She always does an awesome job on Buddy and he loves it there. My wife says he knows when she turns onto the street and he goes nuts! We always had a hard time dropping him off at the highway store and you would never know what to expect. First class pet salon is in our opinion the best!

Florence does a great job with our dog, Rufus. Rufus is our 4 yr old Bernese mountain dog who is afraid of many things. When we brought Rufus to Florence he immediately went over to her. We were shocked. We would highly recommend First class not only for Florence's abilities and kindness but also the cleanliness of her shop and her one on one attention to our dog.

Florence is a great groomer! Her shop gives your pet and one on one attention they need. Its a small personal salon that you don't have to worry about your pet being with a bunch of other dogs in a stressful environment.

Searching for a groomer, I found First class and it's only two blocks from me. It was the best thing I've done. It's a great little shop and Florence is so kind. My little Scrappy Doo was not looking his best. I came back to a whole new dog that was happy and smelling great!! If you have have a pet in your life that needs a groomer, go to First Class. You won't be sorry!!

Florence is so patient and understanding with my 15 year old dog who has mobility issues. He looks like a much younger pup when he gets groomed. I would'nt trust anyone else to do his grooming.

Love how the groomer takes such good care of my dog and she always come home looking really nice with her new hair cut! Would definitely recommend this place to bring your dog for grooming!
