Last night around 5:00 pm 12/14/2023, I witnessed two female employees talking inappropriate to costumers. One of the female employees was also sitting on the ground outside side the store smoking. I find them very unprofessional and hope management can review this issue. They tanited the customers shopping experience.Thank you.

Good bargain. Sometimes they have excellent collection at a reasonable price. I got this carry on suitcase from there. I was there for a in store pickup. Saw that luggage from a distance, and fell in love with it. ❤️❤️Quality product at a reasonable price. With the membership reward card, you will get email offers. This store has come a long way. They now carry a very small line of clothes both in front and back of store. Carry more home decor. Food section is not back for a quick run to the store. We'll kept, clean, and staff seem pleasant.

This is a good place to go for holiday decorations. I also go here for canned air for my Dremel tool, and cleaners when they are on sale . Nice, friendly staff.

Today I scoured all of South Jersey to pick up a Full Size Box Spring Mattress in a store to surprise my four year old daughter with her first “Big girl bed” and your company is the last around that carries product on site.After conveniently finding your inventory online, I walked in and was greeted by an associate near the bedding section and I met your team member Tom.Tom engaged with me as he saw me scanning the inventory, offered assistance in a sincere fashion and proceeded to let me know that my product was available, knew the price off hand and even retrieved the box spring, instructed me to meet him at the register, helped me complete my transaction and wheeled out the product so I could load it onto my vehicle.I must say that Tom was empathetic, outgoing, sincere and highly knowledgeable.I appreciated my exchange and returned home as a hero finding the desired box spring to enable my four year old the freedom to sleep on her brand new bed with the extremely high quality box spring.Your team & availability of product for same day pick up truly helped a father bring a staple and under-appreciated/carried product ( a box spring mattress) to fulfill his Sunday objectives.

Always problems asking me if I'm part of the rewards program. I signed up last year however, they either see me or I'm not there. The woman on registrar 1 was horrible! She did know at all what she was supposed to. I got so frustrated with every question I just said no or yeah. Incompetent woman barely working created a long line too.

Big lots saved my family! We have a big lots credit card which saved our family from having to go to the food bank last week. The manager even let my mom use a coupon that was a day expired because of the situation. I love business that still has a heart. Thank y'all!

This store was in extremely good order. I believe most items, had prices listed (which WalMart Still can't get right..). The cashier was very friendly which can turn a decent visit into a Great visit. Parking? Not so good. This store is in a shopping plaza with shared parking that does not have a lot of slots. The store is Very clean and spacious. And the crowd..the crowd is neither friendly nor unfriendly, just to themselves and focused on the task at hand. All in all, it was great visit. I Always like stopping in this store. Until next time, Shop Happily 😎

The store has good reviews maybe I came in on the wrong day the older cashier was annoyed with the other cashier and I needed help getting a discount and she just gave me attitude about it and ending up being a disservice. Should have just went to Glassboro.

I have to change my rating. Thus used to be a 5 star store. They moved everything around, got rid of half the aisles, the refrigerated case and freezer. The prices are no longer lower than other stores. Hard to find anything in the store. At least the employees are still nice. No reason to go back.

Good place to pick up odds and ends. If you don't feel like going onto a busy supermarket and it's something that most stores will have you can get it there. They have a good selection of food with a few different ethical types. Suggest a vegetarian to go there. If you sign up for the card you will get special deals. Have twenty percent off the whole store a couple weekends a year.

It has been over a year since my last time in this store and I was pleasantly surprised. The store has made some changes. There isnt a refrigerated/frozen section (the reason I gave it 4stars). Other than that, the store looks open and not confining. Selections were plentiful and the products were well stocked. I also noticed that they have a selection of furniture other than outdoor furniture. The staff was polite and hellpful, definitely a good shopping trip.

Great place for good bargains on everything from home furnishings to foodstuffs. Excellent prices and a large selection of hard to find retro candies and sodas. This is great place to find a lot of little known brands of food items that are great quality for a good price. Don't come here hungry or you will end up spending more than you meant to. There is temptation in every aisle.

Good place for finding Discounted items occasionally that are about 50 to 60 % off of normal retail price. Example sports drinks, protein shakes, etc...Also have a ethnic foods isle.Standard grade/quality furniture at reasonable prices,Also good for seasonal shopping, Xmas lights, decorations, etc...

Definitely nice to visit. I really like the stuff and deals they have. Usually like the bathing and restroom stuff more than other. I am kinda picky and they'd pampered me by providing the exact things I wanted to have. I am really happy to be a customer with these guys.

Ok so it is big lot right.. So expect what you are shopping for... Decent cheap items.Never an issue with staff.Always clean.Found what I was looking for and usually more... I mean who doesn't need an extra charger cable, or cheap bag of chips, or shelving unit.. :)That all are fine!Enjoy, shop, smile!

I like big lots but not on my last purchase. Bought solar lights 1 didn't work out of the 4 in the box. I bought 4 boxes . Didn't realize that till after i threw the box away ( next day was trash day) they weren't cheap but I'm out of luck on a return
