My wife and I run Balanced Buddies Res-Q. We could not be happier with the staff and how we are treated when we are they. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our times for events and making sure all of our adopters are well taken care of. There store is always super organized and clean. We truly love it here!

My wife and I arrived early due to the fact with regards to washing our dog, whom for a big dog is afraid of his own shadow. But we couldn't believe first we were permitted with gaining access a few minutes earlier, the tech ( Debbie) showed us the area with having to wash our dog. Even showed us each piece of equipment and its function, but talked with us about it ( which helped us) Even was kind a gentle with our dog (he stayed calm) Frankly the staff their treated us in a very, very professional and friendly manner ( Guess who's going back with the other 4)

The staff here are wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have never had a bad experience shopping here.The prices and the selection are also very good. They will take unopened food and toys for donations and typically give coupons if you donate money to their causes at the counter.

Top quality pet food, and very helpful/friendly staff. Igave my dog a bath there today. It was a great experience. They offer many different shampoos and conditioners along with deep tubs and a blow dryer all for only $10.

Very friendly staff!! Carol was awesome with my dog Cora. She was comfortable with her as Carol did her nails. The young man who checked me out was pleasant and friendly with me and with Cora.

I used the "do it yourself" pet wash station they have inside. I LOVED it!!! Staff was friendly, It was clean, had everything you need in order to make your pet sparkling clean and was only $10 to use. I'll be going back soon 😊

This place is the go-to for pet related items. If they dont have it, they can more than likely order it for you at no additional cost. Stephanie, the associate who always goes out of the way to help her customers is incredible. Any time I have an issue or question, she resolves it in no time.

Today I brought my dog whom has severe anxiety into this store, I made sure to bring him in at 10 am to get him in before other dogs.. sure enough there was other dogs there that early so I tried To schedule an appointment and get out of the store, as I was talking to the women, my dog peed on the floor (out of fear), I didnt realize at first because I was Trying to calm my dog down and hear the woman speak. The woman asked me if my dog peed on the floor and i apologized as soon as I saw It and offered to clean it. The woman said she’d handle it and had an attitude.. a few hours later I was Given a call by another associate at the store and I could Hear the woman from this morning talking about me and how I “pretended” I didnt Know my dog peed on the floor. I DID not know and It was an accident. I go to my local pet valu twice a week or more with my dog and I’ve never felt uncomfortable before. The other stores go out of your way to make your dog feel welcomes long story short, we won’t be back :(

Love my local Pet Valu. My Bella will not eat any cat treats other then Pure Bites brand, which I have only found at Pet Valu or on Amazon. When I need them ASAP for my furbaby, they always have them there for me.

This place has some many unique items for your pet! The employees are educated about the products they sell, which is great. I prefer this over all other pet stores!

Took my dog there today. It was really hot so I decide to put him in the dog wash. It was pretty easy and he was super happy, would definitely go again.

I bought a flea/ tick prevention medication for my pet and forgot my car keys on the shelf where me and the worker were talking at. He was gonna let me leave without picking up my keys. How rude and dishonorable. I will never shop there again.
