Love all of the Groomers at Berlin! Sid has been going to Colleen for a long time and LOVES her! Somehow she can make my 8 year old Pom look like a puppy again every time we go! He looks so handsome! Thanks Colleen and Staff!

Always Friendly , very helpful staff.I have shop other stores but this store in Berlin is the best Petsmart! I have a pleasure shopping there no matter what day of the week or time of day, they are always helpful and have what i need. They are more stocked than other stores and the store is always clean and the staff is always helpful! Thank you so much Berlin Petsmart for making my pet food shopping so much easier!!!Highly recommend Berlin Petsmart to everyone for your pets food and supply needs!!

All the groomers here love my dog. They really seem to care about the animals they groom. They even know some of them by name, which is a great sign they're doing something right. I know PetSmart grooming services get a bad wrap, but I think they're great here.

They have a large selection of pet supplies, pet adoption, dog training ( which i havent used) and a groomer( which is always crowed). The staff is very helpful and patient with customers but a little over priced that the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star
