Update: I was told via email I was getting a phone call to further discuss my experience. Two weeks later and Rite Aid still has not reached out. No wonder they have disrespectful workers, the company only cares about $$What an AWFUL experiance. Jill the head pharmacists was extremely rude and unprofessional. First I went in at 12:20 to see in my prescription was ready. She said probably not in we are going to lunch, in a tone. (according to their sign lunch is 1:30-2). When asked when it could be ready she said i dont know, what else do you want? Before I could tell her my insurance changed, she shut the window and walked away. At 3:30 I still have not recieved a call so I called them. I was told since the insurance didn't work they couldn't do anything. The professional thing to do would be to call the patient! I go back to the store and Jill tells me about a 15 minute wait, but we will call you, sit in your car. 40 minutes later and no call. Jill was rude and took no accountability. I asked for corporate's number and she told me "No,I didn't do anything. I was not rude". Never again will I use Rite Aid , back to CVS. They at least have friendly and competent people. I'd rather drive an extra few minutes and get good service than deal with Jill.

I used to love using this store for my pharmacy needs. The pharmacy techs are funny and kind. One of your pharmacist should be trained in costumer service. The least you can do is be patient with patients especially if their native language is not English. Not everyone knows medical terminology!!!! If they come for advice, the least you can do is acknowledge them when they ask a question about their prescription. Not tell them if you do not want it give it back! Or in other cases an over the counter med.

The lack of professionalism at this particular store is unfathomable. Employee in the Pharmacy by the name of Kimberly has been rude on several occasions, and the pharmacist is no better. This happened mostly because my mother is 90 yrs old and they have no patience. To hear in the Background, "Is she really calling again, about my Mother was unacceptable. Loud enough for customers to hear, especially if I could hear it on the phone. Another incident my mother called and stated she was calling to see if her prescription was ready, the response was, Well how can I do that if I don't know who you are. Called the complaint line but I am afraid Rite aide does Nothing to quell these complaints.

I was there today at 330. I asked a young lady if they had anymore gift cards. She walked me to the isle where they were at and let me know there were more if I didn't find what I needed. After that I need Christmas candy and she showed me again where I could find it. She was so pleasant and helpful. Then she ended up being the person to ring me up. Her name is Haily Widen. What a great employee.

Today, I picked up the medicine and it is even not a emergency case although a lot people in line. I have no idea why the black girl with glasses need to scream out my medicine name like want everybody know my situation. I study health sicene and I am definitely know as a Healthcare provider have no right expose any patient's situation or share patient's information in public, unless a emergency case. After she screamed my medicine name, she still can't find my medicine. What is the point to shout for..... Please take a class on health sicene and customer service again, at least know how to respect the patient's privacy first . What a terrible experience! If I have a another choice, I won't go back.

The pharmacist Jill was so extremely helpful but that’s all the time! She’s on top of things and I never had any problems with her. Jill is so sweet 💕💕

Location is usually well stocked and generally clean. The staff are helpful and checkout is straightforward (no self checkout, only cashier). Parking lot is always open with empty spaces, never seen more than a few people inside at once.

I had a horrible pharmacist.., not only did she not want to answer my ?’s, very ignorant.. I had called the store to see if my script was ready for pickup, after having to call back , which I don’t think that’s my job but… the pharmacist short blonde hair very nasty.. after I called back she said my script couldn’t get filled and SLAMMED the phone in my ear. What was that? Not nice, not patient friendly, I am a 59 ur old woman and I don’t appreciate the disrespect. After my store shut down I opted to go to WD what a mistake now I’m once again looking for a friendly pharmacy and it’s not this RITEAID!! I am so disappointed, where does she get off🤷🏻♀️ I would like to see her reprimanded, take a class on customer service , I will be writing reviews on this pharmacist until I’m satisfied!! Horrible experience 😕

The pharmacy is the best in the world. The Rite Aid is the best in the State of New Jersey You can bet they won’t disappoint you the associates are always there to help you find what you need with a smile on their face😉

This place used to be awful! Slow, rude, and a real pain. Pharmacy was just as bad. But recently the service at the pharmacy has been great. I see a few faces that I didn’t before and this must be the reason. Service, courtesy and SPEED have gotten way better.

I received a call from my 67 year old father that he was turned away from Rite Aid on Kings Highway for a Covid booster and was advised he had to make an appointment. The website say walk-ins are welcome while supplies last, the vaccine is in supply but he was turned away. How do I know it is in supply? I scheduled his booster at the Kings Highway location online today. My father tried to call the pharmacy to set up an appointment (he is 67 and not tech savvy) but the store phone line is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I thought he was just struggling because of his age, so I tried calling as well at first. The automated message system for the store is so choppy and broken up, it is impossible to understand anything at all (seriously, please check your phone lines because we tried calling from multiple phones thinking we had a bad connection).I am beyond upset and disappointed that this pharmacy did not do more to help an elderly patient, that this pharmacy turned away an elderly patient and left them to figure it out themself. The staff should be ashamed. And if the store policy is “No walk-ins, appointments only” then that needs to be on your website, because it currently suggests the opposite.

Everyone in the pharmacy are sweet, kind and so very helpful, except for Jill, the one pharmacist! She goes out of her way to be rude, nasty and makes my experience 100% harder then it should be! I will be calling to complain!!

Was picking up my prescription and the employee at the window was extremely rude. After I told her I was picking up my prescription she said yeah but I need your last name. Then after I gave her an attitude back she started talking in a better tone. Not sure if she was having a bad night but that was not an excuse to be rude to me. I called the manager and she told me her name was Jordan. I will be sending Rite Aid corporate an email about this experience because it was just awful.

This is my new favorite to go pharmacy. It’s on east location. And their pharmacy is way faster then other local pharmacies. And they are great in store. Good stock and good products they have. Always find really good stuff in clearance.

My fav pharmacy for yrs, HOWEVER the manufacturer of one of my prescriptions has been changed again.I have many allergies. Fillers/coatings from THIS mfr make me physically sick. My doctor says other patients experience the same side effects.Thought I had to get used to it, so I’ve tried 2 ½ mos without success. It takes much trial/error for doctor/patient to find an appropriate regiment. A pharmacist of people should understand this.Please reconsider.

I love there home delivery service of all of my medications from there store.I am a handicap man that has a severely traumatic injury to my right leg. I’m in constant pain all the time, so it’s hard for me to stand in a line waiting to pickup my medicine.I hope there will be a day when Rite Aide will start using blister packs. I’m starting to have medical issues separating my medications I use everyday.

Make sure you are out the door by 7:59 pm. They will throw you out without your items. This was the first store that it has ever happened to me.

Highly false advertising when i go in a rite aid store in west deptford yesterday and a product is clearly marked down 75% on a 75% marked down rack and i had the sales person yesterday check the prices and then the next day go to purchase it and it is still on the rack for 75% off and the manager does not give me the clearance price saying it was clearly a mistake on there part and wants to charge me full price and also had other items on the rack as well and then as soon as i walk out of the store she takes it all off the shelf and i proceded to go back in the store to take a picture and she conveniently took it all off the shelf and refused the whole time not to allow me to purchase the items that she admitently incorrectly marked down totally false advertising
