Great experience.... Great store and employees overall, the manager Genesis was so helpful and polite to me and my 2 boys, very welcoming. He sold us some very nice fish and explained everything that we need to do to keep our fish healthy. I rate this store 5 star :)

I have to say best customer service from Genesis ' I have tropical fishes and fell in love with the Jack Dempsey and some semi aggressive ones...He took time to answer all my questions and help me pick fishes that would get along with the ones I had already...So far they all doing good and my fish tank looks great...

Worst place to come get mice. I strongly suggest call in advance (but that's if there phone is working). On multiple occasions I've come and they never have. There reason that its firs come first serve. Due to this reason I've even offered to buy in advance and they rejected my offer. The manager has asked me to change my rating because the one time out of ten they finally have. Worst customer service.

Brett is a GREAT manager, he works with all his customers very exclusive, he will answer any questions you have any time of the day. Best prices, very clean great experience I strongly recommend this store!

All of the employees that were working were in the back of the store talking about drinking and smoking weed. The f word was used in almost every sentence. They saw me standing there looking for things and ignored to offer me help. They were also talking about an animal that was dying and laughed about putting it in the freezer to make it die faster. When I was ready to check out I had to go and get someone. The only reason I bought something was because I had something I needed today. I will never go back. Horrible experience.

Great staff. Manager and assistant are very knowledgeable of dogs and other pets's behavior also how to keep them healthy & safe. Love going there all the time.

Even if is small pet store you will find what you're looking for, is they don't have it they will see if they get the thing you need. Good employees and goof customer service is provided.

This People Suck I have been going there for 4 months to get my puppy a shot and it's always the same excuse. "The vet called out" worst place ever !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE
