I had a very unpleasant experience today at the hands of the Hispanic manager Jorge. I guess it hurt him to smile or open up his mouth to speak. He also called me a b****. Unbelievable. I will say that received much better treatment by the employee Kevin working. As I shopped, I asked Jorge a question about the wreaths and he seemed annoyed as if I was disrupting his work. He was extremely rude, unfriendly and seemed to hate his job. At check out, no greeting or anything, I was polite still and I simply asked him to toss my items inside the cardboard box I sat on the counter (this has NEVER) been an issue at any other dollar tree. He instead ignoring me, placed every single item next to the box... just mean. I asked again thinking maybe he didn't hear me. No response. I asked asking and he continued to ignore me and placing the items around the box.... it seemed like he was going out of his way to be unfriendly. When i paid, I told him I thought it was pretty messed up what he did, he hummed and answered sarcastically that they are not required. I responded that I understood but it would have been nice to either have the courtesy or to kindly have been told instead of ignored. He was just rude, a jerk, mean for no reason, called me a b****. This is not okay. I worked for this company and never treated customers like this. He hummed pretending to be unbothered and made me wait to be smart as he waited on customers that got in line after I asked for a refund. First and last time at this location. This dude literally represents the company. Do better dollar tree.

Lots of Christmas craft and gift items!!!! The Dollar Tree in West Berlin is my go to place for party supplies and they did not fail me today. I picked up some summer party decor and tableware. Also found beachy craft items to make favors. Now the store has a section of products that are priced above $1.25 with home decor items, t-shirts and other seasonal items.

This dollar tree is fully stocked with goodies but more importantly the workers are sooo nice. I went today when it was jam packed because of the holiday hustle and bustle and still my cashier was so pleasant and so helpful. I had to come here and give her a shout out because when it comes to customer service and just being a good human in general she went above and beyond. I wish I got her name she worked earlier today and had dark hair. Thank you whoever you are! lol I highly recommend this place they had a great variety too

Depending on the location you will find great deals and items you would have never thought could cost a dollar. Definitely go here for things that you or other will discard later.....like one uses. Have you ever given food in a container and didn't get the container back? Well buy one for a dollar at Dollar Tree and forget about it.

Great store. No more calendars except for the ones for kids. I always love getting kitchen wall calendars at the dollar store.

Dollar Tree is my FAVORITE dollar place!!! I hate Dollar General, Dollar Store, Family Dollar, and all the rest. Sometimes things are $00.50 it's cool. Whenever I'm in there I'm always laughing and joking with other customers. It's a nice atmosphere and the cashiers are beyond and I mean beyond pleasant, nice, cheery even!

Never count Dollar tree stores out, they have way more than you think and alot of the items are just as good as other stores. Cleaning products are some of the best at Dollar tree, don't be fooled by the "every thing is a dollar" it's a great store

Always a delight to come to this dollar tree. Nearly stocked and speedy check out. Don't buy as much after the 25% increase. I like that they continue to get a variety of merchandise.

Well I'm noticing less products in the stores. Where they use to have one wall of paper products thats not the case now. However, all the Dollar Tree that I visit are worth the trip. Its still a good value for me.

This place has everything I need to paper to makeup supplies and I love all the phone cords,cases,exercising phone holders and more. They have lots of kids toys to keep kids like me entertained and they also carry Elmer’s glue so I can make slime and lots of stuff for sleepovers like glow sticks,glue,makeup and more. And they carry makeup for kids for a starter kit and lots of bathroom essentials and I just love how they provide everything just for $1.00❤️

I love the Dollar Tree. It seems everytime I go there they always have something new and very affordable. I usually go for snacks but their kitchen gadgets are also something I look at each time I go. I frequent the Berlin and Williamstown locations the most. They are both newer stores and quite nice.

Love this store. Got a bunch of Christmas bags, chicken stock, all kinds of good stuff. Spent $22.06 got 21 items. Can't beat that!

This store is always clean and bright with helpful employees. Shelves are stocked and constantly refilled. I've been visiting this location since it was built and previous location a block away for years. Not once have I been unhappy with a visit there.

Good variety of things..and honestly ...some cute decorations! I go there for staples, like paper plates & gift cards .. They have an interesting assortment of items. All for $1.00.. Which is great on a budget!

The staff at the Berlin location should be ashamed of themselves. Can't say hello? Can't say may I help you? Can't say goodbye? Disgusted look on your face? What is your problem Mr. Cashier person? Spare me the blessed day bullcrap! You can't even look at a person with a smile. Last time I'll ever go there.

New clean store. The black gentleman who checks you out at the register is quite friendly. But when it comes to giving you the receipt for your purchase, he just says to you, you can just rip it off the printer. Which I find kind of strange. And it wasn't just me, it was the two people before me too. That's part of his job, not mine.

Just found the store sorely lacking. I get we have "shortages", but I'm seeing things actually on the shelves that just should not be there. Broken, chipped items etc.

It's only a dollar plus tax, some items cost less. Brand new store, very clean, lots of new items, frozen foods, public restrooms, the friendliest employees ever!
