Terrible communication. One too many times my family has not had any communication regarding medication (especially emergency meds) they were out of. No calls and the app doesn’t send anything. I had to find out by driving up to the window last night that my doctor made a mistake putting my cholesterol meds in and I got an attitude for it! Goodbye CVS!!
