and the new staff are slow as molasses. Will probably transfer my prescriptions to a better pharmacy.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the pharmacy staff is here - I have been using this pharmacy for over a year - I switched from my old pharmacy, and even had my husband start coming here too. Everyone is super helpful, always has a smile on their face, and they go above and beyond for their customers ! Tina, Nina, Noor & Barbara, thank you for all that you do, you are greatly appreciated !!! :)

Pharmacy is inconsistent, not compassionate and judgemental. And this doesnt just pertain to this walgreens. Ive been to 3 in the area. Go to your local mom and pop stores at least they treat you liek youre human

Covid test drive-thru line was painfully slow. We ended up leaving and went elsewhere. They must come up with a faster, more efficient system. Unless you want to wait 1-2 hours for a test, I don’t recommend coming here.

Always a bad experience. Older woman that usually works the pharmacy is never efficient at all and usually pretty clueless. Started using rite aid in hopatcong, much better, hate wharton location.
